Flip-flops are definitely the standard footwear at this townhouse! Conveniently located, guests will be only a short walk to the beach and can walk down stairs leading to the shared pool. But between your local adventures, guests of this townhouse can relax indoors in central air-conditioning. Enjoy cooking together in the kitchen equipped with full-size appliances and stone countertops, and helpful extras like a coffee maker/Keriug machine. Or, cook up something really tasty on the private gas grill. Each bedroom is on its own floor in the townhouse. The main bedroom features a private balcony and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Guests will be able to enjoy access to both the shared pool during their stay.

Only 2 cars are allowed in the driveway. No parking on grass, only on driveway per HOA rules.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We found the home wonderful for our small family - beach was close, pool just outside back deck and we enjoyed Mexico Beach for 1st time. The only down side of Mexico Beach is water was somewhat murky compared to Panama City / Destin. We drove to St. Andrews in Panama City twice to enjoy the gorgeous emerald green water and snorkeling - not sure if this was transient as this was our 1st time; we loved the stay and are talking about potential trips for next trip.
