Looked cute in pix, but truly the worst: glass panel missing on oven door, found glass shards in broiler, dishwasher didn't work, MANY giant cockroaches inside, old, discolored, cracked, wobbly floor tiles in kitchen, kitchen drawers practically fell out when opened, old cruddy shelf paper, freezer missing a handle, filthy baseboards, cracked peeling paint or marked walls and doorframes, some window blinds missing cords, kitchen smelled increasingly awful over our three days there, half of king bed sloped to the side, yard had some litter in it. To the agency's credit, they quickly had a service deliver a missing hair dryer, but were unable to secure a repair person for the dishwasher. Confederate flags on the neighbor's house - I know it's the South, but give me a break. Really unbelievable this is on the market. Owners need to do a complete renovation from the studs up.
