There was plenty of room for our large group. Very close to the beach.

The amount of living space was great for our sibling reunion of 12. Each of the 6 couples had our room with 5 attached private bathrooms. Mattresses were uncomfortable for some and some of the bathrooms lacked space to store toiletries. The interior is tired and worn, the floors were filthy - w/in hours of walking around our feet/socks were black. Kitchen well stocked with plates, bowls, cups and cutlery, but we needed to clean them prior to use - who stores away dirty dishes? One of the fridge doors didn't shut, but we figured out a shelf in the door was in the way and took it out. Some basic kitchen gadgets were missing as well - wine opener, can opener, scissors, crockpot.

The house was perfectly located, with access to beaches. It was very roomy for a family reunion. We had 29 people ages 4-69 and no one was crowded or uncomfortable. Two thumbs up from everyone.

We had a church retreat at the Ranch Beach House. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. the kitchen was well stocked (except dish towels). The location was great - just across from the beach and just down the street from groceries and restaurants. We would definitely use again.

We loved the ease of fishing from the pier and a few steps to the beach. Amazing plaw!

This is our second time staying here and our family really enjoyed the stay. It has many
features that really suits us. A few improvements you should consider: soft spots in floor in two bedrooms (possible water damage under the floor?); faucet in BR with king sized bed on main level - bathroom faucet handle is loose; same BR has significant stain in mattress cover and contour sheet kept coming off (too small); ice-maker put out very little ice; drawer below oven needs cleaned. A BR with a queen bed and 4 twin beds, the queen bed was so slumped it was not usable, and one twin bed was so squeaky it also was not usable. Another bed in another BR was also too squeaky. Thanks for the sufficient towels and wash clothes. AC worked great in extreme heat!

It was a fantastic location. Lots of damage, house was dirty, behind the dressers and under the beds hadn’t been attended to in a very long time. The grill didn’t work as advertised either. Again, it’s a great location and plenty perfect for the right people. The price point was extremely high for the lack of cleanliness

This house was a wonderful location for our team. It was clean, close to the beach and had a second fridge! We hope to be back!

Fantastic stay, will definitely stay here again! Great location.

It was large enough for our large family, it had two refrigerators, nice location and very well equipped. We could have used a few more towels but other than that it was fantastic!

Super spacious space, resposive customer support no matter the time of the night (one of the bathroom lights was dead, someone came in the next 2 hours to take a look, wasn't able to fix it themselves, but another person came the next day to replace the light.) clean for the most part (some of the walls and face board were scuffed but overall everything else was clean), perfect location. My only two complaint I have is the king size bed I slept on was SOOO noisey! Everytime myself or husband was to turn, the springs in the bed creaked loudly, even getting into bed. This kept me up since I tend to toss and turn a lot during the night. The more major thing that I was super disappointed in and kept me from giving a 5 star review was the kitchen supplies. I had a group of 28 people (listing says sleep up to 32 people) and there was only 10 plates, 13 bowls a bunch of random forks and spoons of all sizes mostly for kids. They were also lacking in pot and pans in my opinion. They had two frying pans and ONE 8 inch pot (about 6 inch deep) and one lid for I would say a 6 inch wide pot. It look like as of a lot of their kitchen items went missing and were never replaced. Other than those two complaints everything else was great.

The updated Ranch beach house is massive, sleeps a small army, and perfectly located at a small bridge over a channel connecting the bay to the gulf with easy access to each. Restaurants, grocery stores, golf, shopping, and late night fun is only minutes away. It was difficult to leave after an entire week of relaxation at the Ranch house. Highly recommended.

The house wasn’t clean, our children got in bed and it was sand in the sheets. It was sand on the couch. The house and the area is nice but it really needs a deep cleaning. The house has mold and smelled of it. The remotes didn’t work and I bought batteries for them and they still didn’t work for the living room tv. There’s not tvs in every room. The dishes were dirty and nothing went with anything. I did like the fact that there were 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves. There was a lot of dust on outlets, vents, and the walls were dirty. One room had torn blinds and some closet doors had holes in them. This house has roaches. The tables outside hadn’t been cleaned either. I’ve never been to any beach house or condo that hasn’t been cleaned and met our expectations.

This house was big enough for my huge extended family of 30 people. The bunk beds have a twin bed on top and full bed on the bottom. It was in a nice location where you can swim in the back of the house where the bay is or walk across the street to swim in the ocean. There’s also a nice walking path in the back of the house to a couple of small piers for fishing in the bay. Not too far from Walmart and Walgreens and a local grocery store Rouse. You can view the ocean and the bay from various locations inside the house and on the decks too. The management was quick to respond to all our needs. There were plenty of towels and blankets and pillows for everyone. The house was well furnished with 2 fridges, 2 microwaves, a big toaster, a Keurig, and a blender.
The reasons I didn’t give 4 stars were I wish there were trash cans in every room or bathroom. I had to look in random closets to find an extra can to use in my room and I think only 2 or 3 other rooms had trash cans. Also, the cleaning crew didn’t seem to do a good job since there was sand everywhere but maybe they were short handed since we was asked to wait an extra hour to enter the house.

My son and his bride got married on the beach. We were able to have our entire family stay at the same house. The pictures on the profile don’t do it justice. We were able to have a wonderful reception after the wedding. The deck was perfect for our group to celebrate the newly weds!!
The extra large kitchen dining and living room area were perfect to serve dinner and cake!!
Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all.
Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This property was perfect for our group of 24 family members. It was spacious and the bedroom arrangement was flexible and fit well. The 2 refrigerators was critical, as we take turns making dinner rather than eating out. The Vacasa attentiveness was outstanding. The access to both the beach, the bay, and the pool was essential for our comprehensive enjoyment. We fished a lot and had good success. Will stay here again if we can work it out. The spacious decks and underhouse for parking and fishing staging was great.

Great place for large group
The space is perfect for a large group. Brought our high school softball team and coaches (20 people) down for the state tournament and rented this place. It was just the ticket. Plenty of beds and space. Kitchen was awesome for cooking for large groups. Plenty of space to sit down and eat. Also plenty of sitting to just relax. Location is perfect. Not on the busy side of the beach. Plus you have the bay on the other side. Plenty of parking for vehicles. We were able to park our school bus right out front with no problem. The price was actually cheaper than getting multiple rooms at the hotels up the road. Highly recommend.

Great place for gathering
I have stayed at this property twice in the last month. Both times I enjoyed a wonderful gathering with friends. The property is clean, well stocked and convenient to all the local amenities. Their addition of a large back porch has been a great improvement. Bring your family and friends to this house. They will all have a place to sleep.
