Mooi uitzicht, windmolen is prachtig.

De ligging is rustig en toch overal dichtbij met de auto. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is prachtig. Wij hadden de windmolen. Wel warm in de bovenste kamer.

Bem parece que nunca mais voltamos!

Não há nada de positivo a apontar a todo o local e serviço. O pior serviço/alojamento que já visitei na minha vida.

Tudo péssimo. Cheira a mofo, janelas partidas, teias de aranha por todo o lado, o pó acumula-se em todas as divisões do interior e exterior. Uma espelunca abandonada. Depois do check in e verificação do espaço, cancelamos a estadia. Mais vale dormir na rua.

La localisation était pas mal, un peu éloignée et pas très loin du centre à pied. Le calme en rentrant de la foule. Le logement est spacieux. La piscine est un vrai plus. Le cadre est top.

Pas mal de choses. Personnel inexistant. Rdv 16h10 pour le check in, il s'est pointé à 17h15. A peine bonjour. Même pas fait le tour du logement...idem pour le check out....personne pour venir récupérer les clés. Obligé de les laisser à un endroit. Odeur de renfermé, odeur de remontée d'égout dans la douche. Pas d'eau Chaude pendant deux jours, et bien sûr personne ne répond aux messages.

Das Personal beim Check in war absolut unfreundlich, der Safe war defekt, das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft und lief nicht ab. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht der Buchung.

Lots of Potential, But ...!!

The pool was excellent. The BBQ and views were awesome. The location was good and parking was great. If you're coming to party, drop your bags and not as a serious traveller, it's all good. But, we are seasoned travellers on a 4 month journey and all was not well.

Upon arriving I was able to make a list of 11 things that were missing, broken or unacceptable. One of those things was immediately rectified (spoons), and two others were rectified on the last day (coffee machine and hot water jug), the rest were completely ignored, The bed was so old and lumpy I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Broken safe deposit box, no views as promised, old and tired fixtures. Its a shame, because if only the owner would re-invest a little money, this place has great potential.

the view, the pool, the property was beautiful and well maintained

the room was very small, had ants no hot water until the second day no toilet paper or broom and it was a little chilly.

360 degree view of albufeira ❤️

The location and windmill I stayed in was unreal 360 degree view getting to see the sun rise and set from my bed every morning was unreal!

There is no reception or staff on site to ask for help just a telephone number which they don't answer so checking in was an issue as was the fact that the toilet had no toilet paper and u waited nearly 40 minutes for someone to arrive to check us in not great

Very good

Beautiful location, at the highest point overlooking Albufeira. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town, with lovely views. Great facilities and very quiet.

clean, comfortable and cute stay. would recommend

the rooms are so nice and clean and also comfortable. the pool was great and location was not bad either. the property is stunning and has a really good view. the BBQ area is super cute also. I would definitely recommending staying here as it’s not far from town and close to public transport. we really enjoyed our stay here.

the check in process and communication was not that good. we were waiting around for a while but lucky we had a car that we could leave all our luggage in and walk around the town and hang out by the pool while check in was available. please note there is no physical reception a guy comes via car to check u in so you need to be in communication with the accommodation for check in. if anything I would recommend a self check in process. this would be well suited for this type of accommodation especially since our room was well ready before we first got there. we were a bit unfortunate with the family next to us being loud but nothing to do with the accommodation.

I loved the tranquil balcony space I had...The design & quirkiness of the room..everything in cupboards for self catering Room so private..& views were amazing Sat & watched sunrise..Can not wait to rebook would highly recommend 👌

Unfortunately the Pool was not in use..but it was mentioned on booking..but am sure once finished be lovely

It was very clean and usually quiet.

I had to wait more than an hour to get the keys, although I had called half an hour before my arrival. Also, there was construction noise in another house.

Perfect quickie

Everything. Went for a quick ride retreat and need a place to stay. The room it's pretty big, we were able to be inside with bikes and everything without any problem. Small kitchen with all you need to cook or warm up a meal. The place is very quiet Nd there's a few supermarkets near by. The staff was great always very thoughtful.

The cold outside the room. Not the property fault of course. 😄

Uncomfy bed, too thin blankets, everything felt a bit wet and did smell not healthy.

Staff were really helpful especially Laura who was a pleasure to deal with. She gave great advice on local area and got problems fixed quickly. Stayed in one bedroom it had everything we needed for 2 weeks. Beautiful quite and safe setting.

It is a very peaceful location and has a nice view of the town, sunrise and sunset. Birds were singing in the morning. It is a pretty room with local character. Old town center and Pingo Doce supermarket is 10~15 min walking distance ( need walk up and down the hill. If you have a car or scooter which I rented, then it will be no problem. Also small corner store is near by ) . Staffs are not at the location and you need to coordinate the time to meet the staff for check in. I bought sim card and contact through WhatsApp. The room I was supposed to be in had fishy smell from the former guest. Check in staff noticed right away and changed the room for me.

It was relaxing.

well located. very quiet. The employees were amazing very helpful always trying to help me. I could relax and enjoy my holidays in peace and silence.

the property had some issues on the shower , the oven was not working properly after the third day and the sink was loaded.
