Great location & townhouse. There were 3 ladies—I got stuck with the bedroom on the third floor. Stairs were too steep to go down to the first floor to the bathroom during the night. I ended up sleeping on the couch. But the other 2 women loved their nice rooms.

My husband, my three teenage boys, and I visited Red River for a few days just to relax. This place was in a great location for fishing, walking to eateries, and shopping. There was also great space to relax, watch TV, etc. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to the ski slopes makes this location perfect. It is close to other attractions in town such as the brewery and restaurants. The house is spacious and with nine people it never felt crowded or cramped.

PERFECT location for a ski trip. Very short walk to main lift (bottom of the Face). Also a short walk to bunny slope. Room was perfect for a large group. Plenty of beds and seating. Had what we needed. Walking distance to grocery store and all shops/restaurants on the Main Street. No complaints here-location was way better than expected. Will stay here every time we are in Red River.

Place was clean and very well equipped. Had plenty of cooking supplies and dishes to feed 10 or more. Rooms plenty big. Hot water and great water pressure!

Awesome cabin! It had great kitchen supplies and the grill worked great. Lots of beds and blankets to cozy up with when it got chilly. Only suggestion is to leave instructions on the thermostat. We were not certain if they were controlled by room or the master downstairs. Definitely we will try to book again! Thanks!

The property itself is what you would expect from an older home. Three levels kept us in shape but to be fair, it was clear in the description. Very spacious & has everything you need. I wish I would have known there’s no AC or ceiling fans, but apparently that’s normal for that area (it was pretty hot in September) Really enjoyed being close to water. Convenient location but terrible parking layout.

Everything you need! Mountain town gem!
If you are looking for an affordable family townhome/condo tucked away in the Carson wilderness this is a fantastic option. The communication with the property manager was fantastically easy and a delight. The property was well maintained and had that mountain getaway kind of charm. The place was fully stocked with everything you may need. There were mixers, shredders, cutting boards, plates, glasses, anything you would need at home and more. There were family games, books, satellite TV, and even NFL Sunday Ticket! It's hard to please everyone in a large family group, someone has a complaint but not this time! The whole family openly talked about the roominess, the charming decor, and the amenities. Kids loved fishing the river and the kids ponds right outside the door step.
