The view is amazing. a really treat!
Good size bedrooms. really comfy beds.
good quality bedding.
very clean.
plenty of glasses, plates etc.
a decently well stocked kitchen
we booked a four bedroom villa.
two bedrooms are on the top floor, two bedrooms on the ground floor. with the kitchen and lounge area in the middle.
But the bedrooms are NOT connected even via the kitchen/lounge area. they are essentially two different villas.
this proved to be an issue for us as we were travelling with a special needs child.
I think it should be clearly marked that this is the case. the bottom bedrooms are not part of the main house.

this an excellent villa in an excellent location overlooking the sea
the step up and down to the pool but you cant have your cake and eat it.

very spacious, great comfortable beds, air conditioning was necessary in July, access to private beach and sea, fabulous and responsive staff.
the property was cleaned regularly to good standard, but I could suggest that once a week steam floor cleaning will help to keep floors cleaner especially with all the sand and dust we brought from outside.
also would suggest installing some umbrellas at the pool area. it was very hot in July and didn’t want to be on the beach every day but had to because of lack of umbrellas at villa.

The villa was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with quality furnishings. It was very spacious; the balconies were huge! The view was superb. The hosts left the fridge full of fresh fruit, water, soft drinks and beer, which was extremely welcome.
The upstairs bathrooms could do with a little update. The downstairs bathrooms were wonderful.

We've been in the first week of July 2022. The villas are beautiful, clean, cozy, nice design. The hosts were nice and left for us fresh fruits, water, beer in the fridge, which was comfortable after arrival since it was a hot summer day and grocery shopping is not first thing on the list. Sheets were clean and nice.
Swimming pool was clean and just outside the villa, very comfortable.
The restaurant next door has great food and service, the view from the terrace is fantastic. It is a bit pricy, compared to the restaurant rated as the best in Corfu, but the quality is super.
The wifi did not work, rooter was broken, we called and emailed, but it got fixed only after tree days, which was unpleasant, since not all guest were from EU and the cost for internet and calls was huge :(
The smell in the down floor apartment, during the day, with windows and doors open, you could not feel it, but in the evening and during night, you could smell the mold, especially in the second bedroom. The bed or mattress should be replaced and the source of smell and mold should be identify and fixed. It is a shame, the rest of property is very good.

We had an amazing week at Glyfa Beach Villas. I would definitely recommend staying here.
It's a great location, with the beach just below. Perfect for starting the day with a swim! It seemed like the only people on the beach were other guests or diners at the Taverna Glyfa next door (which was the best place we ate at all week and so good we went there three times).
Easy to get to other nearby beaches, such as Kaminaki and Nisaki. Would definitely recommend renting a boat for the day to go up the coast to the wild beaches near Avlaki.
A bonus was the fig tree - we could pick a handful of the most delicious ripe figs every day (early September).
All in all a huge thank you to Glyfa Beach Villas for a fantastic holiday.

Great villa for a couple of days of beach holiday. Swimming pool and sea near by. And don't forget to go for a meal to taverna Glyfa next door
Shops are a walk of 15 minutes away

Perfect spot for having a holiday with friends / family. Right on the beach, with a great taverna next door and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Barbati with a great choice of restaurants, cafes and shops. You can hire a boat / car through the property hosts. The rooms are very spacious and clean with fantastic views. 4 showers in a 4-bedroom villa. A good size shared pool. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We had unforgettable time and highly recommend this place
nothing to mention

The villa is directly in front of the sea overlooking the whole beautiful bay of Corfu. Such stunning views! And we had a little private beach just a few steps down! One of the best vacations we ever had!

I liked the location and position
Wi-Fi not working at all for all the stay.
The villa was separated by two different units not adequate for a single family.
One of there two apartment had bad air quality due to the smoke of the previous guest.

Location amazing for our purposes - we had a day to kill on Corfu before heading to Paxos. The fact that we were on the beach with a great taverna next door was perfect for our 2 night stay as we didn’t rent a car and were picked up at the pier by our boat rental company for our day in Corfu
The villa was ill thought out. Two bedrooms in the main entrance. The other three were accessed by an outside staircase and separate key entrance. The outside eating area was not accessible from the main villa- you had to go out of the front door and around the kitchen to access it
