The villa is large enough to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests within spacious 2 bedroom suites plus a sofa bed in the living area. Everything is set within a plenty of indoor (with a gourmet kitchen and breakfast bar) and balcony space (with a great view & wet bar) to relax.

The villa is located in Villa La Estancia resort, an exclusive complex just minutes from downtown and the Cabo Marina. It is one of few resorts located on Medano Beach, overlooking the iconic El Arco rock formation that so many come to Cabo to see. The resort offers a plethora of outdoors amenities for your enjoyment. Our stay at Villa La Estancia was fabulous. The hostess Onelly communicated with us well, arranged our transportation to and from the airport and even helped with our grocery stop at Walmart. The condo was gorgeous, fantastic view and amenities at this resort. We enjoyed the gym, sauna, pool, private beach, pickleball and restaurants. The swim up bar was a treat. We walked to the marina and downtown for some excursions (snorkeling, boat ride, dancing at Cabo Wabo, restaurants and shopping). We took a water taxi back to our resort. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Lovely stay and we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Villa La Estancia was perfect for this trip - close to downtown, right on Medano Beach. The condo is spacious, and fairly well appointed and stocked. Onelly is easy to communicate with - very responsive.

One of the best vacations ever. The villa was so spacious, and the view was incredible. Love the veranda. The grounds of the hotel are so lovely and clean. There is no other hotel I would have preferred to stay at. We will definitely be back. The only thing I wish we had that we didn't, were recommendations on where shop and eat at with more reasonable prices. The prices were crazy high.

We stayed in 2 units and had the very best vacation in Cabo. The place was so beautiful and so was the resort! Medano beach was right there and so fun to be in the ocean with everyone. The really large heated pool was so inviting even on days that weren’t super hot. We had the best time!! We will be back for sure.

We are somewhat regular visitors to Cabo San Lucas but usually stay closer to town. This was our first stay at Villa la Estancia. We went for my daughter's bachelorette party. We had 4 moms in this room which was perfect! So much space, very clean and an awesome view! O'Nelly was very quick to respond to any questions that I had. She set up our transportation to and from the airport as well as cleaning service on the days that we requested it. The resort is amazing, very beautiful. We had no trouble getting chairs by the pool and loved the hot tubs that are scattered throughout the property. There is a little coffee shop and a small grocery store yards away from the resort that came in handy. Getting a cab was extremely easy as well. We had a little difficulty at check in....probably might fault by not knowing our room number. The walk on the beach to the busy beach area like the Mango Deck was slightly difficult. The beach was on a pretty good incline but I'm also not a young pup. We also wished we could easily walk into town by street - and you could - but it would just take you 25-30 mins I would guess. Those are the only small complaints which really aren't good ones. Overall, it was a great stay and we will be back! We had a little difficulty

We had the best family time! Onelly was great with responses and information which made everything feel easy! The place has a beautiful view from the balcony and the location is great..short walk along the beach to places like the Office or Mango Deck. The beach area is swimmable and poolside always had great service! Will definitely be back!!

Terrific place with wonderful view. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable, lumpy, stained, and thin mattress and difficult to use due to very heavy marble table in front of it and for the price and caliber of the place that was a disappointment. I also noted key things missing from the kitchen- no strainer for pasta, no Tupperware at all. We also never saw the maid for 5 days. But otherwise absolutely no complaints and nowhere is ever quite like home, of course.

Our stay in this VRBO was fabulous! We loved the 3 spacious rooms and the outside living area. The deli/market was very close by for our breakfast/coffee/snacks, and the on-site restaurants were very nice. The property grounds were immaculate and the access to the ocean was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved your time at this property! Well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. We had some issues with plumbing which but a liberal damper on things but it eventually got figured out and did not ruin our stay by any means. We hope to go back with our kids soon!

This was our 8th visit to Villa La Estancia This property did not disappoint! Very clean with all our our needs met in order to cook in several night. Mornings were enjoyed out on the balcony taking in the beautiful view of the ocean and Cabo!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4. There was plenty of space for everyone to hangout and relax on our vacation. The resort is beautiful and had lots of pools for the teens to chill out by. The views were spectacular and lots to see while walking on the beach. Overall I would say this is a perfect spot for any family.

The property is beautiful and in a great location. Onelly, the property owner, was so helpful and very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations and make sure our stay was amazing. We went during Spring Break, so the property was very busy and it was difficult/impossible to get chairs by the pool, but that was our only complaint and we preferred to be on the beautiful beach anyway! We will be back!

