My family and I enjoyed our stay in Tim & Patty's home. We had our dog Ebony, who also loved the big fenced in back yard to play in. Patty also communicated very clearly everything in emails when I reached out to her and was very friendly. The home was very welcoming and I was surprised to receive goodies when we arrived. Neighborhood was in a perfect location to beach, shopping, and quiet area. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for nice pet friendly place near the beach.

I cannot stress enough the graciousness of our host. I have never felt more welcome or more at home in a rental. Walk to beach, can feel the breeze in the fenced back yard. Plenty of space. We lived it!

We absolutely loved our stay. The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful and next to the beach and restaurants. We ate at Crabby’s and we loved their cocktails, food, waterfront view and live music. We spent all the time at the beach, got to ride jetskis and even visited St. Augustine. Coming back to the house in the evening felt so great. The towels and linens smell so good. I’m very into details and I appreciated the body wash that smelled so good (had to order it for myself) and the welcoming basket Patty left for us. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy some bike rides. We had a wonderful, restful and relaxing time and still daydream about it. Thank you Patty, we had a delightful stay.

Couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable stay! Everything you could possibly need while on vacation was available at this lovely property. Close to everything!! The owner is so kind and easy going. Our trip was perfect!

When we arrived it took some exploring to figure out we needed to access the property. I looked but couldn’t find an email with checkin instructions so I reached out to the owner who had previously emailed me to welcome us. Once we got inside we were pleasantly surprised as it is very nicely decorated and clean.

Great communication from start to finish! Patty was amazing! Quick to answer any questions! Well appointed home! It had everything we need and more! There was even a gift basket for us upon arrival! The house is just a short walk to the beach! Bikes and chairs and toys in the garage! We will be back! Thank you, Patty!!!

We really enjoyed our visit! It is a wonderful home, short drive to local attractions, and a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is a short walk to the beach. The back yard is a fantastic place to relax and to enjoy a meal and drinks. Our contact, Patty, is fantastic. Friendly and easy to get in touch with. We would stay here again for sure!

This is a great beach cottage for a family vacation. It isn’t a large place but is well appointed, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you’d need to cook, only thing it lacks is a dishwasher but it’s easy enough to wash dishes by hand. I spent 4 nights here with my wife, two kids, and dog while visiting family in town for Thanksgiving. The yard is fully fenced in making it great for a pet. The location was great, easy walk to the beach and several restaurants, bars, and parks all within a 10 minute walk. Patty was friendly and made the check in process very easy. I definitely recommend staying her if you’re visiting the Ormond Beach/ Daytona area

We Enjoyed everything the Beach had to offer the home was perfect and clean so comfortable it has everything you need Plus Some the beds are so comfortable I slept good finally and it was so quiet I was surprised being so close to the beach 🏖️ I would love to return to this home 🙂👊💯our dogs even loved it and the neighbors are so Sweet and Nice loved this little home away from home on the Beach I give it 5 stars you won't be Disappointed 🙂👊💯

This place is very nice. It looks exactly like the pictures. They have thought of everything thing you could need while away from home. It is easy to get to anywhere from this spot with many beaches restaurants and shops near by. Several within walking distance. The beach near by is amazing. It’s huge. Clean. And uncrowded. we really enjoyed all the options for outdoor seating and the bar in the garage was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed Ormomd beach and hope to be back again!!

This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in. We love Ormond by the Sea and this place was everything we anticipated and more. They literally thought of everything and when I travel I try to pack everything we need so we don't have to spend our money vacation on incidentals. They had extra beach towels, plenty of toilet paper, the most comfy beds, even left behind some extra snacks for us, and had multiple tv's. We ended up spending most of our time at the home just relaxing by watching movies, playing games and just being together as a family. We rarely got on our phones or computers. It made this momma heart so happy. Thank you to the owners who went above and beyond. This vacation for us was one the best and the only time in a long time that we slowed down. It was amazing!!! We really, really enjoyed our stay. This place has all the amenities and more! So many thoughtful details and so many areas in house to enjoy. We loved the garage bar and using the bikes It was clean and comfortable. Close to beach, restaurant and grocery store. We would love to stay again in future.

What a wonderful experience. The amenities provided were unbelievable. Never have I been to a VRBO that the host provided iPhone chargers in the bedrooms. The house was clean, tidy and roomy. We made use of the fire pit, charcoal grill and garage bar. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make meals with. Patty was quick to respond and we were able to check in early and check out late. We will 100% stay again in the future. Beach parking was free and close by and The beach was nearly empty. We had a great time!

Home is a acure bungalow, it was perfect for a family vacation with two small babies. Patty left a greeting basket that was perfect for my toddler to keep him busy on the few rainy days we had. We will definitely be back!

Wonderfully decorated and cozy cottage with all the amenities. We spent a week and had a great time. Close to several beaches and many restaurants. Fenced back yard was great for the dog. Host was easily accessible for any questions. Will definitely stay again.
