SOLO Tiny House was the perfect size for my stay in Kissimmee to visit with my daughter and family. It is a little gem on a quiet private lot. I found everything I needed and it was fresh and clean. Best of all the owner Gloria treated me like family! I look forward to coming back on my next visit.

I wish I had a dollar for every time my wife said, “It’s so cute!” The setting was relaxing, bed was comfortable, shower was very nice, and the host was most friendly and accommodating. To be fair to any potential renter, we did not spend much time in the tiny house as we had other obligations. Understand, the word tiny means tiny. But this house was very clean and well decorated. Comfortable.

This solo home is so cozy and very clean. She has towels, wash cloths, shampoo/ lotion, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, everything you need. Only about 30 mins from Lake Toho where we were fishing. Be mindful this solo home is in what I’m assuming is her back yard so it is not just a home right off the road. We drove back and forth looking a little stalkerish trying to find it 😂 GREAT place to stay!!!

The host was more than generous, she let me check in early, especially right before hurricane Idalia!! My dog had a great time running around the yard, and we loved the chickens and bunny rabbit. It was a nice escape, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Conveniently located to everything you need, but tucked away, with plenty of privacy! thank you, Gloria!

We loved our stay! The house was so cute and decorated nicely. The property was was pretty and had one of the biggest trees I’ve ever seen. The hosts were great, we would stay again 😀

This is the perfect spot. Gloria was a great host, she went above and beyond when I accidentally scheduled the wrong dates. Very responsive and very helpful. Everything was in great condition, very cute and cozy for a family of three. Highly recommend!

I took my son on a spur of the moment trip to Universal and found the Solo Cottage. It was exactly as advertised- clean, cozy, and comfortable. Gloria was the epitome of a great host. She and her husband afforded us privacy but were most helpful during our stay. We felt safe and that kept this mama from being nervous.

Exactly as listed and as pictured. Gloria communicated well. Just 30 minutes from Disney but you don’t have to take I-4 so you avoid that traffic. Plenty of space for my husband, teenage sister, and me. Loved the fridge space and microwave. I suggest messaging Gloria when booking just to be sure the place is available. Just makes the process go better. We hope to back very soon. Absolutely would stay here again!

This property is exactly how described! It’s clean, comfortable, and has everything you need. The property is located in a residential neighborhood and was very quiet, I felt safe at all times. The property manager was responsive and although we didn’t need anything during our stay, she was available if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience staying at the tiny home! The host was very responsive to any messages or questions we had. It was perfect for our family of four. We were doing universal while we were there and with traffic it was a little further than we wanted to be but I think that’s mainly just because the time of the year. Host gave us extra towels and provided some water for us. It was a perfect stay!

Outstanding little house that has everything we needed. We parked our vehicles and boat behind the privacy fence and plugged the boat up to power. We even took a dip in the private pool, thank you Gloria. This little house was going to be for my wife, my daughter and myself while we attended the college national championship tournament. My sons lodging was bad so he and his teammate also stayed with us. It was really tight for 5 and we brought a portable mattress (luckily we had it in the back for traveling) so everyone slept well. My wife and daughter went to Universal studios (LYFT worked best for us) on the practice days and the ramp at Toho was only 3.8 miles from the house. You can fit 2 boats and trucks in the area. This tiny house would be perfect for 2 couples or 2 persons practicing for fishing tournaments or even a family going to the theme parks. Thank you Gloria for a great stay. Mike

I stayed in this cute tiny home on a trip to the National Chherleading Campionships with my daughter's team. I had to drive in to ESPN daily and although the drive was about 25 minutes each way, it was an easy one. The property is located in a residential/commercial area close to everything including great restaurants. The property owners are so nice and accommodating. The house itself was perfect for my needs and very well appointed - smart TV, bluetooth speaker in shower, kitchenette with no stove but does have a microwave. I parked right outside of the SOLO house and the whole property is gated for added peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Our gps took us right to our tiny home, no problem. The hosts live on site, so if you have any questions they are easy to contact. The tiny home looks just like the photos. No surprises. We had a Disney wedding to attend and family to visit, so the location was perfect. You are just down the road from several stores, grocery, drug stores and restaurants. We at at a Spanish restaurant that came recommended by the hosts and it was a great recommendation! The beds were comfortable and the fridge which looks cute in a retro way was perfect size for what we needed. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Hosts were great!

Myself and my two kids stayed in the house for 10 nights while doing the whole Disney/Universal experience. The house was amazing!!! From the cute exterior to the immaculately clean Interior and the bonus of a pool, we really couldn’t have asked for more. We loved every inch of the property and the owners made us feel like family. We will definitely book here for our next trip!!

This property is definitely a place my family and I'd stay at again. The owners were wonderful, the tiny house was just perfect for the 3 of us (could definitely accommodate 4 adults) and the price was excellent!! We highly recommend staying here when visiting the Orlando or Kissimmee areas.
