Perfect house and location for a relaxing and peaceful bachelorette weekend! Property looks just as listed on the site. Could not recommend more and we are looking forward to returning soon.

Overall the house delivers on what's advertised. We found the place clean and well stocked with the essentials, pool in good shape. We made use of the washer/dryer and ping pong table, all the rooms, kitchen, etc., and everything was as shown/expected. It's reasonably far north of downtown, but there were a ton of excellent spots to eat and hang not far from us, which was kinda perfect for our crew (kids+parents). Would stay there again.

Our family reunion was even more special because of our stay at the Willow. So homey, and comfortable. how wonderful for my sisters and my daughter to spend time together in a home and not a confining hotel. We will be back!

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay. The open setup was great for our young children. The location was so convenient including a less than 5 minute drive to the Play for All playground.

The Willow was a great retreat for this sibling reunion (myself & spouse, 1 sister, + 1 brother). We visited with other family members in Austin as well. The stay was a pleasure. When we had one bothersome issue, the owner responded promptly and made it go away. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool very much.

This property was perfect for our stay. Communication was top notch and they even provided smoothie ingredients. We enjoyed our time and everything was clean and as expected. Would definitely return!

The house was nice and had room for the 6 people in our family. The kitchen had everything we needed to have breakfast and prepare meals. The dish pods and laundry pods were a nice touch.
The neighbor's dog barked several nights, but around 10/10:30 they finally got it to stop or to take it in.
Also, the beds are advertised as queen sized, but they are full-sized. For that, I'm deducting one start, because it really was not as comfortable for all of us as it would have been with true queen beds. The pillows on the beds were also not very comfortable.

We usually don't spend much time in our rentals when we travel, but we kept finding ourselves going back and relaxing. The house was very clean, adorably decorated, and well stocked. We loved the hot tub and playing games in the garage. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely home. Interior of home is wheelchair friendly, exterior is accessible with threshold ramp. Close to groceries, restaurants and freeways. We enjoyed our stay.

Delightful home in a quiet neighborhood. Extra amenities like a wonderful hot tub and games for kids in the garage made our stay enjoyable. Beds were comfortable. Not as well equipped kitchen as I was hoping for, but we made due. I couldn’t find a blow dryer. Front porch light isn’t very bright. Beautifully decorated and great condition!

The property was just as I had hoped for however, I rented this home for the hot tub. That was the deciding factor for me to choose this home.
The hot tub was a BIG disappointment. It smelled like a pond, green and slimy. Too bad.

This home is absolutely perfect for a group of 8 or less! We had 6 adults and all was very comfortable and pleased with the stay. The hot tub was a great plus after the 11 hour drive we had coming down to Texas! Even though it was freezing a few took a dip in the pool as well. Quite neighborhood beautiful landscapes and close to some really good food. The ONLY complaint or suggestion I would have is for the wash clothes used to remove makeup need to be soaked and washed in a vinegar bath, as the purple dye was a surprise when using! The vinegar would help set the dye! It also made the wash clothes smell soured (they were clean)! We definitely would stay here again and am happy we found this little gem when doing our search! Only bad for us was Texas won and KSU lost! Well, a couple of us was happy just not all;-)

Very nice stay. House is well equipped and super cute decor. Pool was necessary with the Austin heat and refreshing. The games in the garage are very fun - but it's pretty hot in there during the summer daytime, so have to plan to use those when it cools off.

This was a great place for everyone in our family, young and old (grandparents and our kids). The location is convenient to nearby shopping and thoroughfares yet tucked into a quiet little neighborhood. Comfortably arranged with modern / fun decor, everyone left noting they would DEFINITELY return. It was a great value and easy to access / enjoy reaffirming use of VRBO versus a hotel.

The house is super cute; very warm and inviting and well appointed. If you're here due to poor weather (as it turned out for us) the house has video games (ms pac man and xbox), ping pong, foosball table, and a bunch of board games.
The hot tub is fantastic and a welcome comfort item after some long days.
The management company is great. Extrememly fast responses to any of our inquiries.
We highly recommend it and if we return we will certainly book the house again.

Such a cute little place, was very clean when we arrived, had everything we needed! We stayed here instead of staying the Kalahari Resort and so glad we did. The house was less than 5 mins away and a nice way to relax after a long day with kids at the water park. We will definitely stay here again!

This location was perfect for our stay. We were visiting our son and his family at their new home in the Austin area and we were just 10 minutes away and able to travel between both locations easily. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool and gameroom in the garage. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back!!

We enjoyed celebrating with family in this relaxing location. The pool was a wonderful relief from the summer heat and was well maintained.
The house was very clean and well furnished. We were close to restaurants, grocery store and drug store so that we didn't have to go far for anything.
The location was convenient for the family that lives in Round Rock to come visit during the day.

First off the location is incredible. The drive to this property is so safe! The sight of local families walking with their children & a neighborhood black & white kitty escorting everyone around like a family dog would was so cute. It makes you want to go greet everyone! The house is professionally decorated & warm & welcoming. The pantry & cabinets are all stocked. A well stocked grocery store is within 1 mile “HEB” so you can buy snacks. Hope you love birds as they love to talk to you. Just holler “get” real loud & you will get a little break “ sometimes” BTW we all loved it! Bring a fly swatter just in case they try to get inside. Plenty of ice in the great fridge. Check out the garage where the games are. This place is my go to from now on for any travel there!

The Willow is well appointed and furnished with tons of fun activities for families and couples/friends on a get away. The pool and hot tub have been a great way for us to end each day of our vacation. My kids have loved the games in the garage. This was the perfect house for our Austin vacation.
