Everything was exactly like the pictures on this site...Everything was clean to perfection. Location was great! Right on the beach and everything was near by... i had a rental however didnt need it much.. Walgreens across thacross the street....

The building looked a bit run down, as did the neighborhood. As other reviewers have said, it was loud, but it only kept me up one night, but I think people were watching a big World Cup game. The apartment itself was spotless and modern. Communication was great, larry answered all my issues promptly. The beach is absolutely beautiful. And yes, you are really right on the beach. Cons were the lock to the balcony doors didn’t work so my husband had to battle with it every time he wanted to go in or out. Definitely not enough towels or toilet paper for four people. (Meaning only one beach and one bath towel per person). But overall I would recommend it and I would stay again, definitely worth it, especially to have a full kitchen and a separate sleeping area for our kids.

Our family of 2 older teens and 2 adults had a lovely time! The condo is in a great location for beach and restaurants and so close to the airport without a lot of airplane noise. The condo is clean and had everything we needed and then some! Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

I stayed here with my son and nephew, this apt was better then i expected, if i had a complaint it was the floor next to the shower get really wet when you shower, but that is nothing... 10/10 in my stay

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils for doing breakfast there. The view of the city with the planes coming in was great! We walked to some awesome restaurants and bars so no need to rent a car. When needed, we Ubered to Old San Juan or to the Ocean Lab Brewery. We hope to be back soon!

This condo was wonderful for our family with a 7 year old and a 17 year old. Check in was super easy and responsiveness of host was prompt when questions arose.
The beach was absolutely amazing! If you were to imagine the perfect beach with the perfect rolling waves with the perfect water temperature, this is the beach you would be imagining. Had it not been unusually hot and sunny (well over 100 degrees the entire week) we may have spent every day in the ocean.
The condo itself was as described. Nothing fancy, but it was nice and clean and cozy. The king bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Our boys had no complaints about their beds either. The shower could use a full door to keep the water from saturating the bathroom rug, but we just tucked used beach towels along the shower edge to contain the water. The patio door was difficult to secure the lock but my husband had the muscles to do it. The view wasn't anything impressive... a vacant lot, a Walgreens and a restaurant (with the bay and mountains in the distance)... but we would've splurged for an ocean view if that mattered to us.
The Walgreens across the street was super convenient. Pizza City across the street was open 24 hours and had great pizza, sandwiches and Puerto Rican food. We opted for Uber to go to restaurants farther down the street since the weather was so hot. Had it been typical temps, walking would've been fine.
Overall, this was a great place to enjoy our vacation. I would go back :)

1st stay in PR.... Great location, very nice accomodations. Street below gets noisy, but hey, its a vacation spot. Larry was very helpful and attentive. The beautiful beach is steps away - five stars!

My 18-year-old son, husband and I so enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed, down to a first aid kit for a bandaid! The location is excellent, as it is directly on the beach and a 10-15 minute drive to Old San Juan. Our host, Larry, was very responsive and even gave us a late checkout upon request as it worked for the cleaning schedule. As others have noted, there is random street noise from loud vehicles especially on weekend nights(no fault of the owners) to take into account if you are sensitive to it. We recommend this place!!

We had a great time. Larry’s condo was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and just steps to the best beach. Larry is a fantastic host. He was very accommodating and a fast, great communicator. Would definitely stay again.

The property was great! Loved being right on the beach and having our own parking spot. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable. The view was so beautiful. Would definitely recommend!

Condo was clean, very well stocked with almost everything one would need. Property owner cares about the enjoyment of his renters. Only minor items missing was wash clothes and a cutting board (perhaps it was there but we could not find). Regarding condo location beach is beautiful in this area plus many places to eat within walking distance. I would rent this property again.

The apt had everything you might need for your stay. It was immaculate and comfortable for four adults! The balcony had a nice view of the mountains. There is a lot of security on the property. The beach was beautiful and quieter then other beaches we visited. Across the street is a bit busy but a fun atmosphere. The building itself could use some upgrades, but the apt was in excellent shape! We enjoyed our stay!

There was SO much to like about this property. Starting right off, check-in was extremely easy. This unit has so many wonderful touches: hair dryer, very nice bath towels and beach towels, plenty of paper products, basic spices for the kitchen, well equipped kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, beach cooler and very best of all, a Bluetooth speaker to take to the beach. The beds were very comfortable.
We liked sitting on the balcony watching the action on the road below. While we enjoyed watching the action outside the balcony, you do hear the noise in the unit but to us, that was minor compared to all the pluses.
As far a location....GREAT! So many great restaurants and bars to walk to. We also walked to the grocery store and grabbed an Uber home with our groceries. Ubers were not expensive so we did not rent a car.
Larry was extremely responsive. I can not stress how great of an experience this was for my family!

We had an amazing time and found the location to be perfect. The condo was clean, organized and comes with so many added amenities including beach chairs, and our kids enjoyed the beach toys. The property is right on the beach and there are many places within walking distance. We were very impressed with everything and the view is incredible. Larry is a great host and very responsive. We will gladly visit again!

