There were many things that should have been ready for our stay, but were not done. There was a piece missing from the coffee pot. There was a problem with the back gate, and the cable tv was not set up from the last tenant. The owner came and fixed it, and she was accommodating, however, the unit itself needs to be renovated if she is going to ask for so much rent. On the upside, it was immaculate. The beds were comfortable and everything was spotless.

We were in Palm Springs for a wedding and this townhouse was perfect. The 3 bedrooms worked well with the Master having the most space and updated shower. Very clean house, great location situated between airport and Ranch Mirage. Great view of the snowcapped mountains out the front door. Very relaxing pool area as well and very friendly next door neighbors.

This property was great for 3 adults and two teenagers. Enjoyed the pools! Easy drive downtown as well as to the hiking trails.

Pros. The place is big and well laid out. It has parking and the pool is right across from the place. pretty quiet except for constant planes overhead very low. Area is walkable about 20 minutes walk or 2 minute drive to groceries. Cons. The place is advertised as Chic but far from it, was very cheaply slapped together to rent out. The kitchen is pretty well supplied with appliances but over crowded and no working space. Ice maker does not work and hasn't for a while as there were ice cube trays in the freezer. All furniture legs, including table and chairs were loose and needed to tightened. Laundry door broken. Front patio was hanging off wall.Toilet lid was broken. Towel rack falling off the wall. The mylar on windows that reduces heat was all peeling off. All beds were so uncomfortable and super soft, they'd overcompensated with 2 foam toppers but just make it hard to roll over. Bed linens were synthetic so not comfortable. Rooms had sheer shades and no real curtains so sun came in the bedroom at sunrise so if you are light sleeper, the sun wakes you. The furniture in most rooms are all sharp square edged and so not toddler friendly. Table is also bar height so right at the head/eye spot.They had put plastic bumpers on the corners but are all falling off and needed to be everywhere. Patio chairs all old and slanted forward so not comfortable at all. We felt it was overpriced for what you actually got. Owner was receptive to our comments so hopefully will improve.

We stayed her for a girls trip and it had everything we needed. We didn't rent a car but used Uber to get around and it was so easy. 10-15 minutes away from shopping, eating, groceries etc. We didn't cook in much but there seemed to be everything you would need.

Since the moment we got to the property our neighbors greeted us and told us how everything works in that community, Chris was very friendly and the overall stay was great I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning on going to Palm spring.

Nice Stay - some things to know
Property was very clean and pre check in as well as post check in communication was very good. As mentioned, very clean. Photos are accurate. Nice small gated pool is only 50' from the front door. The property is very quiet, even the pool area as outside radio/music is not allowed. Very family oriented. For those who do a lot of cooking, I've found that rentals either come very well stocked or very limited. This rental had some salt/pepper, spice rack, and a bit of olive oil. No condiments. This isn't a deal breaker for us, but the last property we stayed at had leftover condiments, salad dressings, butter, cooking oils, etc which we found very useful of course. So if you plan on cooking, you'll need to source most everything. Closest grocery stores are Vons and Jensens. (Jensens had a very good seafood counter and preprepared foods/salads area) Ice maker in fridge didn't work, we simply bought a big bag of ice and put in the fridge freezer. The forced air is loud whether used for AC or to circulate air. I spoke with some locals at the pool who own units and some stated they had the same issue, others who had installed new central AC/heating, said their new units were quieter than the older units. Depending on the wind, this property is directly under a flight path. Most days it was a landing flight path so planes are not as loud as takeoff, it is noticeable a Saturday was especially noticeable as both commercial, military and private jets were landing. We did have a day where the wind had shifted and there were no planes going over. Our last day the wind had shifted again and there were planes taking off over the property. We live near an airport so the sound wasn't objectionable but to some I could see how it would be. Besides planes (almost all during day), this property is VERY quiet. excellent to sit outside on front patio or back patio eating area. Property is well located on the western side of Palm Springs, close to 111 but not close enough that you hear it.
