Discover the pearl of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! Nestled in a quiet little street, this charming duplex apartment can accommodate 6 travellers and is the ideal base for your getaway. Ideally located near the shops and only 300 m from the sea, you will have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area upstairs for 4 travellers, as well as a shower room. Sheets and towels are provided. See you soon!
The accommodation
Located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, the duplex is as follows:
Day area:
- Large and bright living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining area for 6 guests.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A sleeping area on the first floor that can accommodate 4 travellers, equipped with two double sofas, a TV, and a table with 4 chairs. You will have a sea view!

- The sea, with a sublime view of the bay of Mont Saint Michel, is 300 metres from the flat.
- The beach of Port Mer is 2 kilometres away.
- A few metres away, you will find the beautiful shops of Olivier Roellinger.
- Local shops: a pharmacy, a supermarket open until 9 pm.
- The restaurants of the swell, facing the bay of Mont Saint Michel, are 10 minutes away on foot.
- Market every Sunday morning a few steps from the flat, as well as a market of flavours on Thursday afternoons and evenings in July and August.

- Museum and cinema 50 metres away, in the old church of Cancale.
- GR 34 hiking trail 300 metres away.
- Sailing school, karting, sand yacht at 3 kilometres.

The flat benefits from its location. Very central - though sometimes loudness in the night - and splendid view to the Atlantic coast (see title). Also close to the great Grand Cancale Trail.

Spotlessly clean & great location
The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described.
It is situated within easy walking distance of a very good boulangerie(2 min), a supermarket(3mins), a creperie(1 min), a post office(5 mins), several banks, restaurants and bars all within 5-10 mins walking.
The owner Olivier Labbe was most helpful with several queries I had before I travelled and answered on this platform promptly.
A superb apartment in a great location for the centre of town, the port & oysters. All within a 5 minute drive or a 15 - 20 min walk. (I did a couple of times and I'm 79 years of age).
Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

L’appartement est très bien situé dans Cancale. A 10/15 min de marche jusqu’au port où il y a tous les restaurants et à 5 min des criques. En duplex, idéal pour un couple et 2 enfants car l’étage sert de salle de jeux.

L'idéal pour découvrir la région
L'appartement est très bien agencé, très bien équipé et idéalement situé. La rue extrêmement calme est pour autant à 2mn à pieds de tous les commerces y compris de petits restaurants. A moins de 10mn de la rue du bord de mer qui regroupe les parcs à huîtres ainsi que la majorité des restaurants et boutiques. C'est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir la région. Le propriétaire très avenant et préoccupé par le bon déroulement de votre séjour.Je recommande vivement le logement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten in Cancale
Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Auch zwei Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung, die wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum von Cancale. so dass alle Geschäfte für das tägliche Leben, die Märkte, Restaurants oder der Hafen fußläufig erreichbar sind. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aus den Fenstern im unteren Geschoss schaut man auf einen schönen Garten und aus dem Obergeschoss sieht man das Meer! Für uns (zwei Erwachsene, unsereTochter und ihre Freundin) war die Wohnung perfekt aufgeteilt. Unten waren wir, das Obergeschoss bewohnten die Mädchen. Da auch zwei Fernseher vorhanden waren, war das super. Parken war ebenfalls kein Problem, wir durften bei den Nachbarn gegenüber unser Auto abstellen.
Den Vermieter haben wir nicht persönlich kennen gelernt, aber per Mail funktionierte der Austausch reibungslos. Alles war Bestens organisiert.
Cancale selbt ist auch wunderschön und die Leute dort sehr nett. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!!!

Lovely flat in the middle of the old part of the town
The place is very well located, quiet, easy walking distance to the main square with stores. The apartment is clean, well equipped (other than a smallish dishwasher) and comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults.
Just down the road is a lovely evening market on Thursdays during the summer and a bigger Sunday morning market with lots of food and clothing and other items. The owner was very helpful - we liked the place a lot!
