About this apartment rental

This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Apartment is located in the exclusive Balé complex at Peppers Salt Resort in the heart of the Salt Village, Kingscliff 50m from the beach and can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights stay.

We are a husband & wife team who let only this one apartment privately.

The Apartment can be configured to suit up to a maximum of 5 adults or 2 adults and 4 children, plus 1 infant.

FEATURES

2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, Spa Bath, Private Pool, Outdoor Hot Tub, Sleeps 5

* The main bedroom has a King Bed with a large ensuite including Spa bath.

* The 2nd bedroom can be configured as 1 x King bed or 2 x Single beds and has another full size bathroom.
Please let us know at time of booking which bedding configuration you would like.

* There is a spare Double size bed located in the study nook tucked away from the main areas which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

* We also have a portacot (found in main bedroom cupboard) and high chair (found in Laundry) available at no extra charge.

AMENITIES

We have a fully equipped Kitchen with Miele appliances. The kitchen is stocked with Byron Bay Bun Coffee Nespresso pods and an assortment of Byron Bay Bun Tea. The pantry will be stocked with a few essentials that is sugar, salt & pepper along with several other small pantry items, however you will need to bring fresh milk. There is an IGA store located in the salt village across the park from the apartment for your convenience.

High quality Bath sheets and hand towels are provided in both bathrooms along with hairdryers in each bathroom and a supply of shampoo/conditioner and hand lotions. Beach/Pool towels are also provided. Bedroom linen is of a high hotel quality and found on all bedding.

There is a fully equipped laundry where you'll find a washing machine (detergent supplied) and dryer, iron & ironing board. In the laundry you will also find a beach shade tent, 4 boogie boards and bucket & spades for the kids.

There are a few bicycle & electric bicycle hire shops in the area, please refer to contact details on last page of the compendium found in the apartment.

PARKING

There are 2 allocated parking spaces which are located in the secure underground car park of the building.

SUGGESTIONS IF YOU ARRIVE EARLY

If you happen to arrive before the designated check-in time, there is plenty to do. We suggest that you could visit a local grocery store and do a small grocery shop. Coles is 5 minutes south at Casuarina and Woolworths is 5 minutes north in the seaside town of Kingscliff itself. There is also an IGA convenience store over the park at the Salt Village. There are several good restaurants and a pub for lunch, please enjoy the local food!

This property did not disappoint, it had everything required to have a beautiful relaxing long weekend away. The place was clean, beds were very comfortable, spa in the main bedroom and a large outdoor entertainment area. Close to shops, pub, beach and access to the resort facilities (heated pool and outdoor spa). Would definitely stay again - thank you.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a family week away. The beach is a 2 min walk, there is a restaurant with an indoor kids area, park across the road. The apartment itself is gorgeous with heaps of space for teens and the littler ones alike. Board games, boogie boards, a beach tent. It’s just such an easy place to stay with kids. The teens spent most of their time in the pool, spa and at the beach. Our toddler just loved the beach and the parks. It was a perfect family stay and I think we will be making it an annual stay for us. And we saw whales! ❤️

This is a fantastic apartment, clean, spacious and has everything you'll need for a short or even long stay. Everything in great working order, clear instructions on entry and plenty of room for up to 6 people. The facilities that are with the apartment are really top notch, with huge pool, spa, tennis court, beach so close and plenty of restaurants all in walking distance. highly recommend this place for couple of families. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rob and Stacey‘s apartment. The apartment was big and spacious, very comfortable and decorated very nicely. It is situated right across the road from the beach, with lots of cafes, restaurants and boutique shops 200 m from the apartment. The bed was super comfy and the pillows just right ensuring a good night sleep. We were there for a conference so didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities that were on offer but definitely will come back and stay here again. We did have a swim in the outdoor heated swimming pool which was heated to about 25° just perfect.

Apartment was large, comfortable and had everything we needed as a family. The complex was clean, comfortable and the pool is conveniently located, a few steps from the apartment. With access to the Peppers resort, it makes a great value add with our you children enjoying the diversity of swimming options.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at the apartment. We had very good communication from the owners and very accommodating for a family with young children. The apartment is in a great location - close to the beach, shops and playground for the kids all within a few minutes. The pool area is right outside the front door and our son had a great time playing there. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has the the amenities you would need. We will definitely look to book again and can highly recommend this property.

I recently stayed at this property for four nights and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully designed, with all the modern amenities you could ask for while still maintaining a beachie feel. The location is ideal for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and get a feel for a laid back beach town. It's quiet and peaceful, with plenty of nearby activities. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my own meals. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of a costal town.

Rob and Stacey were very easy to deal with, answering emails promptly when questions arose while staying at apartment. This was the perfect location for a girls weekend getaway. Complete relaxation away from family commitments with restaurants, shopping and beach all right at your doorstep. The apartment was perfectly located near pool and lifts and very quiet and private. We absolutely loved our stay.

This is 1st time for us to go to Kingscliff and stay at Bale Resort. The entry metode was easy to do and our room was amazing. The property was nice and easy access, the pool was just perfect. The room itself completed with all facility, love all the little details and well-equipped kitchen n pantry. The washing and the water toys also perfect for my family. Most my son loves was the pool, my eldest daughter loves the balcony ..ha...ha.... My hub loves the extra care of all little things that make us stay nicer. If only they can give us more coffee pot as we stayed 3 nites..ha...ha,,, personally me, i really like the clean carpark, and the entrance from the car park was great as you guys provide us with the trolley and that really helps us a lot. overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Bale Resort.

Loved our stay! The apartment had everything we needed, even boogie boards and sand toys for the kids. Beds were super comfortable, Kitchen fully equipped with everything we needed, including coffee machine, and bathroom had lovely shampoo/conditioner and moisturizers. . Pool area is only a few steps away, beach only a 5 minute walk. Salt village restaurants and pub were a short walk across the park. Was a perfect weekend away, kids happily played which meant this mumma got to relax. Will definitely be back.

This is a spacious and well equipped apartment that easily catered to our group of 4 adults and one child. One of our party was wheel chair bound, however there were no impediments to accessing the property. The beach shades and beach toys for kids was a great touch. Lovely sizeable balcony. A really nice common pool just outside in the central courtyard.

I Arrived at bale peppers unit 1116 ,I opened the door to the apartment the sun was shining thru the balcony windows, immediately I was relaxed and I new I was on holidays ,what a beautiful unit. It had everything you ever needed while on holidays with a huge big main bathroom with spar bath, the spare room had a king size bed tv and separate air conditioning .the kitchen had every mod con you ever needed. It even has a washing machine and dryer .I just loved how close we were to the private pool and hot tub and a short walk to Salt beach location location location plus across the park you had an iga ,Liq store ,fins famous restaurant the salt hotel ,pizza outlet plus it’s only 5 minutes to cabarita beach and Kingscliff Thank you Stacy you have a beautiful unit and I will be back .

We stayed at Rob & Stacy beautiful apartment over looking Salt Park. The apartment location is ideal and is a very short walk to the beach and Salt’s popular restaurants. There is a lovely pub with a fantastic playground for kids also The apartment is clean, spacious, with a fully equip kitchen including an expresso coffee machine The bedrooms are of a good size one has a spa bath! The apartment includes a laundry and has a large sunny balcony The apartment is situated close to the pool and spa so you don’t have to far to walk and the lift is near by also We found Stacy very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Rob and Stacy apartment and we will be definitely booking another stay there.
