Condo was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed for a multigenerational family and friends trip. The spacing of the bedrooms and having four bathrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy. The coffee and wine were appreciated and a nice unexpected touch. It was in an excellent residential location away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but yet it was an easy Uber ride away. Loved having ample restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

The kitchen did not have a Keurig, as stated. The kitchen only had one very small saucepan, no bowls, and really no way to cook for a group of 4 or more, which was disappointing. The outside grounds were not well maintained and not mowed. The inside of the condo was generally ok, but pillows had tears in them and all of the ceiling fans stopped working one night. The next night they worked; I think there is an electrical problem there. Did not have a view of the city skyline as expected. Only 1 garage which seemed small to accommodate a condo that sleeps 12 people. Also, the "garage" had two open sides, so anyone could get in.

The location was perfect, with quick rideshares or walking distance to restaurants/bars. Each toon having it's own bathroom is perfect for a group of people. The rooftop was the perfect way to enjoy some fresh air!

VRBO was very clean and very easy to check in and checkout of. Location was perfect and great for our entire group. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone with 10+ looking to stay in Nashville

We had a great time in Nashville. The vacation home was great, accommodated all of us, it was clean and centrally located. The staff was very nice and attentive. Would definitely use them again for any future travel. Great place and hosts! :)

The property was fine, the beds were comfortable, the condo was clean. A couple of things would have made this better: The property sleeps 12, we had 10: There was not enough silverware for everyone - only 6 knives for example. There were NO serving bowls of any kind, so if you wanted to make a salad - forget it. There were ample towels, but only one towel rack in each bathroom - and no hooks - nowhere to hang clothes for after a shower. Just note - this is not a place to stay if you want to have meals at the condo and have several people. There is a bar counter in the kitchen/living room area which would be fine if you had 4 BUT there are only 3 bar stools. With the bar stools and the couch and 3 chairs - there is only seating for 9. One additional bar stool would have been nice. It is small - so no room for a dining room kind of table, which is difficult with a group of 10. Nothing that can be done about that - and we realized that when we booked. We were eating meals out, so that was OK. Just don't book planning on a large group having any main meals at the condo.

My daughter got married on Friday of this past week, We checked in on Wed afternoon and had many activities downtown and around Nashville planned. The rental was just great, actually perfect for us. 4 couples, with 4 bedrooms and our own bathrooms... PERFECT. I would definitely stay here again. Neighborhood seems to be on the upswing...

Paying a hefty cleaning fee and seeing cobwebs throughout is a little unsightly but the property was overall nice. Several issues did occur during our 5 day stay. First day after check in, a contracted person of the owner came in without knocking (using the door keypad) startling one of my female guests to say the least. On another occasion we decided to dine in one night, the oven stopped working so I contacted the owner. His only suggestion was to see if one of my other guests could assist me or he would send me a copy of the instructional Manuel. Guess I’m not smart enough to operate an oven on my own. We eventually found the breaker and flipped it which resolved the issue. Lastly in virtually all the rooms the lights would randomly turn on and off ..especially at night. I brought this to the owner’s attention in which he stated he would send someone out but should that random unvetted individual not find an issue then the maintenance fee would be at my cost . Which definitely did not fly. I did end up taking video of the lights. The owner gave no other remedies for our inconvenience and didn’t even bother to call…all communication was done through itrips.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It’s clean, quite and close enough to everything to see in Nashville and the surrounding area. I highly recommend this apartment for your next trip to Music City. Don’t forget to go to the Opry!

We had a great experience with Kevin and this property. The communication was pleasant and smooth at all times. The house was perfect condition, safe, and walking distance to Nissan stadium and 5 point. We hope that we can come back to the same property in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! A minor difficulty with using the door code upon arrival, however was able to speak with someone quickly and got right inside. Would consider staying at the same location again!

We did a girls trip for 10 and this place was great! Very clean. Would recommend more towels but otherwise it came with everything you needed for a short weekend away. Will definitely look into using this company/property again!

The unit was very nice! Tastefully decorated. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. There was a little problem with all bedroom fans snd lights. Around 2:40 a.m. the l ceiling light would come on bright and the fan would start up. And the Unit is very echoey. All in all we had a great stay.

Nice enough, very clean and Basically as described in photos. Outdoor balcony was a little of a let down , no scenery. Living room couch slides very easily on concrete floor and needs something to help with that . If your neighbors are on the balcony you can definitely hear them as you try to sleep so walls must be thin and weirdest thing was the lights and fans seemed to have a kind of their own and would come on randomly at times . Overall not a bad stay . Some decent locations are within walking distance but be prepared to Uber or pay parking fees that aren’t cheap to main attractions.

This East Nashville location is prime time! We visited a number of different local neighborhoods like the The Gulch and enjoyed a wide array of recommended restaurants provided by the management team. From the condo, a walk or short drive takes you to the area’s favorite eateries, shops, and attractions (e.g. Otaku Ramen). Our group also walked back ~1.5 miles from the Nissan stadium after a Garth concert (sensible walking shoes recommended and some street smarts required :-). This VRBO exceeded our expectations! Beautiful 3-story new construction in a hip upcoming Eastside neighborhood. Condo appeared professionally decorated with new high end furnishings/furniture/upgrades. Smart TV's throughout the unit (minimum of one on each floor) with strong WiFi throughout the unit. The kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and cookware/silverware, in addition to a corner coffee bar area. A washer/dryer pair was also available on the second floor. And, don't forget about the fun rooftop on the 3rd floor ("The Penthouse" as we referred to it). This is an ideal unit for couples traveling that would like the privacy of their own floor(s). There is reserved parking available for one car in the (semi-open) parking garage, and an additional space for a second car in the driveway which proved to be quite convenient. We'd be remiss if we did not mention the phenomenal service commitment of the Housing Manager, Kevin. He was attentive and responsive to all of our inquiries throughout our stay over a holiday weekend. He and his wife went above and beyond by providing a list of suggested dining experiences around town--all of which were a double thumbs up! 100% will be back! Nashvegas is a BLAST (for both business and pleasure)!
