This house was just what we were looking for, especially as we were travelling with a large dog and it has a fenced yard. The reason I did not give it a 5-star rating is that, when we arrived, we noticed that the fence gates on the sides of the house we're lower than we expected. Fortunately, my dog didn't jump them as we supervised him while he was outside, but it's something to think about if people have big dogs. It wouldn't effect smaller dogs. There was also a broken fence board that left a hole in the fence, but the accommodations people were extremely easy to reach, and they immediately sent out someone to repair it. We really appreciated such a prompt response. The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and stores nearby. The local Safeway grocery store was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.

This home was cozy and charming with modern amenities. After a day shopping downtown or traveling the Fruit Loop, it was a pleasure to come back to this home and its quiet neighborhood. I admit, I’m a bit of a cleanliness freak, and I very much appreciated how clean the home was! Kudos to the housecleaning crew!

This was a great little place to stay for a long weekend in Hood River. The house was clean and "as billed" from the listing, and the location was nice in that it was not in the middle of downtown, but still close to a trail system and some cute local shops/restaurants. We happened to stay in the middle of a heatwave, and the AC worked great which was a godsend!

This home was clean and a comfortable stay for our weekend!

Two adult couples were very comfortable using this lovely renovated house as a home base during a recent quiet 6 night stay in Hood River. The two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms were perfect for us. We loved spending the early evenings on the large porch. The garage was appreciated for storage of sailing equipment. The clothes washing facilities, ice maker in the freezer, folding chairs and cooler on wheels were all nice perks that we took advantage of. The kitchen and all appliances were very nice, although we felt there could be more table settings in general, as well as more glasses, smaller bowls for cereal/soup and more table knives. Cookware was plentiful. The lawns could have used a mowing and tidy up. We would stay here again should we revisit Hood River.

We enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and we liked the location. However, it could have been a little cleaner. The back yard needs a lot of attention and there was quite a bit of dog poop that we had to clean up on arrival to the house.

Overall we loved our stay! Communication was great, the place was clean, and the walking trail nearby was a happy surprise. I would definitely stay again!

Very well equipped, comfortable and walkable.

Husband, daughter, and I stayed for a night to visit family. House was as expected, based on listing.

We needed to get out of town for a few days and this was the great escape for us. We love the bakery right down the street along with the taco restaurant. We also really like double mountain brewery, the toy shop, the bookstore, and Hood River in general.

We loved this property, especially the fenced yard for the pups!

We were in Hood River for an anniversary weekend with our pup and this place was pretty perfect. Comfortable beds with super soft sheets, very clean, and updates throughout. We loved it! The fully fenced backyard was perfect for letting our pup have some off-leash time outside. The only thing we didn't love is the chore list for checking out (strip beds, take out trash, start laundry). Some rental places are stopping that, which is great - either the cleaning fees should be reduced and check-out times should be later to account for chores, or don't ask guests to do chores.
Otherwise, this was a great stay! We especially loved the bag of coffee gift. Thanks for being dog-friendly!

The property is exactly what is presented on the website. It was comfortable, clean, and nicely appointed.

We had a fantastic stay at the Devon Court home. The furniture was comfortable, the living area was spacious, and the private, fenced back yard was perfect for our pup. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We'll definitely be booking this listing again the next time we're in Hood River!

What a nice cute spot! We will come back again....

The house is very tastefully appointed in a NW cozy cabin style. Three things really stand out. The fully equipped kitchen really is fully equipped with nice utensils, good cooking pans and pots, and a fully stocked seasoning cabinet. The Coffee beans and a grinder for the beans were a special treat. The trailhead to Indian Creek trail is within 100 feet of the house and gives you the opportunity to hike through the woods to the downtown shopping area. I highly recommend this property.

2 bedroom unit was clean, nicely decorated and up to date with most everything available from instructions, to trash bags, tour books, coffee maker with filters etc etc. We lacked nothing staying here. We wouldn’t hesitate staying again.

