I stayed with my kids and in laws. House was comfortable and accommodated 4 adults and 3 kids easily. I would recommend!

What a beautiful home. We stayed for 9 days and loved it. Location is great, beautiful views of Universal from the home. Quiet neighborhood. Communication with the house manager was great, we had two minor issues during our stay that were promptly addressed and resolved. We honestly hated to leave. Thank you David for the perfect weather you ordered for us and Alex for being so helpful. Would love to return again!

The home was in the perfect location for an LA vacation. It was convenient to all of the must see attractions and restaurants. Amazingly easy to get to Universal and ideal viewing of the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. The private pool and hot tub made for a very relaxing retreat. Movie memorabilia decor was a huge hit for our college aged film study student. Thank you for having us.

The house felt homey and luxurious. A full kitchen. A gorgeous pool. Deluxe televisions. Lots of space to spread out. We’d happily return.

Excellent Hollywood Location
Universal, Warners and Hollywood Bowl all within 10 minute drive. Property has pool, hot tub, & firepit with plenty of outdoor seating. Over July 4th weekend we enjoyed viewing the fireworks at Universal from the comfort of the Lancaster Compound.
