We stayed for a week and loved this property.
The house is so comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. What really is special are the lake views from almost every part of the house! Also was great to be able to bring our dog.
The host are so responsive and have lively welcome amenitiyupin arrival.

The owners thought of everything...from fresh flowers, wine and delicious white brownies on arrival to a life jacket for your pet. Although we weren't there long we were in awe of the stocked pantry...spices, and all the little things one needs to cook and hates to buy to use once or twice were there.
The owners are there to greet you but do not intrude on your stay.
You too will love your stay and this home away from home.

Clean, great location, and everything you need in a lake house. Very friendly and helpful owners who live nextdoor. The kitchen had everything you need and more. The owners even left homemade treats and a bottle of wine. We will definitely be back.

Met the owners shortly after arrival. They were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. House was easy to find. Spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked- we brought spices and disposable utensils, but we didn't need them. Dessert bars, a welcome bottle of red wine, and fresh cut flowers greeted us. Gorgeous views of the lake from almost every room!We spent most of our time on the screened in porch, grilling on the deck, and fishing from the dock. Caught bream and several catfish, including a couple of large ones.Be mindful that it is a pet-friendly home. I didn't think anything of it until I noticed all the dog hair on the back of my shirt after lounging around. Owners dogs also stopped by a couple of times. Very friendly, but made my brother nervous when he opened the door and saw them standing there. Probably isn't a problem for most people, but something to be mindful of if you have plans to go out wearing something dark or have someone in your party who is afraid of dogs. Home is in a quiet area but not a very long drive (less than half hr) from the busier parts of Eatonton with grocery shopping, Walmart, and restaurants. You can find bait, gas, and snacks at nearby convenience stores like Dollar General and gas stations.Strong wifi. Cool built-in bluetooth speaker system in the kitchen. Tv's in all the bedrooms, along with living room and back porch. All of the furniture is very comfortable. More than ample amount of towels and bathroom amenities. Had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to return!

The pictures are very accurate. The house looks as good, if not better than the pictures. A few pieces of furniture have changed, but nothing major. House is very well laid out and beautiful inside and out. Great view of the water from inside the house with the huge wall of glass in the family room. We would not hesitate to stay there again. We met the owners who live next door. They are very nice and have (3) friendly dogs.

This is a convenient, clean, well maintained and beautiful home. Nice dock with seating area makes fishing more easy and fun. We brought our family including our five week old granddaughter and it was perfect.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed everything about the house and lake. Very easy access to the property and peaceful area with some occasional dogs barking in the neighborhood. The lake is beautiful here and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board that was provided. The small touches by the owners were nice with baked treats and a bottle of wine. The house was very well decorated and maintained and very clean. Don't hesitate to stay here. You will love it!

We stayed this weekend with our fur babies so we could visit with our college babies at GCSU. The location was perfect! Our daughters stayed with us at night and we enjoyed activities in Milledgeville during the day. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing. One less thing for parents to worry about when you want to visit with your family. The owners are extremely nice and willing to help with anything. The views are beautiful and we’ll be back the next time we’re visiting with our daughters.

Everything about this Lake Sinclair property was perfect. Booking was easy and adding an extra day a few weeks before our stay was also an easy process. The house was clean, very well equipped with every detail addressed. There was nothing we needed or desired that was not readily accessible. Although it is a pet friendly property, there was absolutely no pet odor. It felt very fresh without any “cover up” fragrances. The welcome goodies thrilled the children and adults alike. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The property was wonderful and Patricia and Bill (owners) were very accommodating and respectful of our privacy! The views of the lake from the beautiful waterfront home was amazing and the dock was fantastic for fishing, sunbathing and enjoying each others company. The home was very nice and clean and had all the necessary essentials stocked for our stay. The welcome gift (bottle of wine and pastries) was a very nice touch. It truly is the perfect lake house weekend get-a-way!
We will be back in the not-to-distant future and will stay at this property again!

The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean and plenty big enough for 3 couples and 2 dogs. Bill and Patty were very welcoming and even had some delicious treats for us to help celebrate our Anniversary. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, the fire pit and the screened porch was great for morning coffee, dinner and evening drinks and games. The home was modern and well appointed with all the things we needed. We will definitely be back!

