Traumstrand

Top Lage an einem tollen sauberen unverbauten Strand. Alles da was man sich wünscht. Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten war zu kurz, hier kann man entspannt länger bleiben. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind sehr freundlich, das ganze Anwesen ist zwar neu aber wirkt auch sehr gepflegt.

Sunrise Paradise

The management is very efficient, with clear instructions via WhatsApp. They were even kind enough to recommend restaurants and supermarkets in the area, all written down and organized. The apartment is fantastic, clean with all the necessary utensils. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, I enjoyed the sunrise coming out of the ocean every day. The pool is disinfected with salt, a delight. Warm water and perfect for swimming after the beach. The beach is clean, with soft sand, with a beautiful view, it is not crowded even in the middle of the European summer. Perfect for families with children. They put chairs on the beach with umbrellas reserved for the apartment. It was a wonderful vacation.

If you like no nightlife it is a bit far , it has to be done by car. To go to supermarket you also need a car.

Paz, y tranquilidad, para pasar unas vacaciones de lujo.

Todo comodidad, muy limpio, precioso, muy bien organizado para que todo sea fácil y agradable. Es la segunda vez que voy y repetiré sin duda. Me encanta.

Solo por decir algo, no estaría mal un espejo de pie; pero tiene de todo y es perfecto.

EXCELENTE APARTAMENTO PARA ESCAPADA A LA PLAYA

La ubicación está perfecta para ir a la playa pero no hay nada en la zona hay que caminar como 15 minutos para encontrar restaurantes y tiendas. La terraza con vistas al mar una maravilla y la piscina tambien

Estuvo todo muy bien, los apartamentos son muy nuevos y están bien equipados y con una decoración muy bonita. Sólo echamos en falta una tabla para cortar alimentos en la cocina

Toller Aufenthalt da hat der Urlaub Spaß gemacht

Die 1a Strandlage, der Pool, die Sauberkeit, das stets höfliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt, es sind Parkplätze vorhanden und die Appartements sind modern und gut für einen Aufenthalt ausgestattet.

Wie schon geschrieben waren wir rundum zufrieden der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt sind die Matratzen die sind sehr Hart. Mir ist es egal da ich überall schlafen kann, fand sie aber auch schon hart, doch meine Frau hat Probleme mit den Matratzen gehabt. Da es aber ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist ziehe ich keine Punkte ab.

Increíble

El apartamento en ubicación maravillosa, todo súper limpio y nuevo, vistas increíbles. Personal Ana muy atenta, y pendiente en todo momento tanta entrada como salida.

Por decir algo que nos gustó menos diríamos la comodidad del sofá… es lo único que apuntaríamos, pero vaya insignificante para lo bien que estaba todo y lo a gusto que hemos estado

Fantastisch!!!

De locatie was geweldig, direct aan het strand! We hadden via de app contact met Ana, ze heeft ons een up-grade gegeven en tips voor restaurants in de buurt. We kregen een appartement op de 2e etage, vanaf hier hadden we een fenomenaal uitzicht. Het complex was schoon, ruim, modern en voorzien van een parkeergarage. Het ziet er uit zoals op de foto's, de bedden waren heerlijk, de douche was fijn en in de keuken was alles wat we nodig hadden. Verder een fijne zithoek met toegang naar het terras. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Alles was naar wens.

Perfecto para desconectar

las instalaciones muy nuevas y modernas. La ubicación es ideal si quieres tranquilidad, pero a pocos minutos también tienes movimiento. Lo que más me gusto es que esta frente a la playa.

nice place to stay

This is a brand new appartement. so you can't say a lot of bad things. we got an "upgrade" to a higher level, so we had the lovely sea view. That was really nice. The connection between the host and me went very easy by texting via whatsapp. Lovely that they gave extra info for dinner and the supermarket. The destination was a calm place. Not touristic at all, or not yet :-) We enjoyed the calm and peace.

Altough is was a new appartement, we had some small issues. The beds were a little bit to little for us (4 big man) and the pillow on the bed where to hard for us all. (some people would love it) but we could manage it :-) maybe some small extra tips for the host: => get some softer pillows in the closet perhaps => maybe some better pans to cook :-) => a little bit extra tablets for the dishwasher. Handling with one single tablet won't work for more than one night.... (we had to buy a box, and leave the rest... but I think the cleaning team would be happy with them)

Einzigartiger Strandurlaub

Die gesamte Anlage hat uns hervorragend gefallen. Der Ausblick aus dem Balkon im zweiten Stock auf das Meer ist sensationell. Die Wohnung ist vom neusten Standard und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Poolanlage ist gepflegt und der Weg zum Strand kurzweilig. Parken kann man kostenlos in der hauseigenen Tiefgarage. Außerdem ist es möglich, im separaten Raum die Wäsche zu waschen und zu trocknen. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die harten Kopfkissen. Schön wären außerdem ein paar kleine Schüsseln (für Müsli etc.).

