Good place to stay. May need a little better communication in checking in and checking out. There were a few minor maintenance issues ((kitchen clock needs batteries, a few other things. Nothing bad. Good location, close to airport. Quite neighborhood.

Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs didn't work. The ones that did work were different types and colors. It was very odd. The listing stated there were 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but the owner didn't tell us that the basement (one of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms) was under construction until the day before we arrived. I wouldn't stay here again, but it will likely be great when they finish their construction.

I had surgery at UC Health and family came to support and assist me post surgery. Needed a place close by, had enough space and was pet friendly. This property was perfect for those needs. Made the trip less stressful. Thanks!

The property was easy to find, Close to the airport, all the sporting centers and downtown Denver. The property itself is very clean and comfortable. Was a great place to call home for a week. Highly recommended!

In town for a soccer tournament. House is 1 mile from Aurora Sports complex and also has easy access to I-70. Perfect spot to chill between games and sleep. Host was awesome and responsive. Property was clean, and necessary toiletries and the like are provided.

We truly enjoyed staying here. The house is spacious and very clean, plenty of space for each of us. Beautifully decorated & had absolutely everything we needed. Host responded very quickly too! Just wish we could have stayed longer, but we would love to return!!

This house was perfect. The location to the highway and surrounding needs was awesome. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We utilized the back patio allot and even though neighbors close were able to keep noise to a minimum. The host quickly responded when request were made!

My family and I found the home to be a perfect fit. It was spacious and home like. My only recommendation would be for the owner to invest in more kitchen necessities for those that like to cook meals. There were limited utensils and cookware. It was a little difficult cooking Thanksgiving dinner but I made it work by purchasing few necessities from the dollar store. Overall I would recommend.

Our stay was great. Property owner was communicative and attentive to my questions. Our only complaint was that the patio and back yard was worn down with no grass and many wasps, which were a concern for our two dogs. Overall, the inside was very nice and clean, perfect for our stay. Thank you!

We basically were gone all day and just used this place to sleep, but it suited our needs. 3 full bathrooms was a big plus as were were all always trying to get ready at same time. Some rooms don't have ceiling fans but there was a box fan available. I brought my own battery fan and it was also utilized.

My boyfriend and I took my siblings and daughter for a little getaway from home before school started. The house was great. Perfect space for the 6 of us and we really enjoyed it. The house is in a quiet safe neighborhood and the property owner is very nice and responds quickly
