Pets: Only well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, sorry no cats allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. We do ask that guests - clean and pick up after their pets while on the property and do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time. Please crate them when left alone. The cabin has one metal foldable crate for you to use. No dogs are allowed on the furniture! If you bring your pet you are also assuming full responsibility for them and any damage they may cause. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if your pet is destructive and if there is evidence of them being on the furniture. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund and $300 fine.

Great stay everything was as described… our group consisted 5 teenage boys and they stayed active with the pool table, air hockey and swimming pool that was open… )resort has access to 3 pools but 2 were pad locked) but the one open was great and even it had to ourself for the most part! Would recommend Diamond in the Bluff! Great family atmosphere; plus located at end of the clear which offered more space for boys and our dog

I hate to have to write a negative review but it is necessary. Arrived and place was just as it looked on VRBO and there were some balloons for my mother’s birthday. The upstairs ( which is where the living room is located) was extremely hot. The air eas on but still so hot. We noticed that the AC had frozen over both inside and outside so no one could be upstairs. We turned unit off upstairs and were awakened by water dripping on bed from ceiling as all the water was melting. It covered the main floor bed. Our guests ended ip leaving early due to not getting sleep for multiple nights due to heat. The basement “bunk beds” were awful. So uncomfortable that your back was stiff next morning and so no one wanted to sleep on them so only other place was basement sofa. I spent a lot of money for this 5 day vacation and paid fee for 3 dogs so it did add up and I just expected things would have been far better than they were. The front door locked first day there and never again so we couldn’t all go and fo thongs together as home with our stuff wouldn’t lock. I would have thought some gesture maybe some money back but that didn’t happen. It is a nice cabin and if it were running well most would enjoy their stay. I have rented cabins in Gatlinburg before through Vrbo and each stay was great! This was very disappointing and will not rent this property again.

The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The view of the mountains everyday was just what we needed as a family! Close drive to all the hiking and tourist spots.

We stayed here during our spring break and the house was perfect! The kids enjoyed the game and movie room after our long days in town and hikes. The house was very clean when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive with questions! We would definitely stay again!

We booked this cabin by mistake , usually do pet friendly and almost cancelled. So glad we kenneled the dogs and came anyway. The location of this cabin was perfectly located in-between downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. We had 2 college kids with us and 2 teenagers. We all had plenty of space to not drive each other crazy. The beds were all incredibly comfortable and the cabin was perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Mira was absolutely amazing from the time we rented until check out. The cabin was a great location to all activities we had planned for our short stay. It was super nice not to have to pack the babies pack n play nor a high chair because that was all provided. We also brought our dog along who also had a great time. Thanks again for hosting us 😊

We had a great time, and Mira was an excellent host! We had a few questions leading up to our stay and she always responded within a few minutes.
For the most part, everything is exactly as described in the listing and photos. I would describe this as a "luxury cabin" but it is a cabin - not a mega mansion.
It is rather cozy, While there are multiple socializing areas (main floor, upstairs loft area, and in the basement), It would be very cramped if you wanted to have more than ~6 people in any one area.
The views of the smoky mountains during sunrise and sunset were absolutely amazing. The leaves were just starting to turn during our stay in mid October.
One final comment:
If you're traveling with more than two couples who want privacy, you might want to know this isn't really a 3 bedroom. There are 2 actual bedrooms (one on the main floor, and one upstairs). The basement / game room has bunk beds and a futon, and there is another futon in the living room area outside the upstairs bedroom, but neither offer any privacy.

We loved staying at Diamond in the Bluff! The kids really enjoyed the air hockey table, Mira was really great to work with, and the house was beautiful; clean and well-maintained. My only complaint is there is a house right in front of it, paritially obstructing the view (no fault of the owner!), and I wish the rail on the bunk bed was higher.

We had a range of ages from 9 - 88 and everyone enjoyed their time at Mira's home. It was a little off the beaten path but that didn't bother us. It's a great location for getting away from it all. The home had everything we needed while we were there. We even had a bear visit us during our stay! Definitely recommend you check this property out for your next mountain vacation.

Kids loved the game room in basement. Master upstairs was delightful. Yoga on the upstairs balcony completely worth it! Thank you such a beautiful home to spend our 2023 Christmas holiday in.

