South Hillswood Booth is a wonderful semi-detached house, located on a working farm, resting in in Meerbrook near Leek, Staffordshire. Hosting four bedrooms including a super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), a double with trundle bed, a double and a ground-floor double with TV, along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also a kitchen and living/dining room with woodburning stove. Outside there is off-road parking for six cars, and a front garden with seating and lawn area, as well as a side garden with gravel and lawn.South Hillswood Booth is a delightful getaway for those looking to explore the magnificent countryside and escape from everyday life.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, table tennis and WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Child-friendly. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Bike storage. Front garden with seating and lawn. Rear garden with gravel and lawn. Two-well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.0 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Note: This property is accessed via a single track lane which is unsuitable for cars with low suspension. Note: There is a step down towards the property, please take care. Note: There are two stair steps leading up to the rear garden, please take care. Note: There are two stone steps leading up to the kitchen and ground-floor bedroom, please take care. Note: Pets must be kept downstairs Note: There is a small pond on the property, children must be always be supervised by the pond. Note: Overall access to the property is by a number of steps and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