This place is fantastic. It has everything you could possibly want or need for an awesome stay at the lake. The place is beautiful with plenty of space for myself, my husband, our two kids, two of their friends, and our two fur babies. It was exactly what was needed for some rest and relaxation.

We had a great time. The house is beautiful! We enjoyed sitting on the boat dock fishing and sitting on the back porch under the ceiling fans. The house had everything you could need for cooking in the kitchen. We even rented a boat and parked it at the dock for two days. We would love to return during the fall to experience the season change.

This is a wonderful lake cottage if you’re
looking for something special. There is a lakeside fire pit and kayaks provided. We also rented a jet ski from H20 Watersport and kept it right at the dock. It’s a great way to see the lake. Thanks to the owners for treating us like their personal guests. Classy.

Had wine and brownies ready for our visit, nice personal touch. Greating committee of host’s shelties are cute. Our pup is not as social so would take her in the back. would return when warmer.

This home is decorated beautifully and beyond clean! The view is stunning! It had everything we needed to cook meals. The owners were super kind in making sure we had everything we needed. They even baked amazing brownies and had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals in the past, good or not so good. None of those was comparable to this one, as Patty and Bill just made it feel like home. From the beautiful decoration, to the well stocked kitchen, I always felt that I accidentally stepped into a friend's home instead of a vacation rental place.
Bill and Patty were very thoughtful and responsive, and checked on us a few times to make sure we got what we need. But honestly, it was not very likely that we would need anything, since they already stocked everything we could think of.
We will certainly go back.

Peace and comfort at Lake Sinclair
Oh my, we did not want to leave. The home is spotless, absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. There was not a single thing we needed as everything is right there. Bill and Patti have thought of everything anyone would need to fully enjoy this dreamy getaway. They are considerate and thoughtful hosts, the warmth of their hospitality something that will remain with us for a long time to come. Our only regret is that our stay wasn’t longer. But, we will return.

Fun at Lake Sinclair
We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this was the best by far. The house is beautiful, everything you could possibly want. We can't say enough good things about the host. They were so helpful and welcoming. The view from inside and out on the fantastic screen porch was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and linens soft. Being able to bring our Golden with us was great. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful views
We spent a week at this beautiful lake house. Patty and Bill could not have been more kind and welcoming. The location on the lake was perfect and the views were spectacular. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you need. The house was clean and comfortable. The back porch was perfect for my morning coffee. Our kids loved playing with the dogs next door. We fished from the dock and the kids also enjoyed catching cat fish. The kayaks and paddle boards available were perfect for morning excursions. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great getaway weekend!!
Patty and Bill are amazing hosts! Their property and house are beautiful. Our whole family was very comfortable during our stay. The house is well stocked with books, games, and even a TV on the screened in porch to help with down time from the lake. We spent many hours playing on the dock and appreciated the shade from the extra large umbrella. We will be back!

Beautiful house
The house was beautiful and stocked with everything imaginable you could want or need. It is just gorgeous and nicer than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay and thought the owners were very kind. We booked this property for my elderly father who wanted to fish. The owners went out of their way to wish him happy birthday and tell him about the fishing. We caught lots of big catfish off the dock and our teens had fun swimming off the dock too.
The only downside of renting this property is the lack of privacy and the requirement to take your trash to a dump four miles away before you leave. The houses on either side are very close and the owners live in one of them and checked in either in person or by phone two or more times daily. They were super nice and helpful, but we are a very spread out family who doesn’t see each other often and just wanted family time.
Also, in addition to paying a sizeable cleaning fee, the check out policies required us to find the dump and take our trash off when we left in addition to normal VRBO cleaning check out cleaning tasks. It was gross. I would recommend this house to really social friends looking for a beautiful place to stay on the lake and wanting to meet and visit with the owners with a warning about the trash, but if we ever visit this lake again, we’ll stay elsewhere.

From the location on the lake, to the comforts of the home, to the hospitality of the hosts, this trip was perfect. Being dog friendly and being able to vacation with our dogs was a bonus. I highly recommend making this your next vacation.

Amazing Home
Bill and Patty are amazing. Went out of their way to make us feel at home. We arrived with our tall truck and boat trailer Bill noticed that the branches of one of the trees would hit the top of my truck he went out and trimmed the trees he didn't have to do that but he did thank you.
Was blown away how great the house is. This is a must stay if you are looking for a great home for a vacation or just a weekend get away.
