Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The game room was a nice bonus! We have stayed at several homes in Orlando through VRBO, and our kids said this was their favorite house!

Great property with everything you need, whether July plan on staying on or venturing out to the surrounding attractions! We were able to go to universal, the beach, and spend several days relaxing at the house! The kids and adults got plenty of use out of the game room and the theater room!

We loved our stay! Cannot wait to come back! The teens loved the game room and there was plenty of room for 4 moms and their girls for a cheer competition! The communication was excellent and highly recommend!!!

Leading up to the trip the host was responsive and helpful. Upon arrival the layout of the house was not described. Some of the rooms were connected that weren’t supposed to be and some didn’t have bathrooms attached as the listing stated. For my particular party this was an issue for comfort and I had spent a lot of time leading up making sure the lay out was perfect for our family’s make up. The table outside was also only for six when it had stated it was for 8. This prohibited us from eating dinner outside. Glass was also broken in the game room. While it was taped, this was not ideal. While they have changed the listing to accurately state the lay out of the house, the host has stopped replying to me as I have requested compensation for the inaccurate description of the house and the uncomfortable situation it caused my family. There are also no dressers in the bedrooms so there is absolutely nowhere to unpack your clothes which was very frustrating. Beware of house layout descriptions as they may be inaccurate since they run a ton of houses in the community. You are just one of a ton of families they are dealing with and don’t care about making things right as you are just a dime a dozen to them. While the lead up to our stay was welcoming and responsive, the post-trip communication has just completely stopped without them coming to compromise of making this better. Based on the deception and uninterest to right their wrong I would not recommend.

House was a great size for 4 families to share. Larger than it looks in the pictures. Well maintained, clean, and stocked kitchen. Game room and themed rooms were a lot of fun for the kids. The pool/patio was a nice size and we paid for the heat and really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is in the middle of Disney and Universal which worked out well since families were going to different parks. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful to questions/concerns we had before and during our trip. The checkout/cleanup process was the easiest I've had with VRBO! Much appreciated! One of the neighborhood clubhouses was within walking distance. The amenities there were very nice but there were never enough chairs and/or shade even though there was a lot of space. They were also overly strict on bringing in a drink or snack which was frustrating since the restaurant had a huge line and was slow. Hopefully, the HOA can work on some changes. Loved the house and location and would stay there again!

I would highly recommend this house to any big group of friends/fam staying in Orlando and visiting the parks. Location worked out perfectly. The house is BIG, very accommodating, beautiful, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, super kitchen and fun game room and movie room! Pool heater worked for the entire stay. Stove was tricky to understand but we figured it out. Not much cell service, but wifi worked perfectly. We did have some minor problems with game equipment and cleanliness in same room but we reported it and they responded quickly and it was all fixed in no time. Their customer service is excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay immensely and we would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. This home is great for big families. Our kids loved the game room and the adults really enjoyed the theatre room. The stove was a little tricky to figure out at first, but once we figured out which pots worked with the burners, it was smooth sailing. Overall it was perfect for our weekend get away.

Dishwasher wasnt working, main level sink was clogged and if you took a shower the toliet gurgled. Plumbing issues. The location had 1 washer and 2 dryers. 1 of those dryers didnt work at all and the other took 2 full cycles to completely dry the laundry. The kitchen equipment and all utensils were extremely cheap. The handle on one pan was falling off. 1 of the sliding doors was not operable and screwed shut with almost a half inch gap open. Paid for this place for the ability to have laundry, full kitchen, etc. unfortunately didnt get what we paid for. The staff was nice however and met us right away when the front door battery died on the lock pad.

Home was perfect for our family of ten with room to spare! Close to everything you need in a vacation rental. Close to target and great food and only 15/20 minutes from the parks! Will book again in the future!

Amazing location. No neighbours behind, great evening views and close proximity to any park. Loved the house, beds were comfortable and the games room, pool and theatre room were great too!!!! Hope to get to go back!!!

The moment we stepped into the house, I was struck by how beautiful it was, mirroring the images we had seen in the listing. With our large group, finding a place to accommodate us all comfortably was a challenge, but this house did it with ease. Everything was spotless, and the cleanliness gave us a welcoming feel. The Disney-themed rooms, filled with Star Wars and Frozen, were an instant hit with the kids. The game room became their favorite hangout, even on the days when thunderstorms kept us indoors. It was comforting to know tha they always had something to occupy them. But what truly won our hearts was the pool and hot tub. After a long day exploring the nearby attractions, coming back to unwind in the hot tub felt like a dream. Even when the weather was against us, the house offered something for everyone, making our stay in Florida a memorable and enjoyable one.

The property itself was pretty much as described and the kids enjoyed the pool, games room and cinema room, the location was the one bit we were surprised about and never really got to enjoy the water park etc as it was quite far to walk in the heat from where we were but overall our stay was enjoyable and having a villa helped us recover from the long hot days at the parks. The jacuzzi could probably do with some more powerful jets maybe okay the rest of the year but in this weather felt a tad weak. The shower pressure in the upstairs bathrooms was a lot weaker than the two downstairs as well, which was odd.

We were two families staying here with kids ages 12 and under. They loved the game room and the bunks in there were so unique! The location is great, very close to the parks. I highly recommend!

House was absolutely clean when we arrived. Pool, hot tub, home theater, ping pong, basket ball game, and air hockey kept the kids happy while we were at the house. The resort waterpark is a short walk down the walking paths or they will pick you up in a golf cart. The check out process makes the vacation stress free; put the garbage outside and the cleaning crew handles the rest. Community is safe and clean. Target and Publix right outside the back gate. We will be back next year!

The house was in great location to disney, universal and shopping (Target at the entrance of resort). The movie theater and game room were great. Upon arrival, there was a issue with the pool heater. Lilia came out and fixed it herself. Lilia is AWESOME!!!! A couple of improvements that could be made. The kitchen was not stocked very well with bowls that could be sealed up. And it took a long time to dry the clothes in the dryer. I would rent again from Diamond Vacations. Rod

The check in process was so easy. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had 2 families and plenty of room for everyone. The view from the pool overlooking the lake was beautiful. The kids loved the bunk beds and the basketball game. We will definitely stay at this property again.

My overall experience was great here and I will come back. I loved this house as a whole and the inside of the house was very clean. The outside was a little dirty on lawn chairs and pool. I do have some notes on adjustments that would’ve make my stay even better: - 2nd level guest bathroom sink did not drain - Patio door wouldn’t open - Turned on hot tub heater 1 hour before use as instructed and it didn’t get hot . Paid $110 for heater and it wasn’t great - Fridge water filter not replaced . Couldn’t get water from it - Only some of the theater chairs had a plug to recline - Half the the remotes had old batteries and were delayed in working - The best biggest bathroom was in a kids room instead of being in the master bedroom as listing assumed - Game room bed had mirror/plastic reflective surface broken, maybe unsafe for kids - Patio curtains close so there is no privacy in the kitchen - WiFi ran slow at times
