DISCLAIMER:
In case of inclement weather, unexpected events, or necessary repairs, certain amenities may be closed and unavailable during your stay. We cannot guarantee the availability of each amenity.
We work hard to make all visits as enjoyable as possible, but because we are located in the mountains near a National Park, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes! You might also see bears around – for your safety, please stay away and do not feed them.
*It's ladybug season in the mountains from now until about the 3rd week of November! This means you'll likely see them around (and sometimes maybe inside) the cabin.
Because the above situations are out of our control, we do not provide refunds for them.

We had a great stay. The house was clean when we arrived, which is always nice. The host had great communication whenever we had questions. Checkout was very easy compared to some other hosts. FYI, the air hockey button is hard to find. It is a small black button located behind one of the black goal pockets.
The location is great. It was a 20minute drive to most places in Pigeon Forge. Goats on the Roof is about 10 minutes away. The property is located in a quiet valley with nice views. There is a gas station, some food trucks, coffee shops, and small souvenir stores located within a 5 minute drive of the house. Overall, we loved our stay.

The overall experience with this cabin was fantastic. The host was great answering messages when I had questions, I would highly recommended this cabin for any large group!

The cabin and property were everything the listing said and more. The photos do not do justice for how beautiful the cabin really is. We had excellent communication with the owners throughout our stay. The game room and pool areas were loved and enjoyed by everyone. If I could give this property a higher rating than 5 I would. We will definitely be booking again. .

We had 14 people staying with us for our annual family Christmas and this house was amazing. We had plenty of room and the pool was great for the kids, the arcade was fun for everyone and the house over all was fantastic. The area has so much to offer to make the magical Christmas memories for years to come. Thank you for everything.

We chose this cabin for the views and they were even better once we got there! The kitchen was very well stocked! The pool has a separate key code so the kids are safely locked out.
This was also our wedding vacation so i had high expectations and these hosts met every single one of them! Super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend! We will be back!

We took this trip to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our whole family 25 total ages 70-6 months old. The location is perfect! It’s close to Pigeon Forge plus so many neat shops, wineries, fried pies, food truck court, etc. just a few miles from the house. The house is in a nice neighborhood and in a valley sitting with a gorgeous Mountain View! There was plenty of room in this house where you never felt crowded at all.
We did have a few issues with the house. The hot tub was nasty and we had not been in it with lotions or anything that would have caused the problem. The lady that came to clean it even said it had not been cleaned, the filter was dirty and the chemicals had not been added. The downstairs floors didn’t seem to have been mopped (not with clean water anyway). They did get someone out that evening to clean out the hot tub. We were notified previously to our trip the airhockey table had been damaged and they would try to have it fixed before we got there but it was not there at all, maybe due to being worked on. We never could figure it out but the second night the bottom floor had a terrible smell like a fish well. We thought it may have been from the pool being cloudy because after someone came out to do the pool maintenance that odor went away. They did take care of the issues we had in a timely manner.
If we ever went back with a large group we would definitely consider this property again!

Our group of 24 (10 adults and 14 kids) had a great time at this cabin! There was plenty for everyone to do both inside and outside. We didn’t have any major issues, but when we had a few questions, the host was quick to respond. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again should we need a cabin this size.

Everything was clean, setup, communication was great with host. Will look forward to it again sometime!

One of the cleanest cabins we have ever stayed in. Proximity to downtown Pigeon Forge excellent. The arcade in the house with the indoor pool gave our teens plenty to do while adults relaxed. I highly recommend this VRBO

I have 3 sisters and we are spread across the eastern US. We met about halfway for everyone. Sisters, husbands, kids and grandkids, from 76 down to 3 and this was perfect for everyone! We appreciated that the adults had control over locking the pool room and the kids could still enjoy the game and movie room without worry. This is a beautiful property and truely has something to keep everyone entertained!

This property was everything it said and so much more. Kids played video games or in the pool while the adults played games in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

We had an awesome time at this house. We had 13 adults and 15 children ranging from 9 months to 60 years old. There was something for everyone to enjoy within the house.

This is a very beautiful big cabin, it accommodated 34 people quite well. It has something for all ages. prying the cellphones from the young ones was a snap with the Game Room and Pool. The issue with getting into the cabin was handled promptly. Any other concerns we had was reported and acknowledged. Its a great Cabin, in a great area, close to many, many attractions, rides etc. Happy to do this again!!

