Perfect place!

The beds were comfortable. There is a nice open area off of kitchen for small children to play.

As described it is a spacious townhouse in a gated community very near the beach and only a short drive to all of the great shops and restaurants in Encinitas. Very clean and responsive hosts (the garage door opener needed a new battery during our stay, and they came right over to fix it). If, someone in your group is older, or has physical limitations; then, the walk to the beach, pool, and stairs in the home might be a concern). But overall it is a relaxing place to stay with great amenities.

Overall the stay was good. There were a few issues but they were addressed quickly. Communication with the owner was rapid and good. The beach entrance was about 2 blocks away from the property. The only issue we had that wasn't addressed during our stay is that the queen mattress on the upper floor is in very poor condition. It caused a couple of my averaged sized family member really bad back pain every morning. We tried flipping the mattress and turning it but it still dented in the middle excessively.
Overall it was a good experience.

My family and I loved our stay at the seabluffe escape. The location was perfect, close to the cute and popular downtown Encinitas. The house had everything we needed. We stayed for two weeks and would have stayed two months if we could.

I would have given this place 5 stars but for the poor responsiveness from the property management company. The AC in the master bedroom did not work and we called the company to let them know. They said that someone would be out to fix it but that never happened. So, that was a bit disappointing, but it is a great place and a perfect location.

Really enjoyed staying in the private and safe community. Great for our family. We had family dating in a unit close by so it worked our great for us. Beautiful sunsets. Would come back again

This property was ideal for a large group. We had 4 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space and the property had access to the ocean plus a heated pool.

This condo was the perfect size for our group. Being a rental, it's totally understandable that they are using fake plants to brighten up the space but all of them were really dusty and kind of gross. It was unfortunate for us that we visited during a massive heat wave because the common living spaces do not have AC and were incredibly hot. The AC in the master bedroom failed on the second night and management was very quick to respond via text, which was great. But the service guy didn't show up until the next day. Luckily, the problem magically fixed itself and we were able to sleep comfortably. This is definitely not the management company's fault, but there were tons of flies everywhere in the house that were annoying and kind of gross. Just the time of year. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed that the balcony faces east instead of west towards the ocean, but I suppose we would have had to pay more for a unit with an ocean view. Pool was nice. Short walk via a very steep staircase down to the beach which was really rocky right at the base of the steps but you only have to walk a few feet to find nice sand to relax on.

House is really spacious, big kitchen to cook, lots of dining spaces to enjoy home cooked meals. Lots of space just to sprawl out as well. Tons of air and natural lighting as well.
Gated community is very quiet and friendly. People are really nice, much on the older/retired side so it was very peaceful. None to little noise.
There is private access to the beach and pool. The beach towels and the washer/dryer really made it a non-issue if we ever needed to clean our clothes in a jiffy. The beach is rocky. So take care if you have little kids or if you can't walk really well over unstable beach shores.
We love the peaceful of the town. It is away from all the hustle and bustle so that you and your family can enjoy and relax.

Beautiful and clean. Everything you need, i would recommend to friends.

This was a wonderful, gate location. We were 200 yards to the beach! 9/10 for cleanliness and 7/10 for communication. The beds accommodated 8 adults exactly. Plenty of showers and huge washer and dryer for dirty beach towels and other clothes. Washing detergent for laundry and dishwasher. Full size fridge and freezer.
Only issues were some residual beach sand on the bedroom floors and communication for full trash. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in March 2022. We would definitely rent again!

Nice Home
This is mostly a nice home, but I am afraid I can't fully recommend it. It's not as nice as I had hoped, given the wide angle lens pictures, which really do not accurately show it. The home needs some refreshing and painting. Supplies were limited. I ended up buying stuff and leaving it there, like a can opener, a few basic spices, more dishawashing pods. The utensils were the cheapest plastic ones. Just not what I would expect with that price tag. We had to buy our own laundry detergent and sponges. Really tiny bottles of drugstore shampoo. Very few towels for guests. The twin beds were uncomfortable, on cheap metal frames and the place just felt a bit cold, perhaps from lack of colorful art and nice rugs and things that could just warm the place up. The positive is it's an open nice space for a family with tall ceilings, and a spacious kitchen. The master beds are very comfortable and the master bedroom is great. I wish I could say I loved it, but it just felt like someone was putting the most minimal effort into this rental. The hot tub, a short walk away, was a nice feature. The house doesn't look out on the ocean but it's only three blocks away. Personally, we weren't very impressed with the town. We have stayed at many better homes and better towns than this one. The people at the agency do answer their phones right away and are pleasant. I do wish they had offered us a little money for the things we bought and left, but they chose to just thank us when we called them. We had to call because the trash can was full and there was no information about what we should do with out trash. We are very easy going renters, but I wanted them to know that the house needs an audit and some upgrading. The irony is that it wouldn't take much to turn this into a better place, and I hope someone does just that.
