Just as advertised: a clean, well-kept property on the lake in the village, conveniently located with comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen and responsive communications. Worth it.

This rental was perfect for our family! The location is right off the main strip and the views were beautiful for my morning coffee and for watching the fireworks. The kitchen and rooms were all nicely equipped for whatever we needed. Thank you for having us! 💗

Really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the house and location. Would definitely recommend it to friends. The only downside was the people who worked on the dock in front of the house were very aggressive on telling us it was private property when we had to explain that we were renters. Aside from that Terri was very accessible and we would definitely look into renting the house again at some point. p

Our stay at the property was amazing. First off, the photos don’t do this place justice—spotlessly clean, modern, and feels serene and peaceful even though you’re only steps from the Main Street of Lake George town. The location is ideal, with shops, restaurants, the beach, and boat docks all within walking distance, adding to the overall ease and enjoyment of our trip.
The back deck, overlooking the water, quickly became our favorite spot. We enjoyed our morning coffees there, taking in the gorgeous views. To top it off, we had a front-row seat for the Thursday night fireworks show, which was absolutely fantastic!
The kitchen was a dream—fully stocked with everything we needed, from cleaning supplies to pans and utensils.
Accessing the unit was a breeze thanks to the keyless entry system, which was particularly appreciated with multiple guests.
Terri, the property manager, was outstanding—extremely responsive (I'm talking about a 5 minute response time, so impressive!) and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
One minor points for future guests: if you’re using Uber or taxis, be aware that the address can be a bit confusing for drivers. Using the library address for pick-ups and drop-offs worked perfectly for us.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped retreat. We’ve already discussed coming back and re-booking for a future visit!

This place is exactly as it appears. Enjoyed a weekend with family. The second floor deck was great. We listened to singers that were performing on the Boardwalk deck across the backyard. We will definitely stay here again. I corresponded with property manager, Terri, a couple of times and she was quick with responses. Very accommodating!

Great property! We never had to drive anywhere, which was perfect for attending a wine festival. 😉 Walking distance to all the hot spots. The house was clean, new, spacious, and absolutely lovely.

This is property is paradise Lake George. The property had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for our family, we were able to eat breakfast in a few mornings and also grilled out one evening. The property was immaculately clean. The deck is perfect for sitting out day or night with the most spectacular view of beautiful Lake George. It’s also the perfect spot to see Thursday night fireworks. We will definitely be staying here again. The property location allows you to walk up and down Canada Street with ease. 5 STARS - highly recommend. This property does not disappoint!!!

My family came up for the week of the 4th and we LOVED this property. Close to all shops and restaurants and a perfect view of the fireworks. Most importantly the house itself was very clean, kitchen has everything you may need and pots and pans are in great shape for cooking. Terri was very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend and we’d stay here again.

The view from the upstairs loft is amazing. The home has great views from the deck as well. The entire home is beautiful. The location is perfect and within walking distance to so much in the village. If it's this beautiful in the winter, I can't wait to rent it again in the summer. It's definitely a four seasons getaway.

Great property and everything was exactly as pictured and described. Well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. We watched the Thursday night fireworks from the upstairs bedroom window (it had rained earlier so the deck was wet) and it was a great view! We enjoyed parasailing with parasail Joes (a short walk from the property) and breakfast at Vera’s Cafe (also a short walk). Pizza directly across from the property was delicious! The first night we were slightly bothered by street noise (many loud motorcycles on the Main Street) and outdoor music past 9:30/10, but we either got used to it or it didn’t bother us after the first night. We also enjoyed the more upscale shops and restaurants at Bolton Landing.
Drinks and appetizers at the Boardwalk bar and deck directly in front of the property were great and we met a very nice woman who works at the marina there on our first day and she gave us some great recommendations for our stay.
As I saw on a previous review, I would recommend some more comfortable seating in the living room- swapping out the rocker for two comfortable club chairs or a love seat would provide more seating which is needed. Only other minor issues were the bath towels (very small and thin) and a very loud air conditioner on the third floor. Families should know there are two bedrooms on the first floor of the upstairs unit and the third bedroom with en-suite bath is upstairs, definitely set off from the other two bedrooms. Beds and sheets very comfortable!

We just got back from our annual weekend girls trip in Lake George. The house location was perfect - peaceful & pretty well secluded yet still very close to all the restaurants and shops. The house is directly behind a restaurant that plays live music throughout the day/early evening. That was probably one of our favorite parts of the house… we loved to sit on the balcony, chit chat, & listen to the live music.
The only thing that we were a bit confused about is that we didn’t see on the listing where it stated that the home was subdivided & occupied by other tenants at the same time. (This is our first time renting on VRBO so we may have just missed it).
One of the wonderful girls on our trip is a 5 star private chef who has many years experience privately cooking for families primarily in the Hamptons. She made us some hors d'oeuvres before heading out one night & while broiling some crostini, the smoke detector went off. After about 60 seconds, we heard loud banging from the other tenants. I guess rather than ask if we were okay, they just figured a good couple of bangs would suffice. It made us quite uncomfortable. I digress… What I’m getting at is, there’s other tenants on the first floor & the smoke detectors are a bit sensitive (which is not a bad thing). Long story short, beautiful home, great location, clean, & slept 6 people comfortably. Thank you!