We had a group of 14 family members, aged 5-71. Every one of us had an amazing time at this beautiful cabin. It was so clean, beds were comfortable, furniture and games were in amazing shape, the pool and home theater were awesome, kitchen was well-stocked, location was convenient to town, and the owner was very quick to respond to our communication.
Honestly, this place was better than we imagined for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary with our family. We used the large deck as a picturesque location for our vow renewal ceremony which made our stay even more special. (Buddy's BBQ supplied the catered dinner. It was so good and everyone loved it!)
Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and everyone who helps to maintain and clean the home for helping to make our stay so wonderful!

So thankful for this beautiful, large home! It fit all 14 of us perfectly and we couldn't be more thankful for a great place to all be able to relax and unwind together! We would definitely stay here again if we visit the area!

We had a three-generation family reunion here, and everyone ages 3 to 76 had a spectacular time. The kids loved the arcade and pool, and the adults loved playing billiards or gathering around the beautiful kitchen/dining table (easily seats 14). We used the large smart TV in the theatre to play Family Feud, played kickball in the huge front yard and took walks around the serene neighborhood.
The cabin was very clean and well-equipped. The second fridge was helpful for overflow food for our large group.
We had a few minor maintenance issues that you will have with any house, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Easy to get to off well-maintained SR 321, but there are a few hills in the neighborhood, so be prepared to drive on snow in winter.

The property was amazing, there were 21 of us, our 6 children, their spouses and children ranging in age from 6 months to 60 years old. This lodge had every thing you could ask for, entertainment for all ages from the game room, theater room, pool table, indoor pool and hot tub. The kitchen was the best stocked with plenty of dishes, cups and cookware. We cooked every day and had plenty of cooking supplies. We managed to kill a coffee maker the 2nd morning we were there and Rhoda was very quick to respond and fix the issue. We lost a stuffed teddy bear that has been passed down from my son to his daughter. Rhoda was quick to check with the cleaning company and found the bear for us. We felt valued as guests, not just as a booking for the lodge. The home was beautifully decorated for the holiday, plenty of room to be together and also to find quiet time. We will certainly book a vacation here in the future.

We had the most wonderful time for the week of thanksgiving. Very clean cabin with everything you could want and need. Bonus being it wasn’t all the way up a mountain and it was only 15 minutes from pigeon forge. We loved it and will definitely rent again!!

You won’t regret renting this house. There is no way not to have a great relaxing time at this house. It’s amazing. The area is beautiful and quiet. The big yard was a bonus for our kids. We had about 27 people in our group. There was enough room for all of us.

The pearl of the valley is true to the name. The cabin will meet all needs and entertain all guest ages. Our stay was wonderful and we all enjoyed the arcade room & the very very nice pool! The owner is excellent at communicating and super nice! We had around 14 guest staying & had plenty of room for additional guest if needed. The view is pleasant for all the early morning coffee drinkers and the neighborhood is quiet. Don't think twice about booking this place, just do it! You'll thank me later 😁

There were 10 of us (3 different families) that stayed here. The place is huge with plenty of room to spread out. The property was spotless and had everything you need and then some. The game room was the best we’ve seen. The pool was great. The location worked out great for us visiting pigeon forge and gatlinburg. We would definitely stay here again.

We were four families with kids—excellent amount of private space for each family. And the kids bunk room was perfect for the older kids.
The house was well equipped with the things you’d expect and hope for. And the location was nice in that it didn’t feel like you were in a giant rental community.
The dual SEGA racing games were an especially massive hit. Highly recommend a tournament bracket of kids and adults to compete against one another in this. Sadly, a child won our tournament.
Great place and great responsive host. Thanks!

We had a very positive experience, all our questions were answered quickly. We enjoyed the deck and the pool and the game room and firepit. We home was very clean and the set up perfect for our family.

We had a large group with 9 children at one point with an age range from 7 to 14. They were quite occupied with all the amenities this property has to offer, which left much time for the adults to gather on the very large porch.
Being there during the supermoon and the peak Perseids meteor shower also was a bonus for star watchers.
Rhonda is an excellent host and updated me often and asked several times is things were going ok. This rental is also one of the easiest I ever had to checkout of.
Plenty of refrigerator and freezer space with a second one being located in the game room, which is more like an arcade. there is also a large quantity of kitchen supplies.
I hope to be back someday!!