We enjoyed the cabin very much, it was very comfortable, we didn't even want to leave the cabin because it had everything there to live with the family, games, televisions in all rooms, internet access and everything was very comfortable. They decorated our cabin ready for Christmas and it was very nice. 🎄♥️

We stayed for 7 days for our first trip to the area. The cabin is great and the view is fantastic. My wife, myself, and 4 children fit comfortably into the house. Loved the cool evenings on the deck in the hot tub.

The cabin was very clean. Neat love the location great views, lots of room and very pet friendly. It was the first time we brought our dogs and they enjoyed every bit of it. They love sitting on the porch balcony. we even saw three bears definitely will be back.

We LOVED this cabin. My family of 4 and 2, 85 pound labs have been coming to this area for years. We usually stay in Black Bear Falls but will definitely be returning to Diamond in the Bluff. Mira was easy to communicate with. We had zero issues with anything. The cabin was fully stocked in the kitchen area. It was super clean, the beds were so comfortable. the hot tub towels were a nice extra, there were extra pillows and blankets easily accessible. The view was beautiful, we sawpintaim too snow one morning and also saw a black bear as we were leaving the neighborhood one day. It rained most of the weekend while we were there so my only suggestion to Mira was some towel hooks outside for the hot tub because we didn't have anywhere dry for towels. Obviously that did not deter any of our fun things though. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We will be back.

Anything in the listing that could be taken as "luxury" should be discounted, this is an absolute basic cabin with very basic fixtures / bathrooms / appliances.
Weird layout with smallish living area on top floor outside main bedroom, it was cramped with only 4 of us. First floor living and kitchen area is very small and not suited for entertaining / hanging out with more than a few people either.
Don't let the term "theater seating" convince you there may me a huge room on the bottom floor, there isn't. You might watch a movie or catch a game there if you move the air hockey table out of the way, but don't plan on having more than 3-4 people in the room. Be mindful this is an open bedroom too, with bunks....so you're not hanging out here if you have small children that would be sleeping.
My biggest complain was the terrible quality on bedding, the absolute cheapest sheets imaginable and not even fitted. I won't even mention the bedspread.
Having read the Dec. '21 review from Matthew B., I'm not sure "threatening" is the term I would use for the communication that came the morning of a 10am check out demanding we wash and dry towels....rude and unrealistic is a better description.
This is a very small basic cabin and if you don't mind obscured views (pay attention to the photos for power lines and transformers), don't have more than 4 people and don't mind a moldy shower curtain this is the right choice

For 20 years we have rented cabins and condos, without question this is the nicest ever! I have never stayed in a rental that was as nicely and completely equipped.
My wife had an accident on the last day and Mira was so nice and understanding.
If you want to stay in a beautiful place with a wonderful person to rent from, look no further.

Loved Diamond in the Bluff
Our family enjoyed our stay . The cabin is beautiful and very clean. There is plenty of room to accommodate families. There is a large basement area with air hockey, pool and theatre seating for watching tv/ movies .The location is great for all things in the Gatlinburg/ pigeon forge area. It feels remote at the cabin . We did see a baby bear and some other wildlife in the neighborhood . There are 2 pools and a golf course within the community .
Mira is a great host . We had an issue with the coffee pot and she had a new one delivered to our door within 3 hours!!
You can’t go wrong booking this cabin for your next Gatlinburg getaway .

The home was great! Beds and furniture all new and comfy. House was clean and well appointed with excellent views of the smokies. We finally saw our first black bears along with other wildlife right in the driveway. Couldn't have asked for a better home to spend the week. Will definitely return to this home in the future. Amazing Views
We booked this property wanting a relaxing getaway that was still close to town and things do...it did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and the views were amazing. We loved that it was @ the end of a culd de sac do we had a lot of privacy. The pool table. air hockey and backgammon created nightly changes for us both! This house is only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, multiple hiking trails, horse stables, zip line whatever you want. Multiple times we saw deer in our neighbor's yard and a small baby bear one afternoon! We would highly recommend this property and it would be wonderful for friends and children too.

I would highly recommend rewording your comments. Your tone is threatening at best. Also, a renter pays an extraordinary amount for a cleaning fee. Please don’t threaten to charge an additional fee just because he/she doesn’t obey your command. Your instructions felt like a threat to my credit card. I shouldn’t have to spend a half a day cleaning. In addition, the property was over priced. Please do not advertise 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom when it’s really a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 half bathroom. A bunk bed in the lower level game room does not make it a bedroom. I will never stay with this property again. Good Luck!
