Great location and short walk to quiet beach.
Tiny parking spot in the back of the house for unit A, neighboring with row of garbage cans
There is no indication to what unit is A or B
Had to ask people around. House had two flights of steep stairs (around 17 steps each) Since floor is tile all around the house, stairs were sharp and sleek
Was constantly worrying about my son breaking his neck or legs .Since I have health issues and stairs were not mentioned in the property description, this stay was unbearable unfortunately.Management claims to have fully stocked kitchen.Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment Couple broken, mismatched half way functional pieces.Almost everything I had to use I had to wash because it was greasy. Had to run to Marshalls to buy decent frying pan and other necessities. Toilet paper and paper towel roll was so cheap it was see through, Dollar Store quality.
Bedding is cheap.
Thinnest quilt I’ve ever seen.
Pillows are so dirty it was disgusting
Some bedding was ripped.
Sofa pillows were covered in lint and overall dirty and over used.
Living rug was so cheap and so so dirty…
Furniture is old and very mismatched
Same with decor
Looks like owners just threw everything they could find in thrift store .WiFi was very slow too
Blinds were broken which made whole house not welcoming.Walls were patched and not painted
Exterior of the house gives high end luxury when interior is outdated 90s house, cheaply furnished and poorly maintained.

Great location and curb appeal, but the inside and the pool were pretty lackluster. The pool was murky and green and the deck was littered with things from the adjacent town house. We notified mgmt who failed to answer several requests for early check in (and later late check out). Mgmt actually responded this time stating tomorrow was pool maintenance day and it would be addressed. The pool did not begin to clear until our last day. We did not get to use it. Neither unit was marked as A or B and, when notified we could check in, our code worked on the first door we tried so we entered to find it was aleady inhabited. Our townhouse (A) was actually on the right hand side, not the left. Mgmt made this mistake sound as though it was the guests fault for this mix up. "The codes are separate and individual to A and B. The guest on the B side called thinking we were switched because the guest view tablet on their side (B) read A. We explained they were on the correct side regardless of what Guestview stated, as well as the GM escorting them into the home upon arrival." Mind you, the guest we intruded upon were most gracious and apologetic for a problem that was not theirs to own. The bedrooms and baths were great but the pillows and linens were not. Walls were patched in the main living area but not painted, most of the plantation shutters were broken, and light fixtures w/ mismatched bulbs. - shabby. Good location. I recommend using other rental agencies before Rent Siesta Key

Fantastic location, good amenities. Just one lil inconvenience... road noise at times a little much.

The location was perfect. Easy walk to the village and right across the street from a beach access. The property was very clean and updated. The only negative is that the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

House was clean and well maintained. Sheets and towel were clean. Plenty of room for family. Oven maybe didn’t heat as well as at home, but did the job. Kitchen overall functional. Pool was nice.
The only real con, when compared to surrounding rentals, was the lack of functional beach chairs and umbrellas. This would really reduce waste and improve a stay by investing in and up-keeping these items. We made do with what was offered.
Overall very good place to stay and would stay again!

We are locals who enjoy staying at the beach a couple times a year. Great house and location!

Good location. Clean and mostly comfortable with the exception of the rock hard mattress in thr master. The other beds were much softer and more comfortable. If you like to cook, the kitchen needs some things. Otherwise, very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Siesta Key. The many stairs may be a challenge for some, but using the elevator is an alternative. However an interior knob should be installed in the elevator.
Interior furnishings are certainly adequate, but many upholstered items need updating. Still comfortable …
Main issue is the parking area in the back where lighting is lacking to the back door as well as cleaning the walkway to the door. We called management to put replacement lightbulbs outside, but we’re never done. I kept lights on our car to provide light.
Pool was lovely, but had to fill it when it got low … pool man told us filter not working properly? Given red tide at the beach, we found ourselves spending more time at the pool than expected. Red tide is a definite factor in Siesta Key … having the “red tide hack” was a totally new experience!!

I went with 4 of my friends for a Mom’s weekend getaway. Even though the weather was not good this house made up for it! If you are going to be stuck inside then this house is perfect with lots of space. Very clean, accommodating, and would definitely stay here again.

Hot pool felt like a jacuzzi
The property guy wasn’t the nicest a little on the rude side. Garage door was broken and he tried telling us someone was hanging on I it!! It broke when we pushed the button to open it. Pool heater was set at 90 and he tried to tell me it’s Florida it gets hot. I live in Florida and my pool never gets like a jacuzzi. Wasn’t refreshing at all.