Exactly as advertised
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at the Valley Home Cabin.
It was exactly as advertised and how it was depicted in our minds. That’s hard to come by! The appointments were superb. So cozy and enough options for (3) families of 5 to spread out comfortably for a week.
Don’t walk…..RUN to your reservation!!

Perfect family retreat
The house was perfect for our group of 17 family members. Plenty of comfortable beds, and the arcade and indoor pool provided lots of fun for everyone. It was nice that the kids could be making a lot of noise in the arcade without disturbing the adults upstairs!

Best family vacation ever!
We had so much fun on our trip and the house truly contributed to that!! It was so amazing to have everyone in one house. We had a large group, 15 people (8 adults and 7 kids) and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone and the yard was amazing! We played catch and Cornhole in the yard after dinner each night and just really enjoyed all being together. The huge dining table was great for family dinners and playing games in the evenings. It was close to everything we wanted to do and Rhoda was quick to respond and very helpful with all of my questions! We will definitely be back to stay again! Love, love, love this property!

Our group of 12 had a pleasant weeklong stay at this property in April 2022. Some positives:
--The location suited us very well. Pigeon Forge is accessible (15-20 min to grocery, dining, activities) but the house is well removed from any crowds or distraction. Many in our group enjoyed walks around the neighborhood and we liked being in a neighborhood rather than a vacation-industrial complex. The property is accessible and easy to find. GSMNP is likewise very accessible through Line Springs Road or Townsend and there is quick access to Foothills Pkwy.
--The spacious home and variety of activities (large indoor pool, arcade games, air hockey, foosball, pool table, theater, reliable wifi) gave the whole group something to do even on days when the weather wasn't great for going out. We were looking for a property where we could gather and spend time together, and this place fit the bill well. There are a few desks/nooks in case anyone needs to work from here.
--We enjoyed the indoor pool on each day of our visit. One end (maybe 1/4 of the pool) is very shallow, not useful for adult swimming but fun for kids under 5 (supervision required). The auto lock and door chime on the pool door are good for child safety. Another review cites a chlorine smell on service days; we had no such negative experience (including 2 service days), and the service person was in and out quickly in the morning and was unobtrusive. We did not use the hot tub.
--The kitchen was well stocked with a variety of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The fridge is spacious and the kitchen is functional. The large dining table was good for our group of 12 to eat together. The laundry nook is centrally located near the kitchen.
--The beds were comfortable and spacious. Bed linens, towels, and such were nice. No designated pool towels, but our group was small enough and there are enough bathrooms that we didn't have any trouble. A larger group might want to bring their own pool towels.
--The host Rhoda is polite and very responsive. She answered questions very quickly both before and during our stay. We originally found this property elsewhere, but we wanted to book through vrbo and the host helped us find the listing here.
--We had good meals at Cielito Lindo in Pigeon Forge and The Riverstone in Townsend; both were able to accommodate our group of 12.

Beyond our expectations
The house and view were so much better than the pictures showed. The house was the perfect set-up for our small group of 7 people. But the accommodations and set-up are also perfect for a very large of people. Rooms are extremely spacious. Game room was amazing as well as the pool. The front yard was huge and the backyard was very scenic. Unfortunately due to the recwnt fire in the area we weren't able to use the firepit. But there was plenty of other things to do. Everything was great. The only thing I will let people know is that the pool guy comes on Tuesday and Thursday and when he comes, the pool is pretty much unusable for that day. You can use it, but due to the amount of chlorine it makes it hard to breathe. But it honestly didn't affect us that much since there were so many other things to do there. We are already lookong forward to coming back and bringing my whole extended family with, so 29 people. We were figuring out where everyone will sleep and they will all fit with room to spare. Overall an amazing trip and house beyond expectations!

Beautiful Property, Must Stay!!
This property is stunning! Rhoda was fantastic and her communication was superb! We had a little hick up with a wild fire on the mountain, but Rhoda's communication helped us get through it and we enjoyed our say at this property. The accommodations were wonderful, clean and organized! We had 8 adults and 11 kids, years 9 and under. We all loved it! The pool area is fantastic and it has a section that is toddler friendly. The game room was amazing and both adults and kids enjoyed it. The kids loved kid area where they all slept, it was equipped with an xbox, tv and plenty of room for them to hang out. The mountain views are stunning! The yard is big enough to toss the football around, play soccer and let the kids run wild. Its minutes from Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge , but give you that mountain feel. I would 1000% recommend staying at this property. 11 out of 10 !
