Great location to downtown. House provided great space for a large group to hang out together as well as small getaway spaces too. Was perfect for a summer visit to Park City.

We stayed at this property for a week in the summer with our extended family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. The house was beautiful and spacious. The beds were comfortable (a rarity in vacation rentals in my experience) and the house was beautifully decorated with lost of attention to the details. All the extra things we needed were provided (pack n plays, air beds, fans, high chairs, etc.) The kitchen was great and adequate for a professional chef to prepare a full meal for 18 people. The location was perfect with easy walking access to the main street in town. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again!
The cons (because nothing is perfect):
- The house sleeps 20, but there are only 10 seats at the dining table and 6 stools at the counter, which are attached and cannot be moved. The table is actually big enough that you could easily squeeze in several extra seats, but there are no extra chairs anywhere in the house. It would be nice if there were even just some folding chairs available to pull up to the table so we could eat together.
- If you stay in the summer, the air conditioning is not adequate on several of the levels. The basement/ground floor is actually quite cold (too cold even), but the 2nd floor (main living area) was too warm and the 3rd floor (where most bedrooms are located) was uncomfortably hot making it difficult to sleep. The 4th floor bedroom seems to have its own air conditioning unit and was comfortable.

The Perch House was perfect for our large multi-generational family. The only caveat is there are a lot of levels! The owner installed a temporary baby gate for us, which was appreciated and necessary. There is an elevator as well.
The kitchen is well stocked and the 5th floor game room was a really special place to hang out!
The house is on a relatively busy street, but it is manageable and otherwise an easy walk to town.
The owner and management company were accommodating and accessible!

My group was blown away at how cool the house was. Even more space and features than you can really appreciate from the pictures. It’s very walkable to the Park City Town Lift, even in ski boots and carrying skis/poles, which made a huge impact on our experience. Our only regret is we didn’t have more people and more time to take full advantage of the house. 10/10 would stay again.

This house was spectacular for our large group of friends. The kitchen was fully stocked making it super easy to cook and enjoy meals in the beautiful living area. The views and quick access to down town were second to none. Jeff and their team made everything so seamless and easy, and provided great recommendations for chefs and activities in the area. We stayed at the Perch with 6 Adults and 9 kids for a week of Skiing. The house is fantastic, beautifully furnished and perfectly located for Mountain Village, Deer Valley and walkability to Main Street. The house is pretty vertical with 5 levels which can be a hike at altitude but the elevator is super helpful. Thanks!

Our three generation family had a great ski trip stay at The Perch. A great multi floor layout gave everyone some room to spread out. The kids -4 to 11- loved the top floor game room. The bedrooms and baths were all very nice, the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for breakfasts and dinners.
Only suggestion would be to add an ice-maker: I was surprised that a house this nice had neither a stand alone ice maker or a built-in in the refrigerator.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful house in an excellent location! Our group had everything we needed in the home with plenty of bedrooms so we did not feel crowded. The home is gorgeous, we felt luxurious as we stayed here. Only negative is limited parking onsite but they property manager provided some alternative options nearby which worked well. Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Fantastic group vacation home
Our group of 4 families including 6 teens greatly enjoyed this wonderful house for a ski trip. Plenty of space for all with nice amenities, including hot tub and billiards. Very convenient location to town, Deer Valley and Park City resorts on bus line with stop at the driveway. One suggestion for guests: don't rent separate cars unless needed. We had 4 cars but 2 stayed in the garage the entire week.

Family Retreat
The facility was excellent for our needs for those in good physical condition. The one serious complaint is the description clearly stated an elevator on premise. That was important, and a big reason for renting this property that has five levels and close to 90 stairs. One hour before our arrival I was told the elevator was out of order. They knew the elevator was out of order weeks before according to the property manager, and did not notify me. . This property is impossible for anyone with health issues without the elevator.

Family summer getaway
This property was great for accomodating our two families for our stay in Park City. Located just a few minutes from the town's main street, restaurants and shopping were an easy walk. The only negative was that the street is very busy, so if you are sensitive to street noise, consider that if you are renting in the summer. In the winter, it shouldn't matter as much with the windows closed. All in all a very nice stay.

