We stayed for a week for the Colorado Sparkler! Absolutely beautiful. The house was comfy, beds super nice. Everything was there and available for use. Easy communication when I had questions they were immediately answered. I loved the information left at the house as to places to visit and eat at! This house was a 10/10. If I ever get back to Loveland, this is where I would stay. I even had a cat come visit every night outside to add to the magic of the stay!

My niece wasn’t a fan about sleeping in the basement is the only complaint. Also if owners could supply some floor fans that would have been great. Communication was great as we had a couple of minor issues. All in all a great place🙂

We stayed a week here. The house was clean and the hosts provided a lot of necessities like shampoo etc so we didn’t have to purchase any. The neighborhood is quiet but close to lots of shops and major roadways to get places nearby. Definitely would stay here again if we make it back to Loveland!

Such a lovely home in a neighborhood that reminds you of a simpler and kinder time. The home is close to downtown shops, restaurants and brewerys. Kayt is responsive and very nice. We will stay again!

My siblings and I needed a rendezvous in our old NoCo area. This home was perfect. We were able to each have a room, with plenty of thoughtful appointments to insure our ease. And it was beautiful!
Kayt was a responsive host and answered queries gracefully. The deck for morning coffee with a view of the neighborhood was great, and so were the table tucked away for private outdoor enjoyment and the beautiful rose garden.
In all, I'd love to stay there again. A lovely facility.

Omgoodness! Better than we imagined! This home is literally perfect in every way! Beautiful, clean, spacious, warm and inviting. Nice size clean nostalgic rooms and clean bathrooms. Shower water pressure is like getting a massage and showerhead made us feel like we were under a waterfall. Deeper bathtub to soak in was great! Safe neighborhood, close to downtown, sculpture gardens, mountains, beaches, antique shops, Wal-Mart, eateries, and nightlife. Washer/dryer work great! There is an acoustic guitar in the basement bedroom if you are musical. There are books to read, games to play in this relaxing environment. Elliptical machine also in basement for staying fit if you arent out hiking. The yard has plush grass, beautiful flowers and colorful roses along the back deck area and concreted outdoor seating area. Nicely shaded on hot days. Kayt respondes quickly via text. This might possibly be the house we choose to get married at in 2024!! Thank you for hosting us Kayt and Jeremy. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10-Star Home

The place was super clean. The owner answered every question promptly . The beds were super comfortable and this is important because the place I rented last year (NOT this property) the bed was so hard I had to go buy a foam topper for it. This place is well worth the money.

The owners were available and helpful to me getting settled in.
There was much temporary roadwork and infrastructure improvement going on that made it difficult for a visitor to access downtown. No fault of the inn keeper.

This house is in a quiet neighborhood with off the street parking and is close to Loveland amenities. It is an oddly furnished house with 3 small beds and a single TV in the living room. Overall not a bad place to stay once.

Three's a Charm
This is our third visit to what our family calls the "Loveland House" and it won't be the last. It is lovely and well-equipped with lots of big beautiful windows to let in the sunshine. The location is top-notch as well.

Quaint home / wonderful host
Kayt's home is very quaint and in an older section of Loveland, within driving minutes to coffee, grocery store, and restaurants. Kayt was fantastic with communicating--very responsive, and went above and beyond. When she learned that I would be cooking a traditional Thanksgiving meal, she had a new aluminum roasting pan and pumpkin spices waiting on our arrival!
One caution if you are a light sleeper...we didn't realize the house is fairly close to the train tracks, and were woken a couple of times most nights when the train passed and tooted their horns (midnight and 4am).
Otherwise the home has literally everything a person could need and is very comfortable. Thank you, Kayt, for a wonderful stay!

The home is very clean and comfortable with gorgeous details throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful, large backyard and walking the quaint and safe neighborhood too. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting Loveland. Definitely a five star stay!!
