About this house rental
For sleeping accommodations, the primary suite is at the back of the house with a window looking out to the pool area. It has a queen bed, desk, and en suite bathroom with a shower. The two guest bedrooms are at the front of the house and have a shared bathroom between them with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest bedrooms has two full size beds and the other has a full size bed with a twin size trundle that can be pulled out from underneath. In the living room area, there is also a daybed that can be used as another twin size bed. All beds are made up with soft white sheets and duvet covered comforters, sanitized fresh for each group of guests.
When it comes to cooking and dining, the stylish and fully equipped open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, decorative light fixtures and a four-seat breakfast bar. At the heart of the home is the large marble dining table which seats eight.
Near the front door, a built-in desk provides a second work station in case the need to stay connected arises. The home is equipped with high speed WiFi and Smart TVs in all three bedrooms, the living room, and the lanai. Within walking distance from the house (under a mile) you can be at the posh Ritz Carlton Naples for sunset at Gumbo Limbo (their tiki bar) or enjoy a beachfront dinner at the Turtle Club. Mercato, the outdoor shopping and dining plaza with a Whole Foods, is a quick drive (1.5 miles). For a fun space with all the comforts of home, tucked right next to the white sand beach of sunny Naples, Villa Palma awaits!
PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs will be permitted with approval of the specific breed and age. Please include this information in your inquiry or booking for consideration. Additional pet fees will apply.
NOTE ON WINTER HOLIDAY WEEKS: We will NOT be able to confirm any bookings that include check-in or check-out on December 24th-25th, 2022 or December 31st-January 1st, 2023 due to the holidays. Weekly rentals for the holiday weeks will need to run from Friday-Friday, either 12/23-12/30 or 12/30-1/6. Thank you!
