Sweet apartment in an even sweeter location! This space puts you right in the heart of Zilker near some of the best places Austin has to offer. This one bedroom is a very spacious apartment with room for up to 4 people! Comfortably enjoy yourself in ATX and venture out to the many things to do nearby. Zilker is one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Austin and it can be all yours today!

While this brings some daytime noise, we assure you that your comfort and enjoyment remain our top priority. We appreciate your understanding and are here to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
Beautiful location with Barton Springs Pool five minutes away! This means you're super close to everything! It's recently been redecorated and we know you will love it. The apartment fits 4 people comfortably with 2 in the queen bed and 2 on the comfy queen sleeper sofa. We also provide extra bedding for the sleeper sofa so you are all set! The bedroom is massive and has a second seating area with a sofa and a chair.
There is a private patio as you walk up the stairs to your rental. Its a perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Feel like staying in and relaxing? No problem. Catch up on your favorite shows with our large HD TV that has over-the-air HD, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu and High-speed G Fiber WIFI.
You can also get your laundry done before your travels back home because we have a stacked washer and dryer in the bedroom! To help conserve water during the ongoing extreme drought, we ask that guests limit their washer usage to once per stay, or once a week for our extended days. The dryer can be used as much as you need. Thank you for understanding!
You can park up to 2 vehicles in the driveway in front of the garages. If you need street parking, there is plenty nearby, please be sure to abide by any street signs and do not block driveways.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $400 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.
1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties
4) No pets allowed
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
8) Please see the House Manual emailed to you a few days before your stay

The garage apartment was cute, quiet, clean and in a great location. The internet wasn’t great so wouldn’t recommend working from the apartment but overall enjoyed my stay.

I thought the apartment was great and you have gone to a lot of effort to stock the place with everything one would need. I was very comfortable the only comment I have is the front door with no curtains / shades makes the living room feel a little exposed to the front yard. It made it a little harder to relax in the evenings when porch light lit up the living room.

It was a great stay! I emailed the host separately to let them know about checking for hair behind pillows and on the couches, as well as providing more towels for guest. It was 3 of us for a two night stay and only 3 large towels and two or 3 smaller towels. I also didn’t realize until later that we never received the wifi password. Other than that it is a great property.

Tried to charge me
I actually wrote a great review on Airbnb right before the owner tried to stick me with a bill that wasn’t mine. first off the listing is misleading
it’s on their property (not noted) and after leaving a 5 star review they sent me a bill for a broken item in their bathroom. Which was broken prior to our arrival, (i even took a picture just to be sure)
