Newly remodeled, ocean side condo in Maalaea Harbor. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Large outdoor lanai over looking the ocean. Lounge at the ocean side pool or walk a few steps to the beach. Some of the best views for seeing whales and sea life right out the window. This conveniently located condo is located directly in bewteen Kihei and Lahaina and only an easy 20 minute drive to the airport. Whether you're wanting to snorkel in the bay, take a sunset cruise, golf or hike to Haleakala. We are exactly where you need to be.
Our condo is air conditioned and spacious with floor to ceiling windows. Couch can be converted to queen bed. Both twin beds can be converted to king. . Condo is supplied with everything you need to enjoy your island vacation in your home away from home including beach chairs, boogie boards and beach umbrellas. We are also within walking distance to restaurants, Maalaea Harbor, Haycraft Beach and the Maui aquarium. Small beach area located directly outside the condo as well as a salt water pool and bbq area.
Condo includes a laundry on site, shopping carts for groceries, free wifi and cable.

This condo provided the perfect getaway for our family. The location provided an easy jumping off point for getting anywhere on the island, and a quiet location to relax and enjoy the sound of the surf. We watched sunrise and sunset from the lanai, while sipping coffee or mai tais. With a full kitchen we ate many of our meals at the table on the lanai, while watching the activity of the marina or spotting the sea turtles or rays in the harbor. It was nice to be able to run the AC during the heat of the day and then open everything up in the evenings. The back bedroom did not get the airflow of the AC so it was a bit warm for our teenage girls. Everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the condo was available for use, including snorkle gear and chairs for the beach. Overnight parking was on the street but finding a spot was never an issue. We would highly recommend staying here, and we would choose this location again if we visit in the future.

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week. The accommodations were great the view was amazing! You definitely need a car because there are limited restaurants within walking distance. The beaches that are close by are not great for swimming but you can find them within 15 minutes. The pool was more for kids or adults who do laps. It was a great location if you want to go to both west and south Maui. However, if you’re not wanting to venture out much, then I would suggest staying closer to a resort area. The host was great and very responsive.

This condo was a wonderful, central location in Maui for my family to stay. We enjoyed meals on the lanai, swimming in the pool, and the quiet atmosphere of the building. This was a great central place on the island for day trips of snorkeling, shopping, hiking, swimming, and exploring all the island has to offer. Adam was great to work with, and the condo was just what we were looking for on our trip to Maui. I highly recommend staying here.

We rented this condo because of the location near the harbor, for an early ferry trip. But the view was amazing, the condo nicely appointed with comfortable beds, furniture, and phone charging stations. A/C worked really well. Also, communication with the manager was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the beautiful lanai view. We could see whales right from there! The little beach nearby was perfect for small children. The location was very central. The furnishings and kitchen items were very adequate! Would definitely stay again.

Very centrally located for going anywhere on the island. Clean. Had everything we needed Con’s the sliding glass doors don’t open so no breeze in the big bedroom. Neither would the window open Had to run fans or AC which it was cool enough with breeze only street parking which was always available but busy and worried about getting hit. Had trouble electronic lock. Wish we had been a floor lower but we did have great views

My wife and I brought our 13 yr old grandson to Maui for his birthday. This condo checked all the boxes. It is obviously used by the owner because it is extremely well equipped, everything you could want is here. Some rental units are owned by rental companies and are poorly equipped. We can highly recommend this lovely condo, the grounds and pool are meticulously maintained, as is the unit itself. We had a blast. Dave and Lynne

It was everything we dreamed and more! Truly a home away from home - stocked with everything you need. The views from the Lanai were beautiful. The AC worked well for the warmer afternoon weather. It was plenty of space for a family of four with two teenagers. The central location allowed us to get everywhere on the island quickly. It was close enough to things to do, but far enough to provide a quiet and relaxing getaway. The host was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond.

Very relaxing and having all the beach items we needed was great, especially the soft cooler for our daily outings. We loved sitting outside every evening, just beyond the pool, watching the waves and our last night here saw several sea turtles. It was nice being away from all the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to fun places.

We spent 10 nights on the island! The location is perfect to get everywhere quickly and easily! Adam was an awesome host who took care of everything we needed! Super comfortable beds. Not a thing I would change!

Fantastic property to stay ocean-side with family. Traveled with a toddler and had an absolutely blast. Longterm Maui visitor and this was one of our best stays over the years. All the essentials within the condo within a quiet and friendly (and safe!) community. Loved the barbecues by the pools to chef up some Huli Huli chicken. Play days on the low key beach right outside our doors made for lifelong memories with our little guy. Located in a safe area for running (if you’re into that). A fantastic general store right down the way (1/4 mile maybe) near the harbor for all essentials. Restaurants within 1/4 mile walk were high end with great views of the harbor and affordable pricing. We took two excursions for whale watching and snorkeling and could walk from the condo and get right in our cruise! Last stay in the island we had to drive a half hour just to get to the harbor. This was a huge convenience! Overall will be back. Will recommend to friends and family. And will hold onto these lifelong memories on the island!

Excellent property and great location as long as you have a vehicle. An easy drive to all communities and shorelines. The property as a whole is clean and quiet. The unit itself is beautifully kept with all necessities included. The marina is a two minute walk with a very cool little store that has everything from beer, wine and breakfast. We had a fabulous time! Thanks so much:)

The pictures do not do the property justice. The two sliding doors to the lanai (balcony) can be opened in the evening as the trade winds come in and you can sleep to ocean sounds. The view in the morning are amazing. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen allows for all the cooking you want to do. The location is perfect as everything is close. Plus, Door Dash delivers so you don’t even have to leave to the store or restaurants if you don’t want to!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Kihei is usually our normal condo rental location, however it is so busy and noisy there. We decided to try something different and book this condo and boy were we surprised. The decor is fantastic, the kitchen is fully stocked with equipmentlike the owner is a chef or something, the view is amazing and we barely ever heard our neighbors. Being outside Kihei made it so easy to visit our go to spots on the island without the traffic associated with that city. We will definitely book here again. Be warned, you WILL need a rental car or you will have not very many options to entertain or eat as it is near the aquarium and the options are limited. But you should really have a rental anyway as most of enjoying Maui is visiting various locations and beaches!

The check in process was very easy. Felt safe, views are amazing. Very well equipped kitchen with all the basic cooking ingredients and necessities. Beds are comfortable! Though the condo is compact it feels spacious especially with the patio. I hope to be able to stay here each time I come to Maui.
