About this cabin rental
This custom log cabin is situated seconds away from Lake Cascade and Cascade Golf Course. A large front deck, floor to ceiling river stone wood burning fireplace and lofty tongue and groove ceilings. A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom true log cabin. Enjoy peace and relaxation while staying very close to the lake and the boutique town of Cascade. You'll find plenty of custom accents and cozy amenities to make this cabin feel like home.

The entire house is available for guests except for two locked closets.
The home is located in a residential neighborhood near cascade lake and golf course.
Off the master bedroom there is a large master bathroom, with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. In the kitchen you will find a spacious island that overlooks the family room and dining room. A long driveway offers parking for 5 cars or trucks and trailers.
This home has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and attached bathroom on the main floor. There is also a half bath on the main floor. On the second floor, there are two guest rooms with queen beds. Also upstairs is an amply sized loft with twin bunk beds and a futon.
Car is recommended. The road can be snow covered in the winter, and while there are no hills to maneuver, plowing of the main road depends upon the Highway Department and the amount of snow received.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: Not all properties are pet friendly. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES) Where allowed, pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets are determined by several factors. Ex: age, weight, breed, amount of shedding and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for "drain and fill."
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

This property is in a great location. It's within walking distance to the golf course and the lake - very centrally located. There was plenty of room for all of us!

The house was beautiful and clean. It doesn’t have lake views, but it is very close to the lake. There was plenty of parking, and the kitchen was stocked with all the dishware and appliances needed to fix meals at the house. We saw birds, squirrels, chipmunks, and deer on the property. The only word of caution I have is the water heater couldn’t keep up with the demands of 6 people, so be prepared to use the hot water sparingly.

This house had everything we needed with plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen has everything you need, plenty of paper supplies in all restrooms, lots of towels, and so much more. The beds upstairs were worn out with broken frames. I will definitely stay again while we are in town next. Thank you for a beautiful house and perfect place for our family while on vacation.

The cabin is beautiful, well stocked and loved the location. The only issue we had was that the mattresses were terrible.

Quiet out of the way corner only 5 minutes from the center of Cascade.
Place was well stocked with games. Couches were comfortable and open floor plan made hanging out easy and not too squeezed with 8 of us. Decor was nice. Kitchen was decently outfitted.
Visited during the Four Corners Fire which impacted the trip but not the rental. Great communication from the owners/managers.

Very nice cabin
Very nice cabin with homey decorations. Had everything that we needed. Took a little bit to balance the hot water. Not sure of the size of the hot water heater but if you take a Jacuzzi bath it uses all the water in the house. We had a great time.
