This vacation home offers easy canal access to Port Charlotte, Boca Grande, and of course the Gulf of Mexico. The private dock allows you to truly live the Florida lifestyle. Enjoying the sunshine and water as much as you desire. There are two bikes available for your use as well! Easily ride bikes to downtown Punta Gorda.
This home is beautifully renovated and decorated with you in mind. As you enter the home, your eyes are immediately drawn to the sparkling blue water of the pool and canal. The open concept floor plan is bright and airy, always letting in the Florida sun. The living room looks right over the pool where you can plan to spend plenty of time. Whether you’re enjoying happy hour or reading a book, this cozy spot is the perfect place for you.
The kitchen is stunning with its upgraded cabinetry and granite countertops. The kitchen opens up to the living room and breakfast nook, all of which have shimmering views of the canal and pool deck. Both the kitchen and living room offers sliding glass doors that open to the screened porch area. This home is also outlined by 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. You’ll never feel a shortage of space here as each is designed to encapsulate comfort. Each has been beautifully decorated for utter relaxation as well. A split floor plan also offers maximum privacy.
As you enter the pool deck, your world will be transformed. Along with gorgeous views of the canal, theres outdoor dining set, a bar and a stainless steel grill. You can plan to spend plenty of time here. This home is made for outdoor living at its finest. The 25x12 pool with 8 ft spa, tiki bar, outdoor shower, two TVs on the lanai, and peaceful canal views, with plenty of outdoor seating, means youll never want to leave, or even go back inside!

Boat Lift:
The boat lift is available for usage UNTIL JULY 2022. THE BOAT LIFT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR STAYS AFTER JULY 2022. Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or fishing.
Pool heat is an additional cost will charge PLUS TAX. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. This is a salt-water pool.
The pool faces West for gorgeous sunset views.
Garage: Owner car is parked in the garage, garage not usable for guests.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.
