About this house rental
A piece of paradise. Our renovated elevated house is located in front of the lake and only 3 blocks from the Beach.
Our lake house is designed for comfort and entertaining.
LAYOUT :
1) Bedroom #1 : The main large bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom with view of the lake. A KING size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch gel foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and large closet.
2) Bedroom #2: This bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.
3) Bedroom #3: A bedroom with a triple bunk bed with TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and TWIN pull out trundle all with quality & comfortable foam mattresses. In addition, another bunk bed with TWIN-over-TWIN. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.
4) The living room has a unique yellow futon that can easily and quickly convert to FULL size bed. The beddings are in the yellow console under the TV.

* The extra large 1st story GAME ROOM and patio features so many seating options to count, a swing, conversation patio seating, many table and chairs, BBQ grill, fire pit, and right in front of course the LAKE!!
* There are two full bathrooms
* The laundry area has two full-size Washer and Dryer
* The living room / dining area has a leather couch with a 75 inch smart TV with antennas for channels with shows, sports, etc. You can log in with YOUR own Netflix, Hulu accounts on these Smart TV to watch more movies and shows.
* A colorful dining table with 6 chairs.
* Counter seating for 4 along with the newly built full kitchen. The is fully equipped with appliances including refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer, air fryer
* The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, coffee cups, pots/pans, utensils, blender, electric kettle , can opener, etc.
* We have both a Keurig single cup coffee machine and Mr Coffee 10-cup machine at the house. Bring your own coffee Keurig pods or ground coffee flavor to enjoy
Note: We have EXTERIOR cameras surrounding the house recording video and sound 24/7 for the security of our guests and properties. A camera is at the front door facing the street. A camera on the front of the house pointing to the parking area. A couple of cameras in the backyard. For our guests privacy, absolutely NO cameras are inside the house.
** Ask us about large RV & trailer parking. We can make this happen for our guests.
Note: We have a strict NO PETS policy due to a severe HEALTH allergies
CHECK-OUT TIME:
Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEES:
Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 10AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding.
NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited.
NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied.
Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is not available.

Deferred maintenance a disappointment. Lawn needed mowing when we arrived but it was handled the next day. Cute place, loved the lake, convenient, great kitchen, great mattresses, TVs & movies great.
Downstairs game room too hot to enjoy; privacy was great but no breeze possible & no ceiling fans. Enjoyed the chairs, shade, tables, etc by lake. Small space much more workable than anticipated. Host was remarkedly attentive & helpful. Sorry about my error saying the air fryer wasn’t there creating an unnecessary trip for host. I thought the air fryer was my son’s cooler & didn’t even look at it twice. My bad. Thank you for a remarkable weekend with my family.

We had the most amazing time celebrating a 77th birthday and a 35th anniversary at this charming lake house! We created memories that will last a lifetime and relished the opportunity to escape from our busy lives and spend quality time with family. Our host was absolutely fantastic and ensured that we felt taken care of at every moment. The house was just the right size, with cheerful and modern decor that perfectly suited a lake house getaway. We laughed, loved, and smiled throughout our entire stay, and it was exactly what we all needed for our little escape to paradise. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and extend our heartfelt thanks to our host for her exceptional hospitality and accommodations during our stay.

We spent a few days at Kim’s house and we really appreciated the cleanliness, comfort and location. It felt very safe.
The living room is very comfortable. We enjoyed our evenings watch the big TV.
The kitchen seemed stocked but we didn’t really cook or use the kitchen but to eat snacks.
The bathrooms were stocked well with TP but you would need to bring your own soaps and shampoos.
The beds and pillows were very comfortable to us! I slept great!
The outdoor space is very cool, but we didn’t use it because we ran out of time.
We had a good stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.
Kim was very receptive to our messages and wanted to make our stay a great one, and she did!

We are moving to the area soon and came with our 2 sons ages 4 and 13 and my parents to look at properties. We have stayed many places and this one was great. I do recommend bringing your own beach towels if you plan to go to the beach and insect repellant as it’s on the water and the mosquitoes were out at night. Lol. But this house was so comfortable for us ALL!! It was so fully stocked with SO much in the kitchen. But the best part was the mattresses in EVERY room…all Memory foam. Seriously THE BEST beds!! I even asked the owners where they got them. Lol. Great communication, I didn’t need to contact them for any thought though. Smooth check in. A great stay!!

Good communication with host. Property was closely located to a family event we were attending. Home clean and accommodating. The room with the bunk beds is primarily for kids/teens. Would not recommend it for adult use. It worked out perfect for a 2 night stay.

Our stay was fantastic, great property. Its a few blocks off of 90 and a great place to relax from the day. Absolutely wonderful back yard and more than enough room in the house. Definitely will not hesitate to book again! Fantastic host, great communication

Kim was by far the best host ever! I originally booked with another host for my dates only to get to the property the day of and have her cancel my reservations and had me stranded. I was so thankful I found Kim explained to her what had happened and she responded back quickly and she did everything possible to resolve my situation and I couldn’t thank her enough. She was definitely a blessing in disguise. I think I kept telling her that my whole stay. The property was definitely clean and ready when we got there. More than enough room for me and my 4 guests comfortably. Everything was so much easier and much more smoother dealing with Kim. I definitely would recommend her and her properties if you ever visit the area. I know I definitely will be booking again whenever I visit. Thanks again Kim

We had a great time at the property. Just a couple of things we noticed...
The floors need a deep clean, flies are bad near the garbage cans and the ceiling fan in the master is out of balance, making it shake.

We loved staying here. We had 5 kids and 5 adults. We had plenty of room and the kids absolutely loved the outside area.....fishing, fire pit, ping pong, hammocks, plenty of room to run. We would stay here again for sure.

This house was great for keeping my kids busy. Thry could all do different things at the same time.
If you love being by the water and just enjoy fishing then this is the place to be. Quiet neighborhood and still close to the beach. No big crowds in the area so access to everything was easy.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It had all we needed and then some. It's in a great location; a short walk to the beach and near adorable towns with great restaurants.

House was clean and lovely decorated. We had planned to have wedding ceremony in the beautiful backyard but it rained that day. We had it done in the house instead. Definitely recommend this place and we will be back! Big thanks to the host Kim!

My friends and I stayed for a weekend getaway and absolutely loved it. The house was stunning, and also very clean! Kim was super helpful and messaged us to make sure everything was alright while we were there. It’s the perfect place to stay with friends AND family. I definitely hope to come again. 10/10 recommend!!

Beautiful property
The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. The house is fully equiped with everything you need. I have stayed in lots of vacation homes in the past and this was the best. Very clean, no bugs, walmart is just down the road, very close to New Orleans and fishing right in the backyard. We even had two chickens every morning that came to say hi to us. Kim (our host) messaged me everyday to check to see if we needed anything. Really nothing you need the house comes with everything. We were a family of 7 that stayed at the house and we would definately stay again at this beautiful property. Super easy check in with a keyless entry which i loved. Thank you for being a wonderful host Kim!
