The game room and pool and mini-golf kept the kids (and grandpa!) all very entertained.

Amazing host and a beautiful property with everything needed for an amazing stay with family or friends.
The game room is perfect for kids and the open floor plan lends its hands to family dinners with a view.
The property does not disappoint that for sure!

This is one of the best rental houses we have ever stayed at!. Infinity pool was a delight with views over the Wild Animal Park greenery, game room was hours of fun, putting greens and bocci ball set provided was well kept. The perfect place for a family reunion. Beds were sooo comfortable. We all said we slept better here than our own homes. Will definitely book another stay.

We were a single family and enjoyed the house thoroughly. We like the location - easy to get to San Diego, La Jolla, Legoland, etc. The garage full of games was great fun for my little kids and the outdoor area was lovely. Very easy communication with the property manager/owner. The surrounding area itself didn't seem walkable to us as cars go quite fast on the neighborhood roads. We would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Escondido home. Lots of fun games, inside and out, and the pool and spa area was a perfect place to hang out. The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our extended family of 11. There were a few maintenance issues but all were quickly addressed by the management company. No home is perfect so if things go wrong it is comforting to know you have a responsive management company to take care of the glitches and Mo and his team did just that. Would definitely stay here again if we were coming to Escondido.

We loved our stay in this home. There were 10 of us women for a work retreat. The property was perfect for our needs. The surrounding area and views are gorgeous. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. We would stay here again!

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We had a small family renuion and it was the perfect spot for it. There was so much to do between the pool and all the games, we were able to keep everyone entertained.

This house was great for our family reunion! We stayed 4 nights, and were a large group including a handful of kids ages 3-13, fun was had by all!!! The pool and hot tub is an extra cost to heat ($150/day) and totally worth it. Communication with the host was easy and timely, he checked in with us mid week and came by for a small repair. Really nice person, we felt cared for!
The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortables, the kitchen super efficient and stacked with all needed items.
I recommend the walk to the winery, it’s 5min walk from the house! Also Annie’s canyon for a mid day outing (30min), and Queen Califia’s circle
On Escondido. Stone Brewery was a terrific place to dine under grape vines!
The host was insistent on not having any noise outside after 9pm, this was easy for us with kids, but if you are going to have parties you might reconsider.

We were very impressed with the property, but it would have been helpful to know that the road was closed at one end. It was dark when we arrived and we had to find the other end of the road to access the property.

Truly amazing house and view. Infinity pool is ideally situated for view of the valley. Well stocked with appliances and cookware. We stayed for our son's wedding, hosted a few visitors for brunch with plenty of room. House is all one level with no steps which was ideal for my 93 year old father.

Gorgeous house and perfect location for a family reunion!

I have to say the house/grounds are very nice. My family did for the most part have a nice time. HOWEVER, we had many issues over our 3 night stay. Mo's team did respond quickly but nothing was resolved.
Wifi was AWFUL! We rebooted/unplugged the router multiple times. Only at 2a was the streaming working properly (USA Soccer match was on). Mo's rep mentioned a Wifi person was coming but that never happened. It seemed more like a brush-off response.
There are 8 BEAUTIFUL TV's inside and out. Which is great... if you can actually watch tv on them! The streaming would just buffer. It became the running joke of our weekend. If a bunch of football lovers come to the house expecting to watch a big game most likely they'll be in for a disappointment.
When you have 8 tvs all with streaming, plus 10-15 people with phones + adding in any computers or iPads-- there can be 20-25 devices pulling from the Wifi. YOU MUST HAVE boosters, amplifiers, etc. for maximum wifi ability.
Also, the main gate was broken from the time we arrived to when we left. Someone from Mo's team did come out to try and fix but was unable to. I even believe a repairman came out to no avail. It is a secluded house but part of the expense is a secure entrance.
Finally and unfortunately we did have a mouse in the house. I understand it's the mountains but again Mo's rep gave me a "blowoff" answer. We spent the last 36 hours wondering if we would see any more mice. Luckily we didn't.

The property comfortably slept 3 families of 6 adults and 6 children and provided great activities to enjoy throughout the day! The homeowners and their team were very responsive to our inquiries and made every effort to attend to our needs which was greatly appreciated. The entire group had a wonderful, relaxing, fun time!

We had a wonderful time the pool time was great the house is great for multiple familys.
The kids loved the game room and the golf area it was a beautiful and clam outside we loved it.

We love most aspects of our stay. Mo was great to work with and answered all our questions. Kitchen was well stocked and the pool, yard and game room were definitely the highlights.
The only sad situation is the wifi, which affects the tv as well as any need to access the internet. We tried all week to get it to work and reset the router many times. Impossible to watch tv and video calls were not possible.

