This was a perfect house for our family of four. Great big kitchen and living room and plenty of parking space. Bring matches if plan to use the grill. Great walk into town if want some exercise. Plenty of towels, etc. Covered front porch was great! Highly recommend! Oh and I forgot to mention the great big TV in the living room and one in every bedroom!

We enjoyed the property. It was nicely updated throughout from kitchen to bathrooms and three bedrooms. The living space had comfy couches and we enjoyed hanging out.
It is not really close to the water without a car, but with a car only a 5-7 minute ride to both Oak Bluffs Center and Vineyard Haven.

I rented Island Breeze for my adult children and their partners during a family wedding weekend. We live across the street from this rental property and I have been watching visitors come and go all summer.....everyone looks happy and relaxed when I see them hanging out on the front porch. After our stay, I can report that this house is clean and cozy with everything you would need on a vacation. There's plenty of space and the amenities are top notch. I recommend this property to anyone looking to visit MV or any native islander who needs some extra rooms for company like we did.

We very much enjoyed the house and location. There was plenty of room, the covered patio was a great spot to spend time outside and it is a short drive to Oak Bluffs. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our kids loved the bunk beds.
Unfortunately, we had some concerns that were never addressed. Communication with Vacasa, the rental management company, was poor/nonexistent. We sent two basic questions. In both cases, the receipt of the question was immediately acknowledged with an auto-response, however, neither question was ever answered over our two-week stay.
Our second concern related to the shared space with the tenant who rents the basement unit. This detail is buried in the listing info, and we were surprised as we had expected to have the whole house to ourselves (per the listing type). The tenant was friendly, but it’s important to know that they can access the house from the basement, so make sure to lock the basement door. Again, it didn’t help that Vacasa didn’t respond to our question about this.

Loved our stay at Island Breeze! The home was absolutely spotless when we arrived and so we’ll stocked with all the essentials. The home was well decorated and very comfortable. There is a clear sense that the home is loved and good memories have been made there. Perfect location that is close to everything on MV while also being tucked away in a quiet residential area. One of the best part’s of our trip was meeting the older Navy veteran that lives next door -Dick. He came over to check on us and we had time to chat. He is fascinating and lovely and it was such a pleasure to meet him. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Island Breeze in Oak Buffs! The home is well cared for, spacious, and had all the amenities to make our end of Summer vacation comfortable. The location was great for us since the street was quiet and close to both Oak Bluffs' downtown and Vineyard Haven's downtown. Two thumbs up and pup approved.

The home was comfortable and accommodating. Having laundry, a deck & grill made it nice for my family for nights we stayed in and saved money. The home was clean. Tasteful and accommodating. Neighbors we kind & not intrusive. I would definitely rent here again for my family.

Hard to reach
This house was lovely. We enjoyed staying in it. The problem came when we had last minute problems involving a dog staying with us. We had made plans, which changed. We tried to reach VRBO to tell them and they were VERY difficult to reach, keeping us on hold for an hour. Finally the problem was straightened out. A few days into our stay another associate contacted us saying that he had no documentation that the issue had been resolved. VRBO tried to make our stay in Martha’s Vineyard difficult, but due to the wonderful house and the wonderful surroundings we did manage to have a great time.

After standing on the porch for 20 minutes, they still could not get us in with a code. They had to tell us were the hide a key was. They were supposed to send someone out to fix this, but no one ever came. Therefore, locking the door upon arriving and leaving each time was an ordeal. We couldn't lock the front door from the inside and hide to walk around the house each night to lock the door and come in on the side door. The bathroom sink drains were clogged and would not drain. The master bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The living room TV only worked 1 of the 3 days we were there.
Overall, disappointing. Will not be using turn key again.

Second time staying here; Another excellent time
This is my second time staying at this rental, this time we got to stay for two weeks. We had a fabulous time. It was a spotless space, is in a great location and we had everything that we needed. It was a great experience.
