About this apartment rental

Located within the Old Town Hall apartment, many of the original features of this magnificent Grade II listed building have been carefully and lovingly restored to its former glory.

While this apartment is newly-built, these homes in the annex offer equally elegant, but much more contemporary accommodation.

If you stay here you will enjoy the new flat relaxing living spaces that give you room to unwind, while a beautifully landscaped communal courtyard provides an outdoor haven to enjoy.

The flat is part of an elegant new development and consists of an open space living room area, 2 roomy double bedrooms with hotel-quality linens on the bed, and 2 bathrooms one of them ensuite.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen including and super fast Wifi and a work-from-home area. Our flat is well suited for a small family or two couples.

The space benefits from wood flooring throughout, new and elegant decoration, bright rooms, and excellent location in Acton high street with great access to buses and the underground system that will allow you to be in central London in a few minutes.

In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection. Fresh towels and free toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Acton is a great place to stay. It’s a bustling, lively location, with a great sense of community – and every amenity you could hope for. There’s a major supermarket, plus small, independent shops, bars, pubs,
and coffee shops aplenty just a short walk from The Old Town Hall development.

Acton Market is open every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in the town center. Each day focuses on something different. It’s an exciting, vibrant market with a real community feel, reflecting Acton’s diverse
communities.

If it’s green open spaces you’re looking for, Acton Park is a relaxing 11 minute stroll from the development and offers everything from a bowling green and tennis courts, to a children’s playground and café.


Acton Central Overground station is 5 Min. walk with connections to Queens Park and Euston.
Acton Underground Town station is 15 mins walk and in the bus station is right in from of the building where you have great communication with central London.
There is a public parking street right behind the building. ( Salisbury Street Car park)

With Acton Central Overground station just a 6-minute walk away, Acton Town tube a 15-minute walk and a bus stop directly outside The Old Town Hall development, getting around London couldn’t be more convenient.

Staying at this property, you'll have London on your doorstep. Get to Knightsbridge in under 20 minutes, enjoy world-class shopping at the likes of Harrods or Harvey Nichols, or take a tour of some of the city’s finest museums.
Leicester Square is less than half an hour away by tube, where you can take in the latest blockbuster or must-see show in the West End. Or visit Covent Garden to enjoy a drink and some street entertainment in the piazza;
then head over to The Royal Opera House for an evening of culture.

Sometimes it’s hard to believe that the world’s most exciting city is so close, but when you want to tap into its treasures you can be there in no time.

Plus there are a host of local amenities on your doorstep for when you don’t want to venture far from home.

We are renting our home for a short time and we hope that you have a great time while looking after it as if it was your own.
we will leave plenty of storage for you. Wardrobes and drawers will be available in both rooms.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. The key pick up and drop off is approx 3 minutes away by foot. Details will be provided no earlier than 24 hours to your arrival.

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