Excellent property, phenomenal location, and perfect service
This property is what is shown on the webpage. Location could not be better! Great layout for large groups, clean rooms and bathrooms. The extras were done. Nice clean sheets, wood for the fire place, sugar for the coffee, towels for the spa, lots of cookware, trust me you can't go wrong with this place. Additionally, the property manager recommended restaurants and offered to make reservations. Total customer service! I would definitely rent this property again.

Better Than We Imagined!
We had a great stay with family at this property. The booking process was smooth -- we got the entrance code by email a few days before check in, and it was easy to locate and get in with the emailed instructions. The house was immaculately clean and true to photos - but so much more beautiful in person! The elevator was a great help with 5 levels to climb between garage and bedrooms. We took advantage of the hot tub, pool table, and spent most of our time in the kitchen and living room. We weren't here for any events in town, just to spend time as a family, and the house was great to hang out in and enjoy the space and views. Master bed was extremely comfortable and the fireplaces around the house were a cozy touch. We would definitely return!

Family Reunion
Everyone was amazed and enjoyed the property. It accommodated all twelve of us easily. No one was tripping over each other. We all had a great time. The elevator was great to have. It made life so much easier!!! The hot tub was also great to have! We enjoyed the pool table very much! We would stay here again!!

Great Property, As Advertised
This property is more beautiful in person, and is walking distance to Main Street. There were thoughtful touches, such as mini bottles of shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom and access to extra towels. Once there, I wasn’t able to get ahold of the property manager, but we found what we were looking for and had no other problems.

A short walk from Main St. in Park City, this wonderful multi-level lodge offers plenty of space for its occupants. The views from the upper levels are amazing, and a joy to wake up to. We were there after the ski season was over, but the house is very well equipped with storage for ski and outdoor equipment.

Have rented several places in Park City but none even compare. The house is impeccable, everything your looking for in a rental. Location is incredible. We rented a car and never needed it. Bus stop is right at the house. Amazing stay. Get this place if you can.

The house was amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better location. My group and I were blown away when we arrived at the house. It was much bigger and nicer than we all expected with all the amenities. All the rooms and bathrooms were very nice and upscale with a cabin feel to them. The kitchen and living room were huge and very nice as well. I can’t wait to go back next year!

Spectacular 4 story home with all of the amenities of a great home including a sauna in the Master! Highly upgraded cozy 6,000 to square feet with updated kitchen and bath's, a gorgeous big fireplace in the great room and spectacular views from every room! The location is the best feature in that we could walk 5 minutes and be in the magical village of Park City!

We loved this property! The open and spacious floor plan was perfect for enjoying the family while doing various things. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were high end. We enjoyed cooking while the family played music and games. The wood fireplace was cozy and the view from the balcony was breath taking! The dining table seats 10 so a few of us made ourselves comfortable on the couch. (The stools on the island are not very comfortable or easy to sit in. Would be nice if they replaced those.) Most of the bedrooms were very comfortable except we had a problem with two, the first night . When I mentioned it to the manager the next day, they opened up a separate part of the house giving us more bedrooms to choose from! I was so impressed with the great caring service! My family loved being able to walk to the shops on main street and grab an ice cream or cup of coffee at the "Java Cow Coffee and Ice Cream Shop". (My personal favorite.) Mom loved the Master Suite on the 4th floor! The views were beautiful! It was nice that there was an elevator if she chose to use it. Even at 80, she preferred the exercise going up and down the stairs! The Jacuzzi was nice and the pool table room on the top floor was enjoyed by all, especially the view off the balcony! Excellent house. I took my family of 7 with an age range of 22 to 84 and it was perfect. Walking distance to anything and everything. Thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen as well. I’m a tough critic on just about everything but I can safely recommend this property.

We had an awesome visit! The house was amazing! Lots of rooms with an enormous kitchen and family or great room! The hot tube and sauna made this a special time. They we’re really useful after skiing!
