This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is just what you need for an amazing vacation.
Go touch the Ocean with Vilano Beach Oceanfront Park located just 2 blocks East.
Or enjoy photo worthy views of the sunset while dining at Beaches at Vilano one block West.
Publix Grocery Store and several other dining/shopping locations are also within walking distance.

The listed price is for a max of 6 guests. There is an additional fee of $100 per person after 6. Please be sure to input the correct amount of people staying before booking your stay.
This home includes 3 bedrooms total. 1 room has an on suite bath. There are 2 living rooms each with a sleeper sofa. Each room and the garage has its own TV.
The home has a good amount of space for everyone to stretch out. There is an 800 sqft garage that allows for 2 cars to park but is also used as a game room with Pool Table, Bar with sink, Beverage Fridge, 2 tap kegerator ( Separate fee to use Kegerator),Dart Board, Chess/Checkers table, Cards and other games.
The back paved patio includes a Park Style Grill, Fir Pit and enough room for everyone to enjoy some outdoor living.
Surfboards, boogie boards, Beach Cruzers and beach chairs are all provided for our guests to use and are located in the garage. All other supplies are available to use throughout the house as well, including a fully stocked kitchen and all Bath and Beach Towels. WIFI , Cable TVS are found throughout the house. There is a desk set up in the second living room for when computer use is needed.
While spending time at Neon Wave is a home to make many memories in for years to come, you'll not want to forget about the fantastic amenities nearby. Historic Downtown St Augustine is just 10 minutes away with some of the best Shopping and Dining options in North East Florida. TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville Zoo, Jaguars Stadium, and many other attractions are just a 30-50 min drive North.
There is so much to see and do but when it comes to taking a load off and winding down, you won't find a better place than Neon Wave!