We love staying here! So much space for our family to be comfortable, close enough to the action but tucked into a quiet and safe property. We love that we can cook our own meals, eat at the resort, or take a short walk or Uber to the marina or other areas. Absolutely beautiful views, warm pools, and the most amazing service! Been before and will be back again!

We stayed on 7th floor with my brother and his wife. Very spacious for 4 of us. Large living area on one side, with a separate master bed/bath. Other side had 2 Queens and bath, fridge, microwave. Both bedrooms and LR had patio access, which was nice. We didn't spend much time on patio as it wasn't sunny much facing west. But sunrises off the outside hallway were good and fantastic on beach. The coconut shrimp is awesome and Goddess margarita was best. Market and ice cream, coffee across street. Really nice, warm pool with swim up bar. The best experience, though was the extra attention we received from Onelly, the manager. I left a sweater and she located it and even delivered it to me at our next Villa by marina. She was super!! I would stay again, maybe a unit facing east, for morning sun.

Property and unit is perfect for 6 adults - so much space and comfortable and absolutely loved everything about it! It would be nice to have one more lounge chair on deck and pool should play music and offer a happy hour since food and drinks are expensive. But it was easy to stock up at Walmart and staff is very accommodating. Ubers were very easy and cheap to get to town and experience the city and marina. Loved our stay!!

Our stay at Onelly's villa at Villa la Estancia was perfect for our family. Onelly was very responsive and helpful! The villa and overall property is beautiful. It's located the perfect distance from downtown Cabo ... far enough away that you don't have to worry about the party scene in the evening but close enough to walk or grab an Uber to restaurants, shopping or other activities.

The property was better than we even expected. We have vacationed in Cabo for 10+ years and I will say this is probably property ties for the #1 ranking of properties we stayed at. Property is awesome. You have everything you need and more. The property was really quiet, and great for my son to swim at, but a real quick walk to one of the other properties where you had more going on if you wanted to experience that. I will be looking to stay here the same time next year!

This villa was perfect for my bachelorette trip! There was ample room both inside the villa and outside on the patio for us all to be together. The view was amazing! We had beach access to Medano Beach, one of the only beaches in Cabo where it is safe to swim! The onsite staff is very helpful for anything we needed. We never waited longer than 2 minutes for a taxi. There is a marketplace on the resort grounds which was very convenient. Great pools, hot tubs, gym, and swim-up bar! Overall I could not imagine a better place to stay for a group trip to Cabo!

My family stayed at Villa La Estancia for a week and we had a terrific time there. Onelly was a fantastic host, her villa is extremely clean and well organised. The kitchen was very well equipped with attention to detail. Furthermore the beds were comfortable with white crisp linens and blankets. We spent a'lot of time on the spacious patio enjoying the breathtaking views of the ocean and the resort grounds. The resort is a true 5 star rated facility. The staff were friendly and were very well trained. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay at Onelly's villa again. Onelly's help with organising a private driver to take us from and too the airport was very generous and highly appreciated.

My family and I had to make a last minute vacation location change due to the hurricane in Florida. We started searching for properties in Cabo. I reached out to Onelly and she was quick to answer any questions I had and we promptly booked her villa at La Estancia. The location was perfect, grounds were gorgeously kept and the hospitality of the staff was wonderful. The villa was gorgeous, clean and the view from the terrace was beautiful. Also the bed was so comfy that I almost stripped the sheets to see who made the mattress! There were a couple hiccups but the staff was quick to respond and extremely apologetic and it had nothing to do with Onelly or her beautiful casa. Onelly was awesome and even hooked us up with Sergio who transported us to and from the airport. He was so great we even booked him to take us to Todos Santos for the day and he couldn’t have been better. So thank you for accommodating us on this last minute trip. We definitely recommend you and your villa to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Cabo.

We loved our time at Villa La Estancia! Our family of 4 had lots of room to spread out and really enjoyed having all the condo and toured on a hotel property. Could easily make food for ourselves or enjoy the hotels market, spa or poolside service. Enjoy SO friendly at the property and the grounds are beautiful. We ended last night of our trip with dessert and amazing flaming coffee at Carson a restaurant at the hotel. Loved the whole trip!

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was spacious and well maintained. Beautiful grounds and the pool were a highlight to our trip. We did the all inclusive option and were not disappointed. The restaurant on property was soooo good. Lots of choices as you can choose from the three resorts restaurants. The staff was the best!! They were always friendly and extremely helpful the whole trip. We love this property the best of the three as it was very quiet and relaxing.
