Lynne and Ted were wonderful. I got their VRBO for my family and friends. Hosts were always helpful .everybody loved the house and tje location. The week ended up very rainy, but everybody had lots of privacy, if needed, and many gathering places. I could go on and on, but the 5 star rating is being given by a person who has been a host herself, for many years. Thanks again, Lynne and Ted . Carol.K.

I would recommend this house to everyone! It was conveniently located, beautifully decorated, and has everything you would need for a relaxing stay. The hosts even had snacks for us when we arrived. They have thought of everything, including a basket in each bathroom that you might have forgotten. My grandson was able to fish off the dock, and loved it! If you are going to be in the area I strongly recommend you choose this home. There was 8 of us (including 3 under 22) and they loved it! I would give it 10 stars if possible, I have stayed in many different VRBO homes but this one was my favorite!

Ted and his wife have thought about everything so you don’t have to. Literally everything we needed was there. Luxurious pool towels, fully stocked kitchen, welcome basket, the most comfortable beds, just the perfect home for our two families. The house, pool, boat dock and neighborhood met all of our expectations. Simply come ready to relax and enjoy yourselves. Ted is very responsive and willing to help in whatever way possible.

This is a big beautiful home. We very much enjoyed our stay. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and seemed to think of everything we didn't. For instance, all the gear to enjoy a day trip to the beach. All the chairs, cooler, umbrellas and so forth. That was an added bonus for us. Beautiful views and a nice pool if you just want to stick close by for the day. Not far from Punta Gorda's downtown areas for great places to eat.

Our vacation at the house was in July. Before booking the house, I reached out to Ted with some questions on being able to accommodate our 28Ft boat. Ted answered all my questions along providing great information on areas to visit. The house itself is beautiful with lots of room. We had a total of 11 people on this trip and everyone was comfortable with plenty of room. Ted has gone above and beyond to provide information on the area along with amenities at the house to enjoy while staying there. The layout was perfect for our families but most times everyone gathered in the kitchen or living room or mainly around the pool. The house was spotless and everything you need besides groceries is there. The dock is setup for easy boat access or to fish. There is a boat ramp not far away at the state park, which makes it that much easier to get the boat in the water and to the house. I can’t say enough great things about our vacation, but the house really made it that much better. There is so much to do but we spend most of the time on the boat or in the pool. Look forward to a return trip soon.

We so enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. There were nine of us and we had plenty of room to be comfortable and have our own space. We brought our boat and the docking was perfect and sunset cruises were beautiful! The owners are more than accommodating and provide all kind of special touches and amenities in this beautiful home. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was amazing and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a quiet location!

We stayed at Punta Grande with our 2 kids (14 & 10) and another family with kids of the same age. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, had everything we needed and more! There was plenty of room for all to spread out and activities near by to enjoy. We rented a boat from a local company and spent 2 days on the water island hopping the near by islands. The perfect getaway if you are looking to escape touristy locations.

This property was simply amazing. The attached video helped with the location of everything inside the home. The photos are definitely accurate as well. The home is presented in a fashion that stands out. The floor plan is great and there is nothing but compliments about the space. Great color coordination also. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. The patio and deck area definitely compliment the home. Several light switches throughout the home and all are correctly labeled for ease. The deck offers more than ample seating. The kitchen is fully stocked and labeled as well to perfection. Plenty of garbage bags, soaps etc. The garage is full of excitement too with fishing poles, a tackle box, and bikes! All to which me and my group used. Communication with the owner was very simple as well along with the smooth check in process. If I were to add anything it would be sanitizer due to the current pandemic. I spoke with the owner about the dock concrete steps being a little uneven and he informed he would promptly work on it. Definitely a small list compared to all the positive things to mention! I would definitely book this property again!

We’ve stayed at numerous VRBO properties in the past with some very good hosts. However Ted and Lynn were over-the-top exceptional with every detail taken care of to ensure we had a great stay. The house was beautiful and located in a quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The house was expansive with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed the afternoon pool sun and ate nearly every meal on the back patio. The kitchen was fully stocked with both indoor and outdoor dishes and every appliance needed for our stay. We also enjoyed watching the snook and dolphins in the canal. Would highly recommend this property for your stay in Punta Gorda.

What can I say, this house is fabulous. We were so excited to stay in this house for the week. Everyone had a great time swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We rented a boat for the week. It was exactly what we all needed. The house itself was perfect. The house is fully stocked and clean. The owners, Ted and Lynn we very attentive to our needs and answered all our questions. They were the perfect hosts. They even left snacks for the kids as a welcome treat. The location is perfect, you are a short drive to any beach. I would highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back. Thank you for a fantastic stay and vacation.