This property is amazing from the host being so attentive, location, cleanliness and overall great. Larry was a great host. Property was exactly as it shows in the pictures, great amenities and clean. We had a great time and we cant wait to come back.

The property was exactly as described. Security is on point. The second day we were there my husband lost his wedding ring in the pool we let security know, and the next day they found my husband’s ring! The pool was fantastic and the beach was wonderful. Larry provided everything we needed for a stay chairs cooler even cooking appliances, extra beach towels, etc. I will definitely stay here again!

Apartment in Isla Verde was perfect for my wife and grown son. Located on beach which was perfect for early morning and evening strolls. Also very convenient to Old San Juan and other locations. Except for one day's rental, we simply Ubered our way around. Extremely convenient. Daytime while we were there was very hot. But air conditioning and all appliances perfect relief. We had one question while we were there, and Larry was quick to respond. All in all, a great location, apartment, and host. Note: there is some repair going on around the apartment building, but did not impact us at all. Would stay here again for sure.

The property had everything we needed(beach chairs, cooler, shampoo, even ear plugs). It was the perfect location. Quick to get wherever and a lot within walking distance! Larry was very responsive and very accommodating to our arrival and departure times! Traffic can be a bit noisy on the weekend nights but nothing that we couldn’t deal with. Would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back for sure.

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The beach/pool combo was great for our smaller kids who enjoyed the beach but weren't yet ready to swim in the surf. The apartment itself was nicely done and had everything we needed; I particularly appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen and loaner beach gear on hand. Check in was easy and Larry was really helpful in letting us have a late checkout. The only downside was the remarkably loud music on Fri/Sat/Sun nights blasting from cars passing by--it was only for a few seconds at a time, but enough to wake us. That said, the apartment was exactly what we needed and we would gladly stay there again anyway.

This place was great for my family. The three of us really enjoyed our stay. Being on the 15th floor makes for great views. Having the beach as your backyard was truly amazing. Everything was very accessible to us within walking distance. Dedicated parking space was very convenient and located where we could see it from our condo. We had a great time. Thanks again.

Larry has everything towels, dishes, glasses beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. The only thing that I would like to see improved is the shower the water is not as hot as I would like it.

Our stay at Larry’s apartment was a great base for our vacation. Being on the beach was great for days we didn’t explore. The accommodations were comfortable and the extras (beach chairs, cooler, speaker, etc) were a welcome addition.

We stayed at this property over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The check in process was a breeze. The owner has easy instructions and information for the apartment and building. It is a quick elevator ride and you are steps from the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a great stay. The beach chairs, towels, cooler, and umbrella were a very nice bonus for perfect days on the beach. I highly recommend this property!

This was our first trip to PR and this property was in the perfect location! You can walk to everything you need access to such as the supermarket, plenty of places to eat. The property comes with a parking spot. Although a car is not needed, we rented one so that we could drive to Old San Juan and visit other parts of PR. The beach was gorgeous! Never packed except for 4th of July. Residents of PR celebrate the 4th by going to the beach! No fireworks! One thing I would mention is that since this property faces the street side and not the beach side, you will hear music into the wee early morning hours. Most of the restaurants are 24/7 and so night time is when they pump up the music. It is so loud that if feels like the windows are open in the apartment when they actually are closed tight. This is a beach strip with alot of night time activity going on. The good thing is we are late nighters, so when we did lay our heads, we were so tired that we feel right asleep despite the loud music outside. Otherwise, the apartment itself was great, clean and Larry was very responsive to every question we had immediately. He is a great host. If you can overlook the loud music playing, then this property is one you want to rent for your stay in PR!

Great place, great location.

Great vacation rental
I had a wonderful stay at this property. Larry was also thorough and attentove and gave amazinf instructions. He responded to any concerns we had in a timely manner. The property was clean and well kept. It had everything we needed..including beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. Easy access to the beach. Therl washer and dryer was also a plus. Would definitely stay again if I visited Isla Verde.

Return to Paradise
My spouse and I rented this two bedroom, one bath condo for the month of February, 2022.
Our host, Larry, was dependable, and readily available, whenever we had questions or concerns.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, and had an unusual amount of storage space, so everything was organized, which made it clutter free, making you feel more at home. It is generously stocked with cleaning, paper supplies, and toiletries.
A car rental is unnecessary, since Walgreens, CVS, grocery stores, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance.
The condo is on the beach with restaurants, and food vendors available, so if you desire total relaxation, you can remain in your bathing suit the entire day!
The building is clean and very quiet. If you have questions or concerns, besides Larry, the front desk is willing to help out, especially Rafael.
The condo faces the city side, and can be quite noisy in the evening, however Larry aims to please, and is having sound proof windows installed.
The balcony is a great spot to relax, and meditate in the early morning, with a view of mountains and water, but also people watch, and experience the excitement of the city in the evening.
We are looking forward to returning to sunny friendly PR in the very near future. Experience the culture and the people, and you will have many amazing memories!
