This PH is perfected located at the bottom of gondola one and all the restaurants. The unit itself is sleek and clean, with a lot of light. Perfect for chilling out after skiing or taking a leisurely breakfast before taking on a busy day. This property is very well managed with good communication and great check in process. Highly recommended.

The location of this condominium could not be better. You are right in the heart of Vail Village with access to the slopes and restaurants and shops. The living space was a perfect gathering area for our group (when we weren't in the rooftop hot tub or on one of the various balconies watching the Aspens change). It also had a good variety of beds that can accommodate families or couples which was perfect for us. We were met by a team member to help unload and carry our luggage which was fantastic. He also explained how to operate the TV, gave us the Wifi and Sonos information and a guided tour. Very helpful.

A beautiful home with great views of and access to the activity in Vail Village. The property manager was quick to take care of anything that we brought to his attention. For us it was no problem, but you do need to be prepared to take the stairs up to the entry of the home.
Our family all loved the location.

Special experience for the family
It was really fun to stay in the heart of vail. The manager was very helpful and the property was in great condition. The mattresses were really squeaky for some reason and pillows were so so for the price of the rental. Otherwise, it was great.

This beautiful space is, unfortunately, directly over 2 adjacent bars. Not only does the thump of heavy bass go on until 2:00 am, but then you get to hear the drunks howl at the moon for an additional half hour thereafter.
The appliances were top of the line. Too bad the property manager’s rep never showed up for the initial meet and greet that I confirmed by a multiple text exchange 2 hrs prior. It would have been nice knowing how to work the dishwashers and TV without having to figure it out by trial and error. At this premium price, I expected better. When I called that first day for help finding the parking garage, all I got was a voicemail. It was 3:45 on a Wednesday.

Don’t plan on going to bed early

The place was great, although it was very loud Thursday night until about 2:30 am.
The place was great, although it was very loud Thursday night until about 2:30 am. Luckily the rest of the nights were not quite as loud. The check-in/check-out procedures mentioned above were needlessly chaotic and not timely. The following small maintenance items were noticed in the queen/queen bedroom: the sink has a slow drain; the shower handle is not attached; the room humidifiers need cleaning. Antonio was great once he met us but we had to wait for him for at least a half hour in the designated meeting spot, which was quite far from the property; Rob answered my questions prior to arrival about half the time; I had arranged for a half hour later check-out time, but the cleaning staff showed up at 10:00 anyways and were not very pleasant. So I would say, update your communications about check-in and the fact that you can't drive to unload at the property at 4:00 pm; make sure the meet and greet happens at the time guests say they'll arrive; and answer the specific questions in emails.
