What breakfast? Breakfast wasn’t provided. The suite was really cute and comfortable. Amazing actually! No closet or Iron for hanging clothes was the only negative.
No place to hang clothes.

The accommodation was amazing! Clean, comfortable and very spacious. Beautifully decorated and the surrounding area was very scenic. Highly recommended.

We have become very comfortable with Farm House Suites and very Trustworthy.
This facility is now our Go-To place to stay due to the Quality of care given tot he facility to make our stay as welcoming as possible.
Me personally would like to have access to an outdoor grill, at least for the Barn Suite, I did not see one that was available to us.
Due to our stay being in the winter months, not sure if the grills would be available. Next Time I will ask.
They made it very clear that if we needed anything to just let them know.
It was more of a spontaneous idea to grill out and enjoy our room. not much for planning on our end.

The most problematic were the 3 extra fees booking.com charged. Totally blindsided and told cleaning fee does not get to the pine cove people. The destination fee? We live an hour and a half from pine cove! I should have been made aware of these fees before I booked. I may have chosen a different getaway. The stay was enjoyable.
Thermostat didn't work so we were cold and too much light came into the room from the hall and outside lights after dark.
The extra fees tact on from booking.com. see above.

We liked the peaceful setting (pond with fountain surrounded by a paved walking path and trees), and how close it was to Rt. 39. We liked the round bedrooms in the silo. The stone-trimmed jacuzzi tub was a plus, too, as well as the comfortable beds and pillows. Starbuck's coffee was wonderful to wake up to!
This is our 2nd visit (we stayed 2 years ago, too). It seemed like it was the same couch, sunken low and not very comfortable. The lighting is poor in the living room for reading, too. It could also use another padded chair, as there was only one. The other is hard wood.
The bedrooms do not have anyplace to lie your suitcase on (no bench or table). Also no place to hang clothes/coats, too.

This place was LEGIT! From the moment I walked into the facility, I knew my wife & I had made the right decision.
“The Cove” is not secluded, but it is certainly tucked away. The driveway leads about 150 yards down a row of pine trees and then opens up to a clearing where the facility rests. The building sits atop a cliff that overlooks a small pond that has a sidewalk around it and a gazebo at the entrance of the walkway.
Upon entering the building, I noticed the cleanliness - impossible to miss. A little down the hallway was “The Parlor Suite”. We loved the hardwood floors, the layout of the room, the barn door, and the patio (overlooking the aforementioned pond). Gorgeous view!
The building is within mere minutes (like five!) of a major drag of the city; shops, diners, coffee, and ice cream parlors. One could park at a shop and then take the walkway visiting many shops.
We DEFINITELY plan to return. I have zero issues reserving The Parlor, but wouldn’t mind checking out the other options.
I’m not sure I can answer this. Our stay was just what my wife an I wanted/needed. No real need is present at this time.
