Lovely stay on the coast

Fantastic coastal location. Parking pass for all of Oceanside was very useful. Nice kitchen amenities.

Not super accessible — stairs to all apartments.

Great location but need more customer service.

Location.

We had to pay a cleaning fee. But then we were told we had to take out our own trash and wash all our dishes. Then what is the cleaning fee for? A few buildings down… Southern California, Beach Club… You just put your dishes in the dishwasher and start it and they take trash out for you. And there is no cleaning fee. Called to ask about where to throw the trash because there was no directions and no one picked up or called back

We will be back!

Wonderful ocean view from our room. Awesome common area ocean view patio with fire pit & barbecue grill. Walking distance to everything. Trevor was amazing. Helped us out with anything we needed.

location was great. could walk to stores and restaurants and loved being on the ocean. Enjoyed ther front deck.

We only received 4 bath towels which was not enough for 2 people staying for 4 days.

Cleanliness, decor, location.

Kitchen sink didn't work. Garage very tight, but glad to have the parking. Should probably let guests know ahead what size car it will fit.

Price is solely based off location of hotel. It is right next to the beach so you can hear ocean but room was super smal

the communication with property management was great. location was great, and so was the convenience of using the parkin

walls were thin and I could hear our upstairs guests. also, the soap in the dispenser was watered down instead of refilled.

Marabella was a very nice stay, we definitely will be back! They even provide you a coffee cup as a gift from your stay

Overall great experience

The view and the cleanliness. Also the location because everything (restaurants and other food places) were within walking distance from the hotel.

Only one issue we had with the property is noise. The second floor guests were very noise.

The location and how there's an area out in the front to lounge/ hang around for better ocean view.

The shower wasn't hot enough, and wish they provided throw blankets for the living room for comfort. Maybe add a side lamp because the placement of lights on ceiling was too bright for my eyes.

It was a nice stay with grrat views.

The location was great, nice view of the ocean, and the bed was super comfortable. Nice shower as well.

Thin walls and no cleaning. I was surprised that there wasn't any room cleaning because it was never communicated. Would have been good to know going into it. Also, the room was cramped in areas and the bedroom door didn't have much flexibility because it was a weird angle.

Of course the location was amazing, the room was nice and kitchen a nice touch.

The noise. You can hear the connecting rooms or if someone is walking by the room. Also, there is a ton of communication via text and email about the same things. I never saw or met a human/staff member of the hotel.

We had a great holiday at Marbella and Thanks to Trevor we had everything. The sitting place just in front of the beach is fabulous and one can spend full day just looking at the waves. We really recommend this property

The is a great place for a family get away.

The location was perfect, the beach was a couple steps away. The onsite manager, Trevor was a gem, helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and location was quiet.

The kitchen stove was difficult and did not work very well. I am sure it worked as it was suppose to, but it shouldn't take half an hour to fry bacon.