Lovely and tranquil.

We met Ana on arrival who gave us a tour of the apartment block, pool and parking. The apartments were perfect. All mod cons, very clean. Pool area perfect. So near to the very quiet beach and lovely warm shallow water to swim. Ana also gave us lots of ideas for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks we throughly enjoyed our stay. :)

Fantastisch.

Perfect appartement direct gelegen aan het strand. Strand te voet bereikbaar op twee minuten. Receptie medewerkster zeer klantvriendelijk voor wat betreft extra handdoeken en beach chairs. Beiden gratis. Ook parkeren in de garage gratis.

Enigzinds afgelegen van winkels en restaurants. Een auto is wel aan te bevelen.

Perfecto para desconectar en familia

Tanto el check-in como el check-out han sido muy rápidos y sencillos. El apartamento es perfecto, amplio y muy bonito. Todo está muy nuevo y cuidado. El trato con el personal ha sido maravilloso también, súper amables! Lo mejor sin duda el acceso directo a la playa, la terraza con vistas y la tranquilidad de la zona.

Por poner alguna pega, hemos echado en falta que nos dejasen accesorios de baño para los tres, en lugar de solo para dos personas. Al igual que la toalla de playa, ya que el apartamento contaba solo con una, lo que nos resultó extraño ya que había 4 juegos de toallas de baño.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment super close to a wonderful and not crowded beach

The apartment is very confortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need and a big fridge, open space within kitchen and living room, great sofa and a big dinning table for those hot days that you prefer to keep inside with the A/C . Beds are comfortable as well and nice bathroom with big shower cabinet. Awesome terrace with big table, where you’ll be most of the time yo spend in the apartment.

The washing machine is not in the apartment, it’s in the ground floor., not a big deal, but in would prefer having one in the apartment because I’m traveling with small kids and I need it very often. But I must tell the property provide me extra bed sheets any time I request it, and even they offer us without asking so. I really appreciate it

Perfect place for a beach vacation with the family

It is a nice place in front of the beach, the pool is amazing and the apartment is new. They shared all needed information in advance and in case of any question they are always available. Really a great experience which we will repeat next year.

Modern suite but noisy

Very modern, fully equipped apartment with great position for the beach and a spotlessly clean pool.

Very noisy as could hear other guests coming and going all night. Prior warning of a noisy pre wedding party would have prevented us from booking. Expensive poor sleep!

Gorgeous apartment by the beach

Beautiful apartment a few hundred yards from the beach! It is furnished in a lovely modern style and had everything we needed (except a kettle!). The bathrooms are gorgeous with massive showers. Kitchen has good facilities. The balcony is lovely overlooking the pool. Sea views, what is not to like! Even in October we were able to get in the swimming pool which is perfect. Perfectly quiet, you can hear the sea rolling all day and night!

The apartment block is new and in an area where more development is going on - not loud or disruptive, but it means there isn't a great deal around it at the moment in terms of shops, cafes or restaurants (as at Oct 2022). So you have to walk down to Kiko port (20 mins) or further to Oliva Playa (35 mins) to really find anywhere to have a coffee or something to eat. If you have a car, the supermarkets are 5 min drive away, which helps so you can have a few bits in the apartment. Apartment could also do with a kettle in the kitchen - we had to boil a pan for tea/baby milk. A few more coffee pods for the L'Or machine would have been nice (although you can buy them from Lidl etc).

Amazing stay! Will definitely return again!

Great communication with staff re; instructions & forms before arrival, Friendly, contactable and fast response out of hours to extend our stay! Location was fantastic- amazing sea views on large balcony! Secure parking and premises Very clean environment in and out of apartment, air con flowed into bedrooms which was great! well maintained gardens Great sized, child friendly pool Well equipped apartment - had everything we needed, thanks for welcome pack! Comfortable beds, quick and quiet shutters on siding doors- brilliant option for blackout in room! We actually returned a few days later after our first stay as it was so amazing!

quiet & remote corner of paradise

excellent quiet location directly on the beach front; everything is new and very clean & cosy. nice large terrace overlooking the sea. we stayed for a week at the beginning of September, in an apartment on the 2nd floor. private parking is available in the building. private swimming pool.

we liked everything about the property. but, since the business seems relatively new, we have maybe some recommendations for the future, just to make sure to cover all guests’ preferences: (1) some complimentary coffee capsules would have been nice to find, especially for guests arriving late in the evening when all the shops are closed; when we arrived the coffee vending machine down at the reception was out of order; 2) some smaller sized bedroom pillows-all the existing pillows were really big and hard; (3) blankets ( there were only bedsheets and some guests maybe would also prefer a warmer blanket). nevertheless, bottom-line Oliva Suites is an excellent location for a romantic trip if you prefer quiet places close to nature.