Perfect home base for exploring all that Hood River has to offer at the end of summer for a family of 4 and 1 dog. Amazing attention to detail. Worked great for us!! Would return next summer for some kite surfing, mountain biking, brewery exploring and even golfing. A bit for everyone.

The house had everything we needed for our E bike weekend in Hood River. Would definitely stay again.

This property was great for location and cleanliness. Had every kitchen needs and the set up of the place was very comfortable. My only complaints is the house smelled of food every time we walked through the door. Kind of grossed me out especially when we brought in food to eat. Also the towels in the master bedroom were mildew like nobody’s buisness. We didn’t check the other bathroom since we only used the master for showering. We ended up going to Walmart and buying some towels. I also feel the backyard could use a little something something.
4.8
This place is generally all right but could be better with a little attention to the good-sized backyard. Only place to sit there and enjoy the lovely Hood River weather were two sad plastic chairs in the overgrown grass. Fires were currently unlawful due to wildfire season but the unkempt, crumbling fire ring does not beckon when it's safer to do so.

This house is so cute! Very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is fully sticked with nice pans and sharp knives. Beds are comfy and all the linnens are scent free. Super close to downtown Hoodriver. Very quite neighborhood and the fenced back yard was nice for our dog. We highly recommend Devon Court.

Wonderful house in great location. Very clean and exactly what we were looking for. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at this place. It was perfectly situated near all the fun attractions in Hood river and the mountains. It was a comfortable stay that accommodated us and our toddler and dog. The fenced back yard was a great feature and the house provided all the necessary accommodations of home. We would stay here again!
4.8
What a perfect home base for a week of hiking, biking and beer sampling! Quiet, clean and comfortable.
4.8
Devon Ct was perfect for our Gorge visit. Thank you! We hope to be back soon.
4.8
We enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, well laid out, and great for us and our dog. It was very quiet, which is important to us.

The house was exactly as advertised. Nicely appointed and pretty clean. It was spring and we had lots of ants and bees. We sent am Email about the ants and the were right on it. The yard is smallish and the grass was patchy with a lot of dandelion's (thus the bees). The house is next to a trail that runs all the way downtown so dog walking and getting around on foot was a breeze. Overall a great place and we will stay again.
4.8
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Super clean. Great linens.
4.8
Wonderful backyard with ample birds and critters to watch with your morning coffee. Comfortable clean beds, overall a very good stay.

Older property--excellent renovations--up to modern standards.
All modern and first class appliances. Extensive amenities--even dog treats! Super clean. Quiet neighborhood. Stores and restaurants nearby. We will stay here again.

Good location - close to Indian Creek trail. Nice decor. Heating system is a bit noisy at night. Good backyard for dogs.

Great location, clean, comfortable home, wouldn’t hesitate to rent again!
4.8
Throughly enjoyed our stay in Hood River, made so much sweeter at this property which allowed us to bring our pup. The home is well kept with lovely updates and a nice backyard space.
Will stay again when needing lodging options that include our 5th family memeber.
4.8
The house is very convenient and comfortable in a nice neighborhood. The fenced yard was great for the dog. The only minor issues were it had snowed prior to us getting there and couldn't get up the drive as it wasn't shoveled, but there was a shovel so no issues afterwards and there are not enough dinner knives. That is the only thing other than that it was perfect and will definitely recommend and stay there again when we return!
4.8
This was a perfect location to meet our adult son and his wife to celebrate the holiday together. It was everything we needed and we were so pleased to be able to bring our dogs.
Also loved the trail that was located at the end of the court.
4.8
We enjoyed our stay.

I was travelling with my dogs and it was the perfect back yard for them! My smaller dog is an escape artist, so I really appreciated that the fence was solid and well maintained. I also like that there was a nature trail for walks at the end of the block. The bed was super comfy and the house had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again!
4.8
The house is very good (clean, has everything what travelers need, comfortable beds etc) but ....... backyard need a lot of work (grass is dry and dirty, no area for enjoying outside sitting).
4.8
Clean, comfortable. Nice enclosed yard for the dog
