We loved the cleanliness of the condo and the property. Inside the condo itself, it was very inviting and and comfortable. Wonderful view, and loved the pool.

This unit has a huge kitchen if you like to cook. The place is very spacious and was in good shape. Both bedrooms overlook the lake and you are 20 ft from the water. I was able to keep my 27ft with a 2 ft swim deck in dock no problem. Great place for the price!

We had a great stay. Huge kitchen and living area. Master bedroom was huge as well with a great view of the lake. It was a great location as it was right on the water with a boat slip. The owner was awesome so if still looking, look no more and book this condo

I took my niece here to have an aunt and niece get away. We had such a good time! The condo was beautiful, super clean and a gorgeous view. The owner of the condo was extremely nice. I will be staying here again and wouldn’t change a thing.

We absolutely loved the condo. Easy check-in and clear directions were provided in an email. We were shocked with how spacious it was. It’s hard to find a two bedroom condo that has two king sized beds and an additional bed. No one had to fight over the king! The kitchen was huge. We had plenty of space to bring our own food. We had all the kitchen supplies we needed and the grill was a great fracture. The view was spectacular. We loved that it was screened in with a ceiling fan. We spend a lot of our time on the porch. The entire condo community was great. All the staff around were very friendly. The pool was a short drive from our room and it was extremely clean. It wasn’t overcrowded even over the weekend. We were centrally located to a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. Our first time to the lake and it won’t be our last!

My son, daughter-in-law and 9 month old grandson visited with my husband and me at the Lake. The view was amazing, spacious and beautifully decorated surroundings, and 2 ample bedrooms with king beds!! We will visit again!

This is a great condo for a family to stay at. Very clean, plenty of room, comfortable beds. Bathrooms are both good size with tubs/showers which is great with kids. Kitchen was open and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the main channel of the lake.

We had a nice stay at this property. The unit itself is large with a nice view. The kitchen and bedrooms are plenty spacious. Now … for “what I wish I knew before I booked.” 1) The boat slip is not at all convenient to the unit. It requires about a 15 minute walk and 65 stairs (yes, I counted) to get too. (You could drive and leave a vehicle nearer to the boat slip, but you can’t get around the 65 stairs.) We brought jet skis and were trading riders frequently so it really did change the dynamic of the day. God forbid you forget something at the condo too! I really wish the online listing would have made mention of the distance and steps involved with the boat slip. 2) there is no swimming in the lake off the dock or really from the regatta bay property in general. We are lake people more than pool people and really missed not being able to swim off the dock. Again, I wish the online listing would have made mention that there is no swimming off the dock or property. 3) the walls are paper thin. Like tissue paper thin. I could hear every toilet flush, every chair being moved, The TODAY Show on the mornings and music being played. It wasn’t so bad we felt we needed to address it with the neighbors but something to consider. 4) I had great communication from Evolve Management ONCE I arrived on site but they were basically non existent for my pre-booking questions and even after I booked. Kinda frustrating, but also kinda the way of the world these days it seems. We really did enjoy our stay but for the reasons listed above I don’t think we’d stay here again. Just food for thought, and things I wish I knew before we stayed there!

The condo was very nice but wasn’t very clean. Appeared to have not been dusted in a very long time and appliances were streaked and smudged. Floors were dirty and the showers did not drain well. Other than it not being cleaned properly , it was a nice location with a great water view.

This place was bigger than I expected. The view was gorgeous. We had everything we needed for a week at the lake. An earlier review from June noted the noisiness of the upstairs neighbor which we experienced daily in the early morning and late evening. The unit owner responded promptly to the issues we experienced which was extra helpful since the local contact was unreachable.

This condo is the lower level unit right on a point. From the screened in porch you have great views of the sunset and main channel boat traffic. The condo itself is furnished very well and is very spacious for a 2br condo. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property is very nice. But, the floors were pretty dirty, if you walk barefoot you'll wind up with black feet. Otherwise it was great! It's right on the water. You can hear the water lapping at the edge of the lake. We really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch.

This place was wonderful, beautiful...amazing kitchen for a rental, two king beds (never find that!) and two nice bathrooms. The location was great and the view of the lake from the screened-in deck was lovely. Only complaint about this condo: there were people upstairs from us who were very noisy and who sat out on their deck/enclosed patio above us and played loud music, spoke loudly and smoked. It actually made us move indoors a few times which was very unfortunate and annoying. Don't know if they were residents or renters and we did not complain to them about the noise and smoke that wafted down - so that's on us...didn't want any altercation. But other than that, this place was perfect.

The condo was modern, had large rooms and a breathtaking view! We had a great time at the pool and the playground too. I can’t wait until our next trip to the Ozarks so we can stay here again!
