Nice property, neighborhood, but seems since there is a bbq in the back yard (place for fire), you should be able to smoke outside in the back yard, rather than roaming the neighborhood.

This is a very clean, comfortable, well stocked home. Large windows and fireplace in living area. It’s in a safe quiet housing division near green parks and the shopping areas on Farmington Road.
Excellent for families. There are quite a few vases and glassware we put away from kids. One of the most well supplied with kitchenware- can prepare just about anything.

Great property. Only downside is that the streets are narrow and there isn't any additional parking besides the driveway. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. It was very close to family, and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Overall very clean and comfortable little house. A couple of things to consider:
Not enough towels. The house sleeps 6 however only 4 bath towels available
The main trash cans were halfway full

I’ve stayed at a view rentals now and most of them are not as nice as they appear on the site but this one was exactly what I expected! It was very clean everything was organized clear instructions in the booklet they left for us on how to care for the property. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip

I stay in a lot of overnight rentals and most go cheap on beds and bedding. These were very comfortable beds, sheets, blankets and pillows. We’ll done!

Safe neighborhood close to everything
My daughter and I stayed in this townhome and felt very comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with coffee provided. We had a few issues the first day which were taken care of within minutes after notifying management. Very spacious--much nicer than staying in a hotel the week. 20 minute drive to most shopping and restaurants. Not crazy about the weather in January but luckily we had access to lots of movies and TV series to keep us occupied in the evenings. Upstairs bedrooms very warm unless you turn thermostat way down on first floor. Overall a good choice for us!
