This loft with private terrace is part of the Amalfi Vacation Residence complex and features a large private terrace and use of the residence’s pool. The Amalfi Vacation Residence is the only with outdoor swimming pool located in the center of Amalfi, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries, taxi stand, and close to shops, restaurants, bars and everything the center of Amalfi has to offer.
The apartment is excellently maintained, self-catering, and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, high speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite television, and more.
The apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed (this bed can be separated into two single beds), a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen.
There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom.
Besides the private terrace, guests can also enjoy the ample and elegantly furnished outdoor spaces of the residence.
Perfect for couples, the apartment is also a great choice for families of up to 4 people.
The pool is open daily (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) from March 28th to the first week of November, weather permitting.
The loft is on the third floor of the residence at the top of 55 easy steps.

The loft is located in the center of Amalfi, only about 5 minute walking from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port, and the beach. Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance. Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Positano, Capri, Ischia etc).
Parking is chargeable and starts at a rate of EUR 35 per day and may vary based on vehicle size and season.
CONFIRMATION POLICY :
For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay (+ service fee) is required at the moment of the booking, through HOMEAWAY/VRBO reservation system.
The balance will be paid on arrival.
Check-in: any day of the week from 2.30 PM to 8.30 PM.
For arrivals from 8.30 pm to 11.00 pm an additional fee of €30 will be charged.
For arrivals AFTER 11.00 pm the fee increases to €50.
Check-out (any day of the week) is by 10.00 AM.

From the excellent communication with our host, to the attention to every detail, we enjoyed our stay with Amalfi lofts.
The apartment is so meticulously kept, with absolutely nothing lacking, including a lovely welcome basket, and small touches like plenty of coffee, bathroom tissue, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to not have to rush out and find a market when we arrived. The biggest surprise though, was how well the air conditioning handled a very hot spell in August—amazing. The stairs are a climb, but my senior husband and I managed just fine, and they gave us an excuse for a little extra gelato. Highly recommend

This lovely apartment is located up past all the busyness of the city center - walkable yet provides peace when you need it. The apartment terrace and pool were so nice to relax after exploring all day. The host (really the employee we mostly communicated with) was SO incredibly nice and helpful. There was an issue with the shower and they bent over backwards to get it fixed asap and ensured we were able to shower elsewhere when the work was being done. I find the beds in Europe to be very uncomfortable but of the 3 apartments we stayed along the Amalfi Coast on this trip, this one had the most comfortable bed by far. 10/10 would recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our ferry got canceled (special thanks to Samantha!). Thanks also to Gillespie for the warm welcome and Vincenzo for the great communication. Location is perfect - just outside the bustle but still steps from the main commercial areas. Pool was very clean, as were the accommodations, which were spacious. The washing machine is a plus as well!

We loved the location. A dip in the pool after a day of sightseeing or hiking was so wonderful. The private terrace was great for morning coffee or an afternoon nap. The communication between the hosts (Vincenzo and Samantha) was phenomenal. Leading up to our stay they made suggestions on the best way to travel to the property as well as some excellent restaurant options. We loved that this property was just far enough away from the busiest part of Amalfi that you could escape the crowds but only a 8 minute walk to the action. The private terrace made for a great spot to relax after a day of sire seeing. Plus we really felt spoiled having a pool to cool off in! I would definitely recommend staying here!

There are no words to describe how wonderful this private, yet conveniently located, property is in the heart of Amalfi coast. Our loft was super clean and well-stocked with towels, utensils, and coffee. We loved a super private patio in the back with a dining table and lounging chairs and were so grateful for the swimming pool to escape the mid-afternoon heat. The beds were comfortable, we were never disturbed by the neighbors, and Vincenzo was a perfect host. We got help with everything from arranging pick up cars to/from Naples to getting our luggage up the stairs to the loft. We loved our welcome basket and mid-stay cleaning service and change of linens and towels. We will definitely book this property on our next stay in Amalfi. Molto grazie!

Most magical stay
We absolutely loved this place! This was our FAVORITE part of our whole 2 week trip in Italy. The private balcony was great but truly the pool was simply fantastic!!! Fabulous location. Great communication with the host. We will be dreaming of the day we can get back to this wonderful home. Please do yourself a favor and get a dinner reservation RISTORANTE IL MULINO, it's so close to this VRBO and the food is out of this world.

