Pros: Location was fantastic and the deck had a great view.
Living room /dining room/kitchen was open concept so we could all spend time together in one space.
Cons:
Not exactly five rooms and we found out the place was listed for sale during our stay.
Spiders and webs in the cabin and mice scrambling within the walls.
Pilot light was out and no heater until it was serviced nearly 6 hours after arrival.
Half the outlets did not work.
Game room in shambles and no heat, so we couldn’t utilize the space much.

We have been vacationing in the beautiful Frazier Park area for 20+ years. This cabin is by far, one of the loveliest, best situated and fully appointed cabins we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The cabin is very clean, spacious, has amazing views, and each floor enjoys easy access to great outdoor decks. The array of neighborhood wildlife we briefly spotted was simply breathtaking! The furniture is newer, comfortable, and the beds are wonderfully welcoming with luxurious comforters. There are plenty of extra blankets and/or pillows provided. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace, and each room was also provided with portable fans, should someone care for additional airflow or white noise for sleeping. The lower floor bedrooms have their own entrance, which makes it extremely easy to unload and to pack back out. This separate entrance also affords privacy and adds quiet to any night owls who care to stay up late taking full advantage of an amazing game room, or to take in some stellar star gazing. The kitchen is well-equipped with the latest coffee makers and gadgets, and there are some essential spices and sugar provided. (To be safe, plan on bringing with you all of the necessary menu items that you know you will need.) Each bathroom has towels, liquid hand soap and shampoo/conditioner sets for the vacationers to use. We had zero complaints and found the support/management team to be courteous, informative and extremely responsive to any of our questions or needs. Our family is already planning our next stay at this beautiful cabin located on lovely Yellowstone Court!

Terrible
This was, unquestionably, our worst experience in a vacation rental. The house was extremely hot (upstairs was like a sauna) and the air conditioner did not work. The kitchen did not have any of the essentials like salt, pepper, sugar or oil, and we saw a mouse running around on the counter! Some of the windows and sliding doors were jammed and overall, the house was maintained poorly. We tried reaching out to the contact person soon after we checked in, for help with these problems, and never heard back. With better maintenance and customer service, this vacation rental has potential, but it’s current state is pretty bad, and I would not recommend it.
