About this apartment rental
Come enjoy this Modern Chic ski in/ski out condo in Stoneridge with friends and family! This condo is located at the villages at Seven Springs in the beautiful Laurel Mountains. Located at the top of the mountain, just off of the Avalanche chairlift. The deck overlooks the slopes and the ski locker is handy to the trail. There is a free shuttle service available to pick you up and take you to the main lodge. There is a hot tub available from September to June. In the summer months, the outside pool, tennis and basketball courts are available at the nearby Sunridge Condo plan . The exercise room and hot tub are accessible all year round. The common area with these items are in the door to the left if C21A. A gas grill is available behind the lounge, on the deck. This cozy 3 bedroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and has 2 full bathrooms with an extra vanity with sink area. Updated and modern kitchen and dining area. Enjoy 3 flat screens with full internet and cable. Please come and enjoy all that Seven Springs has to offer!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! The space was spotless, well-furnished, and felt like a true home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the resort via the shuttle or driving. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our stay was seamless from start to finish. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Had a fun girls weekend w/my sister and friend. Home is beautiful and the beds were amazing. If you’re not an Nespresso fan bring your own coffee. Sadly we don’t get to take advantage of all the amenities. No propane in common area grill. Overall a great place to stay and the views are outstanding.

This property was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The rooms were super clean. Soaps, towels, linens and pans were all stocked too! We really enjoyed the patios too, especially in the mornings with coffee. The host was super responsive and kind too. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. There is a very convenient ski run just out the back door. We were unable to use it because of lack of snow, but the drive to the base was so easy and short. Great place to stay with a kids.

My group had a great stay at this condo and i would happily book this property again in the future. The highlights include: convenient access to the slope behind the building (short walk), the community hot tub is next door to the condo (very convenient), the shuttle service to the resort comes often and it's a short ride, the condo itself has been upgraded recently and is very modern and comfortable.

This place was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained and LOTS of supplies (paper products and soaps). We had four adults and three kids for a ski trip and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The location was great for ski on/ski off, and the ski locker was nice so we didn’t have to keep our gear inside. The hot tub was right next door. We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our 17 year old commented several times how clean it was. The place is nicely decorated and equipped with what we needed (we didn't cook so can't comment on that). My only complaint would be the noise from the people above us but that is to be expected in those type of condo situations. The location was great also!

Had a nice weekend getaway at this condo for a friend’s son’s wedding. Easy to find in the neighborhood, well appointed, comfy bed. Sauna/hot tub room adjacent to condo could not be more convenient. We were not there during ski season, but seems to be nearby the slopes/lift.
Ate at the casual Slopeside Restaurant at the Seven Springs Resort (5 min drive back out of the neighborhood near the main road)…buffet had numerous good options.
Host responded to questions rapidly. Would recommend to others.

We would highly recommend staying here! Was a fantastic home away from home. The owners provided so much to make it feel like home. The plush toilet paper, good smelling hand soap, cleanliness, decorating, paper towels, napkins, zip lock baggies, children’s games, comfy beds, nice dishes, and so much more did not go unnoticed. Thank you for thinking through every detail and making such a nice home to share with others. We loved it!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. The unit was impeccable, the furniture was comfy, the beds were amazing and it is easily accessible. Ski in/out was a breeze. You ski/snowboard out onto a green run, it is perfect for all levels. The ski/snowboard in is just as easy, the unit is not hard to find. The ski/snowboard locker is a few yards away from the front door. The hot tub and spa entrance is a few feet away in the other direction. You have a covered assigned parking spot. I honestly don’t know if we could have asked for more. Thomas was very prompt in responding to my questions and I could not thank him enough. Thanks Thomas! 10/10

The condo was just as advertised. Chic, comfortable and great location. Everything was very comfortable from the beds to the sheets and the towels. Very well maintained.
Perfect if you don’t like stairs as it was ground level. Easy storage of skis in the ski locker right in front.
Only minor issue was on our last night, the condo above became occupied and you can tell. This is expected with multi level properties but if you have a little one may be an issue.
We will definitely stay again!

This a a great condo! I have stayed at many properties in many states and this was a great pick. I have very picky cleanliness standards and this condo was immaculate! It is very well maintained and updated. My family and I loved that we could ski right from the backyard. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and we slept great. I was appreciative that there were plenty of necessities (TP, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) provided and we didn’t need to bring any of that. I was pleased by the timeliness of Thomas Halls replies when I was in the booking stage and during my stay. We will be back!
