Perfect Place, Perfect Hosts!

This is an exceptional place. The hosts, Jackie and Duncan, are lovely, and everything at their place, and all that they do, speaks to the years of experience they have in the hospitality business. From the beginning, their correspondence with booking, and their To-Do in Beaufort emails were so helpful and reassuring. The location is perfect for a short walk to all the restaurants and shops of the lovely historic downtown and riverwalk. The neighborhood is perfect for walks or runs. The kitchen is packed with every item you need! You can cook up a storm in the kitchen here! Ask Jackie and Duncan for suggestions for what to do, what to see, where to shop, they are absolutely the best hosts - we wish we lived in Beaufort just to be their neighbors!

Fulfilled all my expectations. Would terurn.

Beautifully appointed. Easy walking distance to restaurants and Waterfront Park. Lovely to be greeted by the hosts who were exceptionally helpful and lovely people.

The cottage and location were beyond delightful.

There was no breakfast included...we had a great fridge to store our own meals. Hosts were very charming! We will stay there again as son is located nearby.

It couldn't have been any better. Accommodations were outstanding!

Exceptional

Everything was very clean and comfortable. They put a lot of effort into making it a good and friendly stay. We had everything we needed and were very happy, perfect place to wind down. They even loaned us their state park pass.

The only negative whatsoever was the mattress was a little rough on my back so I struggled to stay asleep.

10/10 will be back! Quiet, clean, accessible, and great hosts.

There was nothing not to like. Upon our arrival, we met the property owners, who prior to our arrival gave us some information on favorite local eateries and places to see. We were provided with a day pass to Hunting State Park, saving us sixteen dollars. Upon arrival we met the property owners, who were very personable but not busybodies, friendly yet professional. After speaking with them for a bit- we are chatty- they directed us to the grocer and left us to our evening. We had room 1, a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, television upstairs and down, an incredibly comfortable king size bed, and a fantastic shower. Toiletries include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a full sized blow dryer. We were offered a discount on am extra night if we decided we wanted to stay, no one was in our room that night, we had to decline but it was an offer we would have accepted had our schedules allowed. Downtown Beaufort with shopping, restaurants, art, park, playground, etc. is less than a mile from the property and is easily walkable. There was honestly nothing that we weren’t impressed with. There is a little table with umbrella and chairs on the private patio and we sat and watched the birds bathe in the bird baths on the front garden, which is shaded by a beautiful magnolia tree and ground covering of ivy and periwinkle. Just beautiful grounds.

Loved the wonderful town of Beaufort but didn't feel any Southern Hospitality by the owners.

The condo was just as described. Clean, well-stocked, and in a nice location.

Customer service was lacking. Shortly after our arrival the toilet seat split under normal use. We informed the owners and offered to replace it. This was followed by numerous texts throughout the day regarding a replacement. There was no regard for the fact that we were on vacation. Later in the evening, we received a text asking for the security code on our CC so that they could add this info to their Amazon account to purchase a new seat. (inappropriate) When we did not respond (we were enjoying dinner downtown) they took it upon themselves to charge our account directly without our knowledge. We left early the next day and sent them a text stating that we left $40. cash to cover the cost of the toilet seat (not knowing our card had already been charged ). They responded with "Thanks for being our guest" but never mentioned that they had already charged our card for the toilet seat. Not at all how guests should be treated.

Book Immediately!!

Property owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable for our stay in Beaufort for a Marine Corp bookcamp graduation. I would recommend any family to stay at Duncan and Jackie's property at Magnolia Suites. We got to meet and chat with the owners personally for a bit as they PERSONALLY come to clean and make sure everything is perfect! Great location, modern but cozy, quiet neighborhood, so close to many things and only about 15 minutes from parris island.

fantastic property in a lovely little town, perfectly positioned between the town and pigeon point.

beautifully decorated, extremely well equipped with high quality glasses, crockery and kitchenware. the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was great. it felt very homely.

not sure if the property description mentioned that it was up a flight of stairs, absolutely not a problem for us but may be for someone with mobility issues.

The location and accommodations at Magnolia Court Suites were excellent. The hosts Duncan and Jacqueline were more than helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend it. Close to historic Beaufort! Great space!

Amazing stay in Beaufort!

You always worry when you book something on line, especially when it is independently owned. Don’t worry about that with owners Jackie and Duncan! The property is small, just a few units and they have only owned it a short time, but they have done amazing things with the property! All units are very clean, and very well decorated. They definitely have a knack for decorating. The furnishings are top of the line, one of a kind, beautiful and very comfortable. This is not your typical rental! They take a lot of pride in what they have done and it is very well deserved, because each unit is amazing and totally different-yes, we saw them all, as they took us thru each one and they are gorgeous! Our kitchen had anything and everything you would need. The living room, bedrooms and bath were well appointed as well. They even had chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella! They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. The gardens are beautiful, with terraces for relaxing. The location is very close to town-a several block walk, but quite doable. Duncan even made recommendations for meals and tours that were spot on. The unit was extremely clean, which they take care of themselves. We would definitely return and recommend the Magnolia Suites! Jackie and Duncan are amazing hosts and you can tell they love what they do!

There was not a thing we disliked.

Lovely!!!

Lovely! Well-appointed, and thoughtfully so. Everything you could need. We were in the Manhattan and the Cottage. So many spaces, indoor and out, to enjoy relaxing. Even when it rained, the porches were dry and inviting. Insect repellent and overhead fans were there for our use (thoughtful!) but we just had overhead fans going and were quite comfortable. If we are ever in Beaufort again, we will definitely stay here.

Only that we could stay longer. :)

The entry to the house was so convenient and easy to remember.

It was so wonderful, would book it again & will refers others. I am referring a friend today.

We didn’t need keys, place had a door code so it was very easy to enter. The location was great, very convenient to downtown Beaufort. The owners Duncan & Jackie were so accommodating & accessible. The place was very neat, clean & beautiful! They had a gift bag for us with coffee &, English biscuits. We loved staying there.

We LOVED our stay and Host Jackie and Duncan made that possible, they were Fantastic!!!

My husband and I took the bikes that they provide on the property and it was only 5 mins on bike to get to the Historic waterfront it was so charming and a beautiful day!! We were in the Manhattan suite and it was nicely decorated and very clean! Loved it! We can't wait to come back Thanks Jackie and Duncan, your doing a great job!!

There honestly nothing we didn't like about Magnolia Suites it was wonderful. My family was there for my sons Marine bootcamp graduation and we got to stay a little longer so we could explore the quaint town of Beaufort and enjoyed our time, we definitely want to come back!!

I can't wait to come back!

When we first arrived and parked we were greeted by Jackie and Duncan. They were informative, friendly, and so helpful in getting us acquainted with the amenities of the room and property. Jackie checked to make sure we knew about a few favorite restaurants and supplied a list of things to do. The property is newly landscaped with a sweet, trickling fountain and front porch seating. Things I didn't know about were the bikes (to borrow!), beach towels ready for use, laundry machines inside the suite, and the outdoor patio/grill. Jackie and Duncan took care of little details which made our vacation that much more special. The location was excellent! I enjoyed the quiet street and neighborhood. You can walk easily to downtown or go in the other direction and find a beautiful park with swings and a sizable playground for kids to play. The evening strolls were the best! The drive to Hunting Island State Park is very easy as well! There's no better location in Beaufort!!