We had a great time staying in Amalfi at this property! We were in unit 5. The unit was very clean & we enjoyed the location of the complex. It was close to city center & the beach & ferry dock, but far enough away to be quiet at night. The loft beds (2twins) & the sofa bed were comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well although the loft stays much warmer than downstairs. We very much appreciated the stocked kitchen, the bottle of wine, the bottle of olive oil, as well as the tea bags, sugar packets, French press & espresso coffee makers, electric water kettle, hair dryer and washing machine!
Make sure to put the washing detergent (which is provided) in dispenser 2, not dispenser 1. Make sure to put the spin on 1000 or your clothes will be pretty wet still when the cycle is done. I washed all loads at 40 degrees & that worked well for us. There is a nice rack up in the loft to hang the clothes to dry overnight.
The pool was very clean & looked so refreshing but we didn’t get to use it since it closes at 7 pm.
Vincenzo was very responsive to our calls and he arranged for the porter to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor unit and also to take them back down on checkout to the area where our driver was picking us up. This was a lifesaver for this mother/daughter duo! The porter was so nice & friendly & I am sorry that I cannot remember his name to thank him personally! The cleaning ladies were also very sweet and nice! Thank you Vincenzo for providing this service for us !!!
Franco was fantastic & so helpful. He checked us in and when we were having trouble with the door latch he came quickly to replace the key for us. Thank you Franco!!!
We highly recommend the lemon farm tour, & visit to the duomo in Amalfi, and the group full day Plaghia Charter cruise to Capri. We also loved our visits to Ravello & Sorrento.
We enjoyed breakfast at Andrea Pansa, & dinner at Al Cancelletto. The best pizza in Amalfi we were told is at Donna Stella. Unfortunately we were not able to make it to try it out...next time! :))
There are at least 3 small grocery stores in city center where you can purchase milk & food items & fresh produce.

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amalfivacations loft apartment. The swimming pool made a welcome relief after longs days exploring the magnificent Amalfi Coast.
The apartment is well equipped, immaculately cleaned and such a peaceful place to stay.
We would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

Perfect Home Base for Amalfi Coast Vacation
Lorenzo was really great at communicating check-in/out and provided additional services such as luggage shuttle, itinerary recommendations, restaurant reservations, ferry schedules, translation, etc. The property was centrally located - it took us 5 mins to walk from the property through the town center to the ferry/dock. Bonus points for air conditioning that really works in the summer, washer/dryer in unit, and access to a pool! This was the perfect home base for us during our Amalfi Coast vacation.

Spent 5 nights here with my family (children ages 8 and 11). So close to everything in Amalfi including buses and ferries.
We loved strolling for cruissants and Cafe in the am, exploring during the day, and relaxing by the beautiful pool in the afternoon.

What an amazing property. It was exactly what it looked like in the photos and more. Vincenzo sent a porter to drive us to the property in a golf cart and handle our luggage. The apartment was clean and well stocked. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here.

Has potential but we did not have the best experience
Overall the apartment/loft suited our needs for traveling with a small child, but the unit is among many other units. To our displeasure, our neighbors were partying late into the night - so much so we had to finally ask them to stop at 1am one evening. The music and talking came through the thin walls - it was like they were in our living room. Additionally, if anyone in the other units walk up the stairs to the loft area in their own unit, it sounds like they are walking up your own loft stairs. So needless to say, sleep did not come easy - though the area the unit was located was relatively quiet otherwise. I think if the other occupants were more respectful, it would have been a better experience.
Pull out couch bed was more comfortable than the regular bed and my husband and I took turns sleeping with our daughter to try to get some rest. The main bed was VERY VERY hard. The unit was very clean and it was nice to have it cleaned and fresh towels after 3 days of staying. The kitchen had all we needed. It would have been nice to have some basic things like maybe some oil to cook on the pans (we got some in the shop), or some extra towels to wipe things down, but overall had what we needed. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very nice and the host left a bottle of wine as a gift. It was helpful to have the luggage service take our bags up to the unit as it is located at the very top of the town. The wifi worked great. Being located out of the hustle and bustle of the shops was nice but be prepared to walk a lot! Didn't bother us, but you will get your steps in :)

This apartment (Loft 2) is gorgeous & clean with all the facilities you need to be comfortable. We were close enough to the main sights such as the water & cathedral but far enough to have quiet relaxing moments at the pool. Eating in was nice too and we could eat on the terrace outside. Wi fi worked perfectly & two televisions gave the kids their space. The washing machine was a bonus very useful for a beach holiday. A special thanks to Vincenzo who brought our luggage to the apartment as there are about 3 flights of outside stairs- expected in Amalfi.

Our Home Away from Home for a Week
Great location - so close to main square and waterfront but on the quieter side of Amalfi. Pool area was very clean and quiet...a little oasis to relax and cool down a bit before exploring again. Our loft was well supplied. AC worked great. Highly recommended!

Beautiful tranquil relaxation
The property sits just above the hustle and bustle of the main shopping street in Amalfi. The apartment we had had a lovely living space and great kitchen (my wife and I love to cook). The loft bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is a great air conditioner that kept the apartment cool. There are plenty of window for natural light and shutters on the in side, if you wish to sleep in.
The pool gets lots of sun during the day and has plenty of sitting and lounging areas. As well, there are plenty of tables adjacent to the pool area for sitting under lemon or orange trees and relaxing in sun or shade.
Our only issue with the location was with the wifi -it would go in and out and was not reliable.Vincenzo was our contact there. He was extremely helpful with all of our needs and our many questions.
We will be staying here again when we come back to Amalfi.
