This property fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of space for the ten of us and centrally located. Had enough towels, paper products and kitchen items. Thank you Elizabeth!

There were 9 of us and the rooms and space was perfect. The kids had a great space with their own tv.
The location was good with easy access to the shopping areas and zoo.

We stayed for a weekend - 5 adults and 2 kids and didn’t have any issues at all with cleanliness.
There were minor repairs (wiggly faucet, bumps and bruises) that did not impact the function so I’m not sure why anyone would complain about them at this price point. We’re not buying it, just using it for a short stay.

Location and communications were great, condition of property not so much. Property is in need of some repairs, as mentioned in other reviews, this was not a big deal. Needs a good cleaning, hair in bed linens and bathrooms. Just needs a good cleaning. Location was great.

This was perfect for three hockey families. Boys stayed in the three basement rooms which also had a TV and lounge area for them while the adults were upstairs. We used the extra room in the basement with fridge etc to air out equipment...thankfully the room also had a door! It was a welcome change to staying in hotels! Host's communication was excellent! Kitchen area was a little tight for 10 but there was plenty of seating in the living room and extra chairs in the basement we could bring up. Only amenity we missed having was a BBQ...oh and cable as it's the playoffs and we couldn't get the games but TV does have Netflix and other streaming apps: just bad timing for hockey loving families lol. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to main roads which made getting to our games ALL OVER the city very convenient. Will definitely use again!

My husband and I were very pleased with this 6 bedrooms house that provided plenty of beds for our family of 7 kids. It is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood, but close to many activities (it took us only 15 minutes to go to the Assiniboine Zoo). The main kitchen and table are not very big, but there are many chairs in the house that we could bring in to eat all together. There is also another little kitchen in the basement, with a second fridge, a second microwave, a second sink and extra counter top space, which was useful to us. The host provided all the important information in time and answered all our questions very quickly and kindly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Close to the University where we were visiting our daughter. A minimalistic, no frills house was just what we needed. Fully stocked kitchen dishes, clean and multiple bedrooms with an upstairs living room and a basement family room allowed for separate adult and teenage hang out space.

Needs some love
The property is in a nice neighbourhood and the management is very responsive ; however, the property is in need of some love and attention. Is is very appropriate for student living but not ideal for families.