Although the weather didn’t cooperate we still throughly enjoyed our time in the San Diego area. This home was the perfect place for some wonderful family time! Plenty of room for eight adults and six children (ages one to eleven). Highly recommend!!

What an amazing place to stay! We went on a family and friends trip with adults and kids. This place had everything we were looking for. Great entertaining area that sprawled into the outdoor living room with fantastic views of the hillside. The game room was a perfect place for the kids to get together and play! Mo was extremely responsive and helpful. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat and Mo was able to help us figure it out.

First time being able to have our extended family together for cousins to hang out and grandparents to see the grandchildren together in over 3 years. This was the perfect homebase. Honestly could have just stayed at the house the whole week and would have been happy. Perfectly laid out for families. Kids swam every day first thing in the morning then thoughout the day. Game room was surprisingly a big hit with even the young girls. As well stocked as a real home.

Awesome House
In short, this house was fantastic!! We had such a wonderful time during our stay here, the check-in process was really easy, the house was super clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool was crystal clear, and the overall layout of the house was really wonderful for a large group of people. Mo was great with communication and addressed any questions I had within just a few minutes. The only issue we ran into with the house was having the outdoor fireplace turn off after just a few minutes of it running, however, after messaging Mo, he had someone from his team at the house within fifteen minutes to fix the issue. As the organizer of the trip, it was really comforting to know that IF any issues were to arise, Mo and his team would address them almost instantaneously.
This house honestly had everything you could want in a vacation property. We spent many hours relaxing in the pool and jacuzzi, enjoyed many meals on the patio by the pool, had a couple cozy evenings with all 11 adults relaxing on the couch in the living room, were able to watch the basketball tournament on the outdoor TV while floating in the pool, were able to keep up with towels and laundry to support our many hours in the pool, and even enjoyed the garage game room when it got a little rainy. The weather was cloudy and low to mid 70’s while we were there, so we made a last minute decision to heat the pool for our stay. Mo had the heat turned on within minutes of the request and the pool was up to 85 degrees in no time, this allowed us to extend our pool time beyond just the sunny hours!
The location of the house is truly perfect, it’s nestled into the hills with a great view of the mountains, is just a few minutes from farm stands and grocery stores, and is close to many surrounding vineyards. We were able to hire a van to take us to Rancho Guejito, Speckle Rock, Domaine Artefact and Hungry Hawk, each vineyard was unique it’s own way and had excellent wine!
My only recommendation if you stay at this house is to make sure you build in enough time to just relax and enjoy the property. It has plenty of space and bathrooms, comfortable beds, a kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need, plenty of tableware to support group meals, an insane amount of games/activities, pools floats, beautiful views, more than enough towels, and a fantastic layout that allows you to spend quality time with your group yet enough space to have a few quiet moments when needed!

Family Vaca
We had a great week, and this property had everything we needed plus plenty of things to do for all age ranges. It is a short drive to anything in Escondido and a quick 30-40 minute drive to San Diego. It’s also a very quick 5 minute drive to the San Diego Safari Park. I would highly recommend for a large group with kids.

Due to Covid, our party of 10 opted not to travel outside of the US for my 50th birthday celebration week. Many of our group had never been to the So Cal area. Escondido is a bit farther away from San Diego than I thought but still easily driven for day trips to the zoo, La Jolla etc. The home was lovely and exactly as advertised. It's new, modern, comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen had virtually everything you need to make gourmet meals. We ate in almost every night. The outdoor dining area is great, with a fireplace to keep it warm and cozy. Beds were very comfy, towels and linens were plentiful and high-end. Washer/Dryer made it possible to pack light, and wash pool towels as needed. It was also well stocked- plenty of laundry detergent, dish soap, bath amenities. Watching the sunrise from the living room sofa (we are all East Coast peeps, so we woke early) with coffee/tea and fresh doughnuts was a joy. The view is lovely. Be sure to arrange for pool heat. Worth it. The property management was attentive and friendly. We had a few minor hiccups (internet went out, gate code would not open) but they were rectified quickly and without any fuss. Game room was fun, and before we departed we got the hi-score on both PacMan and Frogger. We did not partake in Bacci or the putting greens but we DID do morning yoga on the pad below the infinity pool and it was the perfect spot. 3 notes: bring slippers, bc floors are cold no matter the house temp. If you plan to watch sports (NFL, NHL) be sure to bring an HDMI and laptop because there are no local/cable channels. TV reception isn't great with the channel packages they have. And... the road noise around the property is significant, mostly during drive time hours. But that said... we would rebook and come back again with ZERO hesitation. GREAT trip, overall.