We have been to LG 3 years in a row searching for the perfect rental and finally found it! Property was very clean and right amount of space for a family 6. We can’t say enough about it’s perfect location and how easily accessible it was to the village and beaches. So appreciate the stocked kitchen, bed linens and laundry access. And we spent so much time on the deck…people watching, gazing at lake activity and enjoying the Thursday night fireworks. We loved everything about it and can’t wait to rebook.

We were so happy with our first vacation in Lake George with our kids. Our rental was immaculately clean, charming, and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable. The real magic was the deck and location. We could walk to everything in town, see the fireworks (head down to the marina upper dock or grass for drone show), and my kids favorite part - getting to see all the boats go by on the lake and hearing them toot their own including the famous Minne Haha. Coffee on the deck in the morning also including a hummingbird sighting. Truly just a beautiful place in the best spot. We would love to stay again one day.

Just what our family needed for a short getaway. Perfect view of the lake, quiet, but right in the middle of town.

It was such a fun week. The apartment is immaculate. The location cannot be beat. You are close enough to be in town in 1 minute but when at the house, it feels like you have a ton of privacy. Firework views are awesome. Docking is easy and the people that work the docks are the nicest hardest working crew I’ve seen. Terri is also an awesome property manager. Thanks for everything.

My wife, niece, nephew, and myself have been coming to Lake George for many years, and have always stayed at a hotel. This property was incredibly clean with more than enough room. It was perfectly located…right in the village and walking distance to everything, yet tucked away in a quiet private nook that still felt secluded. The property is right on the lake and the views were awesome. Everything was as advertised, and we completely loved our stay. The best part is that it still cost us less money than our usual two adjoining hotel rooms. We would definitely return again.

If you want to stay in the heart of Lake George Village, steps to shopping, restaurants, the beach and concerts, this is the place for you. Modern, clean and well maintained unit with all the amenities, and option to dock your boat as well. Terri is super responsive and accommodating. The view from the deck of the moonlit lake is spectacular. Also, had fireworks one night that was directly in front of us. Will definitely stay again.

New place, walking distance to everything
Best thing about this place was its within walking distance to town - arcades for kids, restaurants, bars, distillery, ice cream, water/lake, mini golf. Newly renovated and owner was great with communication.

Family friendly
We had the best time! The house was recently updated and very clean!!! We had everything we needed and plenty of room for our large family. The kids were entertained by the surprise bedroom upstairs 😊 Pretty much the most convenient house you could rent - impossibly close to everything. My only suggestion would be more comfy seating around the tv. Would love to visit again!! Thank you!

Beautiful Hidaway
We visited Lake George for the first time and had a wonderful experience at this lovely house right on the Lake walking distance to all Lake George Village attractions. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable with plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children. We cooked nearly all our meals in the well supplied kitchen and used the grill on the deck the night of the fireworks show--to which we had an unforgettable view! Terri made herself readily available to us although we never had any reason to contact her with any issues or questions. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful home on Lake George
My family of 6 had a wonderful time in Lake George. This house was updated, clean, well maintained, spacious and in an ideal private lakefront location. We walked to all the shops, attractions and restaurants. Outdoor balcony was a welcomed feature for coffee, meals and for watching the fireworks. Property manager Terri was gracious.
We will certainly look for this property in our next visit to Lake George!

Stunning Lakefront Experience
From the start, Terri was an amazing host, and everyone we encountered associated with this property was great and most helpful.
We were the first guests following a complete renovation. It was like moving into a brand new, spotlessly clean house. And then there was the gardener — a lovely woman creating and maintaining whimsical flower beds with an assortment of annuals and Swiss chard for us to enjoy every time we entered the wonderful space we called our own for a week.
Once inside, we had everything we could want. We were warned to bring our own sheets, so we brought a number of items that were completely unnecessary. The house was well equipped for our stay. We were two couples, and the configuration was perfect for our privacy. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms — one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom downstairs with a bathroom and one queen bedroom with an in-suite bathroom upstairs. The view of the lake from the upstairs was breathtaking at any hour of the day. The downstairs queen provided glimpses of the lake.
Note, there is a separate unit on the first floor that has two bedrooms only, but is like this unit — minus the extraordinary third floor bedroom with a view. Note also that people seemed confused about the presence of a laundry room. There is a nice laundry room at the back of the house that is shared between the two rental units in this house and a cottage with limited view directly behind this house.
The central living space is a great room with a panoramic view — stunningly large windows across the front. There is a large deck across the front of the great room. When not out on the water in our boat, we spent most of our time out on this deck. It was great watching the para-sailers while drinking our coffee with breakfast first thing in the morning. The bakeries within two blocks of the house were amazing. On some evenings, there was musical entertainment in nearby dining establishments — including the Boardwalk Restaurant and Marina directly below. All were at a respectful volume and ended at a courteous time. On Thursday evenings, there is a spectacular fireworks show on the lake immediately in front of this property.
Dock space was provided at a small up-charge. Terri arranged it. Gail was a wonderful dock manager, and her team was always ready at the gas dock and to provide help with our lines. This was an amazing stay at a stunning lakefront property with all amenities..
